Description of Work: I telephoned Grace regarding a property that I was thinking of possibly listing for sale. She did go view the property and gave me the information that I needed to make a educated decision as to whether I should attempt to rent it or list it for sale. At this time I decided to wait a few months before listing it for sale. I need more time to discuss the tax consequences if I sell it. Grace was very helpful, patient and efficient. She has checked back with me recently and I know that when I do decide to list the property for sale she will be my only choice. Grace took time out of her busy schedule to go to my property and then she gave me the numbers I needed, and like I mentioned she has checked back with me.
