They were excellent. They were recommended by my decorator and she is very particular. Their prices are very good. I have a large place. They come from quite a distance to my place. They are very nice. They are a couple. I think they could ask for more. I paid more for somebody 10 years ago. They are really good. I have used them about twice a year the last couple of years

Owners Andy and Heidi did all the work. It's amazing to witness how rapid yet thorough they work as a team and performed the best window cleaning we've seen. They've got all the right equipment and really know how to use it and what they're doing. Everything they do is well orchestrated and synchronized. We're really very pleased we found this team on Angie's List.

Andy and Heidi have all the equipment for these type jobs, something we found a few other window cleaner outfits did not. He used deionized water for the solar panels, thus left no spotting. The kWh production of our panels immediately increased approx 8-10%. The gutters were completely loaded with debris from a near mature pine tree. That went very well also. That job was badly needed. We're now going to put Blue Diamond on a regular schedule for cleaning our gutters and solar panels. It's really worth it.

They were very good, came when called and did their job. Then they left. Everything was just terrific; I liked them and would invite them to Thanksgiving dinner.

Blue Diamond was very professional! They arrived on time to inspect the property and give us a quote then again when they came to do the work. We ordered the service from our old home in Wyoming so were flying blind as we have on other providers we found through Angie's. We arrived at our new home yesterday and were greeted by beautifully clean windows and blinds that look like new! Great job, Heide and Blue Diamond!!!

He did a really nice job. This was around April or May. It cost between three or four hundred dollars. I spent between three or four hundred dollars. The owner was very personable and he did a really nice job. I would recommend them. I rate them an 'A' overall. He cleaned my windows and replaced/repaired some screens.

The place looks brand new. Andy is always pleasant, his work quality is excellent and pricing is fair and Heidi is very pleasant and helpful when booking my appointment.

This is my second review for Blue Diamond. They worked on my house I was selling and are so incredible I had them to my new house to clean the windows and tint all of them as well. Heidi and Andy are the owners and do the work them selves. They are prompt courteous and work hard. I wanted my windows tinted and Andy took the time to explain the different products and even did a sample piece on a window so I could see what it would look like. I can't say enough about Heidi and Andy. Read no further CALL them now and you will not be disappointed.

Our experience with DirtyBlinds (sister company to Blue Diamond Window Washing) was EXCELLENT. Andy and Heidi were extremely friendly and professional, contacted me on the same day I called (even when it was already after hours for them), and explained the process of the cleaning thoroughly on the phone and when they arrived. They were also kind enough to give us some references for a window repair that we need. The cleaning took about 4 hours, and they did all the work: took down all the blinds, put them back up, and spent the time cleaning in their trailer. They were no bother to us at all during this time. They are definitely highly recommended by us!

They were on time and very professional in the way they did the job, I can hardly tell that there is glass in the windows at all. Highly recommend this team, and I will call them again.

Fabulous husband and wife team did an amazing job of cleaning EVERY window (and screen and window track) in my home (including the garage and front door windows!) Extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We discussed all of the screens and which ones should be re-screened or replaced (which they also do). They were delayed in their arrival but made up for it by staying for almost 5 hours to get the job done. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs their windows cleaned! We were very impressed with Blue Diamond and will definitely use them again! They returned my call the same day to provide an estimate and scheduled service within the week. Heidi and Andy arrived promptly at the appointment time and worked late to complete the job. We have a LOT of windows, with arches, and six sliding glass patio doors. They went to special efforts to remove hard water deposits and clean attic windows. There was no mess, and everything was neat and sparkling when they finished. The windows and glass doors look fabulous, and we are very pleased with the service. We appreciate their professionalism and work ethic!

Heidi and Andy are awesome. Prompt ,friendly and did an incredible job. The windows sparkle and the hard water deposits are gone from the shower door. I could not believe it!!! No need to look any farther call Heidi NOW!!! You will not be sorry. I am having them back to my new haouse I am moving to the clean windows and window tinting. They are that good.

We would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again. They showed up on time and did an amazing job on both pressure washing and window cleaning. Took around 5 hours to do everything.

I initially booked the appointment over the phone with Heidi. She was able to give me a weekend appointment (preferred) for the very next week. She followed up with a reminder call the day before as I requested. I was given a 2hr arrival window the day of the appointment. Heidi called at the beginning of the timeframe to let me know they would be arriving towards the end of the window, so I wouldn't be stuck at home waiting the whole time. Towards the end of the timeframe, she called again to apologize that they were stuck in traffic and would be about 10min late (not a problem for us). When they arrived both she and her husband Andy were at the front door to explain their procedures. They walked the property and their estimate was exactly the same as the quote over the phone. They began their work inside, cleaning the tracks and windows, moving furniture as they went along. Once the inside was complete, they worked together outside to clean screens and windows. They both seem very detail oriented which I was so pleased to see. They put everything back the way it was before they arrived (just much cleaner). We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely have them back to clean our windows next time, and will recommend them to our neighbors/friends! Thanks SO much for a job well done!

the person who showed up was extremely professional and did an excellent job, without needing to be told.....he cleaned all windows inside out.....including the small ventilators. i will certainly hire him again.

The team arrived on schedule. Worked in a professional manner. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't leave until they knew we were satisfied with the job. Will hire again.

They are fantastic people and I could not be more pleased with all they did. I will be using them at least twice a year.

The windows are so clean it looks like there is no glass. The screens and tracks are cleaner than they have ever been! I liked how they made the new screens with 45 degree metal to metal corners. None of that plastic garbage that gets sun brittle and breaks. As for the hard water...what hard water? I can't even see where it was because it's so clean. They will be coming back in a few months to tint the windows on the back side of my house as well as install some shutters in a couple of rooms. Great job guys!!!! This is one of the best finds for service that I have ever made. Thank you Blue Diamond ...you truly are a gem!

There's not much more to be desired. They're on a quarterly cleaning plan with us. Good company!

I didn't really think having my windows professionally cleaned was worth the money, until now. Windows hadn't been cleaned since we moved into the house, almost 4 years. The difference is unbelievable. It's one of those things that you don't realize how bad they are, until they're cleaned. These guys are incredibly thorough, taking out the windows and screens and cleaning them to the point that makes them look like they're not even there. They work their butts off and as a bonus, are the nicest people in the world. This is not just some guy with a spray bottle and a squeegee. It's amazing the care and attention they pay to what they're doing. They remove screens and wash, vacuum and clean out the tracks, and scrub the windows until they virtually disappear. Great customer service, amazing work. Both rare these days. Andy and Heidi do a great job. This kind of company's service and work, are EXACTLY what Angie's List is all about. You can not go wrong with this company, period.

Andy & Heidi arrived on time, took a look around and gave me a quote that was fantastic considering the Windows & screens were really dirty. They did a great job on everything! When they were done I asked Andy to look at the stucco on one side of the house that is stained pretty bad. He tried a sample spot with what he thought might work & it washed the stain away. So he gave me a quote & I will most likely have him back to do it after we have gutters installed. They were both very easy to talk with & friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have a rental house & will probably have them clean those Windows too. Thank you Andy & Heidi!!!
