Aaron the technician promptly came to my home and professionally did an excellent job. He was kind, professional and left the job site very clean. I wouldn't use any other company.

I've had Air Duct Professionals clean my air ducts in the past. As before, they do excellent work. They are easy to communicate with and are professionals in every way. I will continue to hire them to clean my air ducts in the future.

They came on time. They were polite and followed all the guidelines for Covid protection. They cleaned after themselves. Good job!

The team arrived promptly and did a great job.

They were able to clean some of the ducts, but explained some ducts needed completely replaced due to the mice. Replacement was not a service they did, but they did supply the name of a company to contact for replacement. They were very honest, only charged for the services they provided. I would recommend them again and will use them again myself.

The technician, Sean, was polite, informative and respectful of my home. Using the rotating brush technique and vacuuming up as he went, the experience was wonderful. Several of my neighbors/friends have used him since then--I loved the experience and appreciate the increased safety in my home.

Crew showed up on time. Job was completed in an hour. Afterwards my entire home was covered in a layer of sheetrock dust. One crew member wiped the dining table and kitchen countertop. I was shocked at the amount of dust. I spent the next 2 days vacuuming everything including the walls! The bedspreads and comforters will require a trip to the dry cleaner. Additional cost! And NO the price did not include a new air filter!

I saved the deal & requested a call on Sunday evening, got a call Monday morning, and the work was completed Tuesday as requested. For responsiveness it's really an A+. I checked a few other companies to get a range of costs, and this deal was really good. There were others that were lower, but they restricted the number of vents cleaned and did not include the dryer vent. For price & value, A+ again. Ed, who I spoke to on the phone, and Sean, who performed the work, were very professional, went over all the details with me, even things I didn't know to ask. I was not asked or pressured to buy anything else, which I really appreciate. A+ again. As for the work they did, there was an immediate improvement to the air in my home. I have been sleeping & breathing better, my asthma and allergy issues improved right away, and I was able to turn on the heat without having to leave the house or start coughing & sneezing. A+++ I didn't think it would make this much of a difference, but now that it's done, I can't recommend it enough. And I can't recommend this company enough either. There's a good reason they have over 1,400 positive reviews, and now they get one more!! Thank you Ed and Sean!!!

Fine , but it didn’t solve the problem . What was good is that they resent someone out again at no charge and he went under the house , not easy And figured out the problem . So it was easy to rebook a date to continue repair and they are coming today . Nice and professional and quick to respond.

I had used Ed before with my other house. I recently hired him to clean the dryer duct at my other house. When he moved the dryer, he saw that there was a lot of lint in the body of the dryer (a fire hazard). Because he could access it, he cleaned it all out as well as the duct. The air flow is perfect. I recommend Ed and Air Duct Professionals highly. I have used his company two times, and I am extremely satisfied.

Awesome! He was early, which worked great with my schedule. He did a great job! The air ducts were covered in construction dust and he took his time to minimize dust blowing into the house and did a very thorough job.
