He did an exceptional job all the way through. We set up an appointment within a week of my call and was waiting for me when I pulled up to the house. I went through the inspection with him along with my real estate agent. He was very thorough throughout the inspection and helped point out quite a few things that needed to repaired prior to our closing.

At the very start Ken was very punctual and arrived on time for the inspection. He was very easy to talk to and answered my barrage of questions (being a first time home buyer) to my satisfaction. He conducted the inspection in a very timely and professional manner. Checking in with me constantly to explain what he found with a thorough explanation thereafter. The day after the inspection you are provided with a detailed report in PDF format, including digital photos and links of websites you can look at if you require additional information. Overall, my experience with Ken was very pleasant and I would definitely hire and recommend him to my friends and family without second thought! Thanks again Ken!

He did a pretty good job and did everything that I expected him to as far as looking at all the water for leakages and checking all the basics that a home inspector would do. He went into the attic and explained a couple of things to me that I did not know as far as some of the drip on the trim of my house. He seemed pretty knowledgeable.

He prepared all of the contact information beforehand, arrived early and thoroughly inspected the property over the course of 3 or so hours. I was present for the inspection and he walked me through what he saw and gave me his interpretation and general report of the condition of the home, including all of the areas that I should look into. Within about 12 hours I had a n easy-to-read written report with recommendations.

Ken called to let me know that he would be arriving ahead of time to perorm our home inspection, despite his tight schedule. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and he was informative. When the insection was done, I felt comfortable with his assessement on our property. I would definately use him agian!

The inspector was on time and very professional yet very approachable. Once he arrived, he took a few minute to introduce himself and answer my wife and I initial questions. The inspector started with the outside inspection checking the public services equipment (gas/ water main etc) and then moving on to the structure (roof, walls, windows etc). As he was inspecting he would explain what he was checking for as he was doing it. Any issues he discovered he would point out and photograph. The inside inspection was very mathodical from top to bottom. Attic, ceilings, walls, windows, doors. Every electrical outlet, water faucet, appliances, smoke detector and lights were tested. Once again, all issues were discussed and photographed. Once the inspection was complete, the inspector gave us a verbal run down of his findinds and answered all of our last minute questions. I was extremely pleased at the quick turn-a-round of the inspection report. I received an e-mail with a link to the completed report (and downloadable PDF of the report) the very next morning! My wife and I were very pleased with Mr. Milton's inspection services and would recommend him to anyone.

He arrived on time and got to work quickly. He worked over every detail of the house. I went with him at the end to see what his findings were. He was also very comfortable letting me tag along as he inspected. I was very happy with his work. He was prompt and very professional. He explained everything so a layman could understand. His report came the next day. I would recommend him for any house purchase. I would really recommend him for houses that have sat empty, were repossessions, or for houses that are very old. He is that thorough. I have paid more for inspections that were not as good as his report.
