Description of Work: His work was excellent. His people were not only caring and detailed but they liked their boss. We had a job that took a lot of coordination and care (an extension on our 120 year old house in San Francisco) he would suggest when it was appropriate and move comfortable and confidently within the parameters we had both set. It was more expensive than I hoped but I felt that he wasn't increasing costs to gain any advantage - he wanted to finish as badly as I did.
