Air Duct Professionals

Based on the favorable reviews on Angie's list we contacted Air Duct Pros to have our air ducts cleaned. There was no answer when I called, but after leaving a voice mail message I was contacted back within 10 minutes. That was a good start for me. After speaking with Ed Mack, we set a date to have the work done within a few days. Another good start! On the day the work was scheduled Rich arrived on time (10am) and after explaining the process, he went straight to work. We were very impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He didn't finish until approximately 4pm. Which means he took his time and did a thourough job. He did check our dryer vent and advised it did not need cleaning. We have a new washer/dryer and did not know that there is a sensor in the dryer that shuts it off when the vent needs cleaning until Rich pointed this out to us. We feel that we got our money's worth from this company and would highly recommend it to anyone needing this type of service.

They did a thorough job cleaning the air duct, but didn't clean up after themselves. They left debris and dirt all over the floor below the some of the air ducts, and I had to vaccum it up and wash the rugs afterwards.

They were on time and got right to work. They were courteous, professional and informative. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They had a special price for a specific amount of air ducts. They were here within a few days of calling, were extremely clean and considerate of my pets and babies and my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone at any time.

We got a big deal from them. They were all good. They honored the big deal right away, and got someone out here. We were happy with them. It sounds somewhat weird, but I didn't even know a product like this existed, which monitors how much dirt is building up in the vent. I don't have enough information about the price with other companies because I never knew this kind of product exists. This is the only company I have ever known, does this.

He did a good job and everything went fine. The price was fair.

They were great and very professional. The man who came out took his time to explain to me what he was doing. He was very clean and covered up the flooring in my home and even wore booties around the house. I would hire them again in the future.

We spoke, we confirmed the date and time, he was there at the scheduled time. It took him approx. 2 hours to complete everything. He provided me with an invoice, everything went as planned. Great experience.

They were on time and worked for 2 hours. Those vents had loads of accumulation. It took 2-3 cycles to dry a load of towels. Now they dry in one load.

They were efficient, punctual, quickly, and cleanly. The job was done great and we had no problems. We will use them again in the future.

Ed responded immediately to my e-mail inquiry, gave me an estimate and was able to schedule me in within 2 days. He and another worker arrived promptly and got right to work. They were extremely neat and careful not to scratch floors or hit walls. They removed a lot of debris, cleaned all the vents and gave me a new filter. They completed the job quickly and made no mess at all. I would highly recommend them. Ed was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

It was a big deal price and it was $99 or $49. They came all the way down to San Diego from Riverside. It was a father and son and they were very thorough and clean and also cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and then went up and cleaned my dryer duct out. He and his son were just very nice. I thought that the price was wonderful. I called and made an appointment and they came with a few days and they were on time. I think they called and said that they were on their way and that they were stuck in traffic.

It went well. They were on time, had all of the necessary equipment and used it effieciently. It was a dirty job, but they were careful and cleaned up after themselves.

The job went very good. They were pleasant. They are thorough and neat. They answered any questions I had and were great guys. The filter they offered to give for free is not a very good filter.

The service men were running a little late. However, once at my house, they performed the job very well. They were very thorough and professional.

I bought the coupon and was going to use it in the future. The company called me and set up the service without me having to call them first. They mentioned a $10 gas fee for coming out that was not disclosed when I bought the coupon but waived it when I did not agree to it. They showed up on time and did a great job.

They arrived on time or a bit early. They set up and did the job - two furnace and AC systems. The lead manager was informative and they appeared to be trying to do a good job. I was impressed that the vents were removed and replaced without any damage.

I called the week before and they put me on the schedule for Monday, which worked well for my schedule. Charles arrived on time to do the work, and I could tell he is a perfectionist because he even took the time to scrape off old paint that was getting into the vents. He recommended a good filter to get for the house for allergies. He then cleaned the dryer vent. He did a great job and I'll definitely call again!

They worked very hard, and tried to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend them.

Charles and his wife arrived early. They were very friendly with our dogs. They had some very large equipment they moved onto the front porch and brought a huge hose and ladder into the house. After being shown where all the vents were, they systematically went through the house and vacuumed out all the vents. They also inspected and cleaned the furnace filter and made recommendations for further service. In addition, Charles checked the dryer vent and said it would be ok without service. This was part of an "Angie's Deal" so supposedly this was normally a $400 service. I have not had this done before, but $400 would seem like a lot to me to pay for the work that was done.

This is one great company! I bought the BIG DEAL coupon and am so glad that I did. I found other companies doing the exact same work fro two to three times more money. Air Duct Cleaning sent two young men who worked very hard to make sure that they cleaned out my duct work as well as possible. They worked for over 3.5 hours and it was hard, sweaty work at that. Sean Mack and Casey Deatherage were real troupers and very responsive to my questions and needs. While the work was noisey and the machines large and scary, Sean and Casey did their very best to put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this compan,y and these two workers in particular, to you.

I called Eddie at Air Duct Pros and he answered the phone right away. He was able to schedule an appointment a couple of days away (that was convenient for me) and gave me a time that he would be arriving. The day he was to come out, he gave me a courtesy call that a.m. Eddie arrived with his son and told me what he would do. He even explained things along the way. My main concern that I had expressed on the phone was that my son's room does not get any flow of cool air from our air conditioner, although the rest of the house cools down easily. He cleaned out my furnace and replaced the filter as it was filthy. He explained that when he placed the new filter in, he found that there are filter guides on each side and that the filter easily fits in through the guides. (My husband had some weights that he had placed on the old filter to keep it in place). Eddie said we didn't need the weights. He cleaned the return box as it too was filthy. He checked the air conditioner and gave me advice regarding getting an insulated tube (cover) for the line let leading from the air conditioner. His son in the meantime was cleaning the upstair ducts. Eddie checked my son's room last. He said that the air duct was so loose leading into my son's room, that more than 60-70% of cool air was going into the attic. He adjusted the ducts to fit and wrapped them with insulation and I bellieve some sort of tape. (not sure what he bound them with). It improved the flow of air coming out of the vent in my son's room. Although, it could be stronger, and I may have an air conditioner friend work on it as he has come up with some ideas. I was very happy with the work (even though well meaning friends think that air duct cleaning does not make a difference,) I disagree. I have definitely noticed an improved flow of cold air through my vents and that there is less dust on my furniture. Eddie was very professional. He honored the $249.00 price for 10 ducts cleaned and I had 4 extra ducts that he cleaned for an extra $25.00 apiece. He did not come in trying to sell me anything extra and I respect that. I would highly recommend this company for air duct cleaning.

They worked at it for a good while. They did a good job. I would call them back. They were very friendly. They did not waste any time while doing this work.
