He was a very nice man who is very honest man with great prices. He called right away when I put in a request. I called late Friday afternoon and he was out at 8 am the next morning. This job was for a client home. We need to cat urine smell out of the home otherwise the lender won't do the loan. The house is in forclosure and we need someone quick. Thank God for him we can sell the home before the auction date. My clients will get her equity. I only get paid if we close escrow.
