Description of Work: I needed to sell my parents' house from a long ways away, and I couldn't have found a better realtor than Denise. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding State and local realty practices and procedures; cares very much about the area she represents; is very personable, organized, and attentive to detail; was exceptionally helpful in finding skilled people to perform necessary repairs; made sure the repairs were completed in a timely and thorough manner; and kept an eye on the house to make sure it stayed looking nice.

+ -1 more.Denise sold my mother's house for us after she passed away. She was always on top of things and professional, and very communicative. We lived about 75 miles away, and Denise was extremely helpful in finding people to do repairs, coordinating with them to get things done for us, and even going to the store to pick up paint, etc. She watched over the house for us, cleaned up any problems, and made sure things looked nice. The house sold at our expected price in only a few days, and Denise guided us through some tangles very skillfully
