+ 1 moreGolden State has always been prompt, finished on time, and done very good work. I have fragile screens and they have taken care with them. Laurence and his workers are very courteous.
Description of Work: All windows were washed, inside and out. All screens were cleaned. The skylights and solar panels were cleaned. In the past, Golden State has also cleaned my gutters, power washed the house and cleaned the bathroom fans.

+ 0 moreLawrence (sp?) has always been very courteous. He calls me every half year to inquire if I need his services. When I ask about a service he usually does not provide, like cleaning bathroom fans, he quickly asseses the request and negotiates the cost on the spot. I have been using this company for several years. He was recommended to me by a fellow PTA Mom and church secretary.
Description of Work: Note: Solar Panel CLEANING Every window washed inside and out. Screens cleaned. Gutters cleaned when needed. Solar panels washed. Some power cleaning. As a special service at my request, they cleaned the vent fans in the bathroom. Next time, I plan to ask them to clean all the ceiling fans in the house.
