System was not maintaining hot water. I called Robert in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. He was very prompt, professional, and honest. I will definitely hire Robert again. Outstanding!

I called on 7/28/15 and we set up an appointment for 10:00am on 7/30. Robert arrived promptly and looked at the toilet. He said it needed a new flapper and he had one with him. He finished very quickly and when I asked what I owed, he said "nothing". .. He had worked on this toilet about a year or so ago and did not charge me for changing the flapper. I contacted Robert Moffett Plumbing service and was soon setting a appointment to have a new faucet installed at my house. Unfortunately the sink was had to access and in the removal of old faucet hardware, the sink drain spout was plaster old and it broke off. This obliviously was not part of the original quote replacing the sink ( I had provided the fixture) so the work was just an install and new valves and piping. The installer had to call and let the co know what happened, I was happy with the response I received and my plumber showed up the next morning with a new sink , installed it, wrapped up the fine touches and was on his way at no additional cost to me. In the world we find ourselves in having a Plummer who stands behind his employees and his work is truly a plesent experience. I give the Ryan Rating off A++ to THE ROBERT MOFFETT PLUMBING CO. I sent Robert an e-mail on Tuesday the 17th and almost immediately got a reply. Because I wanted an early morning appointment, we set it up for Friday. A little while later, Robert called and said that he had re-scheduled some of his other work and could come to my place on Thursday at 9:00, to which I gladly agreed. Robert arrived promptly at 9:00 and in less than 45 minutes he was completely finished. He had all the parts and supplies with him. I was very impressed with his attitude and professionalism. I will definitely call him for future plumbing needs. Thank you ROBERT!!

Plumber called when he was on his way to my home; he was on time, completed work quickly, and cleaned up after he was finished. I had requested a certain style toilet be installed and the wrong style was purchased and installed. I wasn't happy with the first toilet he installed and he had no problem coming back to remove the one I didn't like and replace it with only the cost of the price difference between the two items. When replacing my kitchen faucet, he suggested I purchase the faucet I liked, giving me some guidelines as to size, etc., and he installed it. I was able to buy a great faucet that was on sale at a local big box, saving me money! He also was OK with my little dog in the house while he worked, since he is a dog-lover/owner himself.

THE FILTER COVER. HE INSTALLED IT AND WE PAID HIM $358 FOR INSTALLATION. A FEW MONTHS LATER I WAS GETTING A MESSAGE THAT THE CHARCOAL FILTERS NEEDING CHANGING. I CLIMBED UP AND NOTICED THAT FRONT PANEL WAS HELD IN PLACE BY 2 SCREWS. THE PLASTIC UNDERNEATH EACH SCREW WAS BUSTED. I UNSCREWED THE 2 SCREWS AND THE REST OF PLASTIC IN BACK OF IT FELL APART. I WAS UPSET. ON 10/11/12 I CALLED BOB BECAUSE WE NEEDED A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL, HE INSTALLED IT AND WE PAID HIM $95. IN THE INTERIM I CALLED KITCHENAID AND FOUND OUT A NEW FRONT PANEL WAS ABOUT $65. I HAD THEM SEND IT. THEN I CALLED BOB AND TOLD HIM THAT I HAD TAKEN DOWN THE FRONT PANEL ON THE MICROWAVE THAT WAS BUSTED AND I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW FRONT PANEL. I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW THE NEW PANEL WOULD FIT IN. HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK AT IT WHEN IT CAME IN. HE CAME ON 10/31/12 TO INSTALL A NEW BASKET STRAINER ASSEMBLY. THE PART WAS $13 AND INSTALL WAS $95. FRANKLY IN OUR CONVERSATION I WAS HOPING THAT HE WOULD ADMIT THAT HE BROKE THE FRONT PANEL, BUT HE SAID,and quot;I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUand quot; WHEN I TALKED TO HIM ON THE TELEPHONE. WHEN HE CAME ON 10/31/12 FOR THE BASKET STRAINER, HE ORDERED A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET FROM MOEN (WHICH IS NO CHARGE FROM MOEN). I PAID HIM THE $108 THINKING THAT THIS WOULD INCLUDE INSTALLING THE FAUCET. WHEN I RECEIVED THE NEW FAUCET I CALLED HIM AND ASKED HIM HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO INSTALL THE MOEN AND HE SAID $95. I TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT INSTALL THE MICROWAVE AND AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER WE ALL HAVE TO EVENTUALLY ADMIT OUR MISTAKES. HIS TEMPER ROSE REAL HIGH AND HE SAID and quot;I'M SURE YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER, THERE ARE MANY OUT THERE!and quot; WE WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN

I hired Mr. Moffett to repair a slab leak. He was the third plumber to come out and assess the problem. He was also by far the most satisfactory, instantly instilling a sense of trust and confidence. He arrived promptly, assessed and confirmed the problem, explained my options, and how long it would take to repair. I was very impressed when Mr. Moffett advised me against what another plumber tried to sell me on, especially when it could have been to his financial advantage and I would not have known the difference. Additionally, his cost for the job was less than what had been quoted to me by the previous plumbers, and without him knowing what they had quoted. Mr. Moffett arrived promptly, worked quickly and with as little disruption to my household. I was very happy with Mr. Moffett’s work and general demeanor, so much so that I hired him then and there to refit my bathroom with a new vanity, mirror, light fixture, faucet, and to repair the deep sink in my garage. I believe Mr. Moffett’s quiet, but friendly, and professional performance made what could have been a stressful situation, stress free. I highly recommend Mr. Moffett as a professional who knows his business and who is also governed by a very high degree of integrity.

First I emailed him late at night. He responded immediately to email and he will speak with my manager in the morning. He did communicate with her. When the problem was given to Robert, he immediately mentioned a company that specialized in that service. I will call Robert, first, for all my plumbing issues.

What a great experience. Robert was literally the answer to prayer. He returned my call promptly and gave price estimates over the phone. He was able to schedule the work just a few days later. He showed up promptly, did the work promptly and cleaned up everything. He was done in about an hour. He was polite,friendly and respectful. I felt completely confident with Robert and the work that he performed. Yes I would call him agaiin, as a matter of fact he will be back to install the new sink and drain lines and disposal in just a few weeks.

Wonderful service. He called ahead and came right when he said he would. He was polite and professional. Also he is very experienced. He has been doing plumbing for a long time and answered all our questions. Two thumbs way up.

It was great. Called Tuesday afternoon about the issue and he came the next morning at 730am (before I had to go to work) and completed the job in about 35 minutes. He was very nice and proffesinal and ansewerd all of my question throughly. He aslo took time out to show me how to use my Gas Fireplace and how to turn on and off the pilot. After calling multiple plummbers about this issue he also had one of the most reasonable prices. Will Definetly be calling him back when I have a new plumbing problem.

I have had Robert out to my house 4 times. He is always quick to come out, he's always been here the day after my call, he does great work, and his prices are very fair. He has been honest with me about projects I am thinking about doing and whether or not they would be worth the cost. I can't say enough good things about him.
