They arrived at the agreed time and started cleaning the mini-blinds.The blinds were pretty old so they took their time and cleaned each one thoroughly. The blinds came out looking great and even the cords were white again. While Heidi worked on the cloth blinds Andy cleaned the screens and windows. The cloth blinds started out yellow but were white again when they were done. They were a very friendly couple and did an excellent job.

They were great! They were easy to get ahold of, on time, very friendly and respectful of our family while they did the work. They did a beautiful job of cleaning. Any issues with windows or screens were immediately brought to our attention and options, for possible repairs, were discussed and prices given. They took their time to do a quality job. Most companies don't value quality of work and customer service like they did. I will use them again!

Could not have been nicer people to work with. They even replaced and repaired a few screens, which was a great convenience. Everything was perfect from the first phone conversation to the very end. Looking forward to having them back soon.

This was the first time I've used Blue Diamond, but I will definitely use this company again!. Andy and Heidi were prompt and professional and just really nice people. Because I have six (yes, 6) cats, there was cat hair in the tracks and on the screens, but they got it all off and they were extremely careful to close all doors when they went in and out. They worked efficiently removing screens and taking down blinds; Andy even moved two tall cat trees that I couldn't have budged. Afterwards, they put everything back together and when they left the only way you knew they had been there was that all the windows and doors sparkled. I give them an A+++.

I had used Blue Diamond Window Cleaning for my home last year and I was so pleased that I called them again for my mother's home. Her home is 58 years old and the windows had never been professionally cleaned. They had a lot of old water stains from previous homeowner attempts at washing. Blue Diamond spent the entire day cleaning the windows and blinds. The blinds were in very poor condition but cleaned up beautifully and look new. The windows look spotless. The price was very reasonable. In fact, they spent longer on the job than they had planned because of the intensity of the cleaning needed, yet their price did not change even though it was a more difficult job than any of us had anticipated. I am impressed not only with their work ethic, but with the professionalism of the team (Heidi and Andy Robinson). Their professionalism is a model for all businesses.

They came out and gave us a free estimate and started the job on the date that we wanted. He showed up on time and got right to work. He was very professional and left everything clean.

They took pains taking them down, transporting them to their place of business where they were sonically cleaned. They came back so good they looked brand new. Even the strings were cleaned to perfection. I was impressed with their conscientious and meticulous method and their personable approach.

Andy arrived on time and did a flawless job on the blinds. I was impressed by his professionalism and meticulous work.

Andy and his son arrived promptly on schedule in a nice rig that projected a clean and professional image. Andy went through the house and verified the number and size of the windows and patio doors and confirmed the telephone quote. Then they went to work carefully removing the mini blinds and screens, cleaning the screens, vacuuming the window frames and tracks and them cleaning the frames and tracks. While Andy's son cleaned the screens, set them aside to dry and started cleaning the windows, Andy took each set of mini blinds to their rig and ran them through the ultrasonic cleaning system. When the blinds were done, Andy pitched in on cleaning the windows. Andy then went back and inspected, touched up and reinspected all of the windows until all of the windows were clean and spot and streak free. They then reinstalled the mini blinds and screens. Everything they did was quick, efficient and professional. The windows looked better than the day when we bought the house new.
