+ -1 moreThey refused to refund the $75, even though the error was theirs. It took three phone calls and they kept passing me to different office people and they did not return calls after saying they would do so.
Description of Work: Called for an estimate and they sent a repair person who charged $75. for a "service call". The initial call by me for an "estimate" never mentioned any "cost".
