Unfortunately this was a really bad experience. He treated us like and quot;small fishand quot;. He cancelled dates to show up and do the job on 4 occasions claiming he scheduled in other work. The hardscape (planter and mow curbs) was completed without an issue. The sod and plants were the worst I have ever seen. Some sections of the sod were dead upon placement. In one area where a tree was removed, he failed to replace the sod or seed. He failed to fill the planter with actual dirt claiming that it was not his responsibility, until I convinced him that planters need dirt. The plant selection was rushed, cheap, not symmetrical and not planted correctly. In fact, some of the flowers planted were literally sitting on top of the soil and dead! He failed to bring in specifically requested plants. The drip system was uncovered and completely visible. He failed to even clean up areas of the yard where work was performed (left two large palates on the side of my house, as well as simple weed pulling upon planting inadequate trees was not done). Upon requesting him to come back, collect final payment and fix the unsatisfactory job, he quit and requested that I keep the money claiming that nothing would satisfy us. We are very easy going people with minor requests that could not be met. Time management skills were lacking. He is unable to follow through on simple requests that were specifically stated in emails or texts. For his sake, I hope that this was just a bad couple of months and not a true reflection of his work. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend his work.

They did an excellent job. I spent a total of $5600. I would use them again in the future.
