Air Duct Professionals

In my personal opinion : I feel sorry for this guy. He is overwhelmed with Angie list service calls for a great deal that is advertised and brought him too much business that he cant handle. 1. Did he do the job : YES 2. Would I recommend him again : NO 3. Reason : Too many cancelled appointments due to truck breaking down, staff shortage, and vacuum equipment breaking down at my house. 4. Did not receive the furnace filter that was promised in the advertisement 5. My recommendation to him would be to hire more staff, buy a new truck , buy a new vacuum cleaner He was very apologetic on the phone but after the 5th conversation on the phone you start to question that this was not worth all the hassles, taking time off from work to meet the man and he doesn't show and your left with this feeling that this guy is just too overwhelmed.

We have a separate heating and air conditioning system that covers 2 rooms and because of that , plus a couple of extra vents we had to pay extra. We were left with broken plaster around the vent that the machines enters to clean vents. We were told that we must have had some water damage there that caused the plaster to soften and break off. After thinking about it, we have no proof, but that machine might have caused the damage and we feel it should have been taken care of. That's the only reason we said no to using them again. Otherwise we are satisfied with the rest of the job.

they were good, not great. did what they were supposed to do, but left a bit of a mess. also, not sure they did every vent they said they were doing... overall, I'd grade them a B-.

Played a phone tag too schedule service, but after that technician showed up within the scheduled window. Ed was persistant in trying to reach me. Technician did a great job. I will be using them again in the future.

They were prompt and did a fine job. Nothing wonderful, but adequate. May or may not use them again. Probably worth the price.

Despite the work not being done, my experience was excellent. I would definitely refer people to Air Duct Professionals.

The tech showed up on time and was very friendly. Answered all questions. We couldn't have been more pleased.

came promptly cleaned air ducts when he left I found some vents that did not have their screws placed back to hold the vent so I had to climb a ladder and try and replace the screws

I was extremely pleased with the service. The man who serviced my home was very nice, thorough and professional.

The service was very professional and on time and all effort has been put in to clean the ducts. When the thermostat ran out of battery the service representative took time to replace new batteries to check the status of the cleaning. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Took too long to get the service after purchasing it apparently due to broken down vehicles. Service provider arrived at residence and was in a hurry from the start. Turned out his usual partner couldn't make it that day so he brought his son. Completed work was sloppy and I had to have vent registers replaced as they were originally installed. Two of the registers were new and were slightly damaged because the son did not know what he was doing. before I pointed it out, vent registers were left crooked, and the wrong screws used to secure them. All the registers had the correct screws in them before work was started. Overall? Obviously in hurry and did not bring QUALIFIED help to get the job done.

The serviceman and his son were pleasing and professional. I just continued what i was doing and they were in and out in a few hours. I highly recommend them.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List, and it took the company a little while to get back to me. A day or so. Not bad. We arranged a date that was convenient to me, but then they called the day before to say that they needed to change it to either a day earlier or a day later. Not a disaster, but a bit inconvenient. The technical arrived and walked me though the job in detail. Because I had cleaned the dryer vent myself recently, I traded that for them cleaning the 11th air vent in my house (the deal covered 10). I appreciated the flexibility. The technician did a thorough job, lasting a couple of hours. He was careful not to let my cats out, and careful to clean up. He even vacuumed up any dust or plaster bits that had fallen while he was working. The only thing worth mentioning is that he didn't tell me that one of the air vents and some ceiling plaster were slightly damaged when he was putting things back together. I would have appreciated it if he mentioned that to me. This is clearly a very careful and skilled technician. The company is probably a bit overwhelmed with work this time of year. My overall grade of "B" just indicates that there is some room for improvement. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall, I am very please with the work Air Duct Professional did on our house. I do not have to listen to my wife and mother-in-law tell me how cold they feel. I do not have to listen to my mother-in-law tell me the fire is out in the fireplace. In other words thank you Sean for a job well done!!!

I have purchased a number of deals from contractors through Angie's list and each one has not only communicated with me in a timely manner, but also satisfactorily completed the jobs. Since purchasing the air duct cleaning service from Air Duct Professionals I have only received one email from the company acknowledging the purchase stating that someone would be in contact with me to schedule the service. This was over two weeks ago. I have left at least two voice messages and have not received a call back. True "professionals" respond in timely manner. Update: I was finally able to get a hold of Ed after writing the review and have since booked an service appointment. Update 2: Ed called on the day of my first appointment telling me that their truck was in an accident and he couldn't make it. They did show up for the second appointment and performed the job professionally. Bottom-line: Their upfront customer response is sorely lacking. Perhaps they were overwhelmed by the response to there offer, but in my opinion they should have been prepared. The service, once they show up, is great. i would recommend.

I'm no expert on duct cleaning. But I think this worked well and I'll use them again.

I called this company to learn more about their specials before purchasing their packet online. I never heard back from them...

Technician arrived half hour late but then made up for it by cleaning several air ducts beyond the number covered in the deal. I really appreciated this and because of this would use them again.

The worker came on time and was friendly. He clean the air vents, vacuum the vents, and clean the dryer ducts. He did very good work and was professional. He went above and beyond by checking a noise that I ask to check in the attic.

It all went smoothly. They were extremely friendly and knowledeable about their job. We felt like they took a lot of pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Being able to get the dryer vent cleaned as well was helpful and increased our home's safety as it could possibly have been problematic with all of the accumluated dirt and dust--we probably saved ourselves from a possible future fire! We felt that the two men who did the work were professional, helpful, and thorough. We would definitely use their services again in the future!

They were on time and I had no problems. They provided a good service and the gentleman who came was very helpful. I did have two air conditioning units and I wish it would have been specified that there would be an additional cost with the Big Deal.

Charles was excellent - he arrived on time and was very patient with our questions as he explained the whole process. The air ducts have probably never been cleaned since our home was built (1980) so it was a tedious job. He also really did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent. He made several great suggestions while he was there. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
