From the first inquiry to the final city inspection they did a great job. My A/C went out when the temps were over 100. I inquired about their service over their web chat room. They got back to me within 15 minutes. After getting other estimates I selected Castillo to do the job. Art came out and completed an estimate of the work and equipment needed and provided an accurate price for the job. No heavy sales pitches. They came out with the new equipment and started within a week. Three well trained employees went right to work. The old units were removed and the new ones were installed and operational in 8 hours. They put down tarps to cover the floors while working and left the place spotless when they left. The staff from ART, the owner, to the guys that did the job were professional and well trained and a pleasure to have in our home. The office staff kept us well informed and always answered our questions. No delays and right on time as promised. Their price was very much in line with their competitors. I would recommend calling Castillo to have them do any A/C and heating job.
