Menifee Garage Door and Opener Repair

My garage door remote stopped working after I dropped it. I called a garage door company that had left numerous business cards in the garage of the house I just bought 6 months ago. I was told that they could come out and look at it for a 75$ service call, but I would probably need a new system. I did not like that answer, because the door opens just fine using the stationary button. So I called Menifee Garage Door and Opener Repair. Dave answered the phone. He told me to go buy a remote at Lowe's and said the instructions should be in the package. He told me to call me at the time I am to program it, so he could walk me through. I got the new remote and learned a lot about programming it, but I could not get it to work. The internet mentioned that it was probably because the door has no safety sensors. I called Dave the next day and told him about it and he said that the missing safety sensors could not be responsible for the remote not working. He agreed to come out, and did as he had said right after I got home from work. He set up the remote within a few minutes. The setting of the new programming needed a number of button pushes, an he knew by the system, how many times it needed. The booklet did not have the year of my garage door, so I would have never known the number. Dave also service my garage door. It is now a lot quieter than it used to be. Thank you Dave for your help! Will call on you again when needed :0)

Dave was awesome! So helpful with information and suggestions on what I needed and where I could go for the best price. Would recommend MGDOR to anyone! Side note, my parents used them for 2 jobs (Murrieta and above Mammoth). They also said they wouldn't use anyone else for garage doors and repairs!
