Very thorough and though the technician arrived a little later than expected, he called in advance and brought the correct, large equipment to perform the work very well.

I think the guy did what he can to clean out the dust in the ducts. At first I thought that the A/C compressor unit should be cleaned too. I was told that it cannot be cleaned and there's really nothing to clean. He cleaned the furnace but there's still a dead lizard and other trash surrounding the furnace after the cleaning. The guy was going to skip sanitizing the HVAC system, until I asked for it. These people won't exactly follow what they advertised as a package on Angie's list, so you should just print out the package you purchased and just use it like a checklist as they perform the services.

They did a great job. It was the 2nd time I used them and I am about to use them again for a 3rd time.

They arrived on time and fully explained the process, the air duct cleaning was fascinating to watch and each vent was swept with an electric brush and reverse sunction pulled whatever was in the air ducts down into one giant hose attached to a downstairs vent. For an extra $49 they cleaned the dryer vent. Air duct vents over the 10 limit included in the special price were $25 apiece. I only questioned one in the guest bathroom , since the vents were very close together, one in the washroom and one in the toilet enclosure only two feet apart. I expect they were joined to the same vent a short space above their openings, but they counted it as two ($50 extra). The job was done promptly and efficiently.

In consideration of 170 A, 23 B, 8 C , and only 9 D and 10 F reviews and being a Super Service Award Winner for 2010, 2011, and 2012 my expectations were for exceptional service. I went to Air Duct Professionals web site (www.airductpros.com) and saw what I thought wouldbe the service I would be receiving. Ed the owner was good about returning my calls and setting up a timely appointment (A for Responsive). I was extremely disappointed in the entire cleaning experience. This may be due to the crew that was sent to my home, but I was assured that all technicians were fully trained to provide exceptional service. DO: Read any marginal reviews and be assured that will not be the crew that will be sent for your job. DON'T: Count on the website being a representation of the service to be provided. Accept anyone that shows up. It is your home and your money. Technician showed up at my door approximately 30 minutes early without calling. Instead of the company vehicles and uniforms seen on the website, the technician and his helper arrived in an aging Ford Aerostar mini-van. The Lead Technician's uniform consisted in a Air Duct Professionals T-shirt and shorts. The assistant had only casual clothes. The vacuum and agitation equipment did not approach the equipment from their advertising. Ultimately the vacuum failed and debris ejected from the ducts following heating equipment activation was collected with a dust pan and broom I provided. Technicians had to be reminded to clean the registers that were being reinstalled just as they had been removed. Cleaning the registers consisted of brushing them with a paint brush and vacuuming with the failing vacuum cleaner. Following cleaning the Intake register dust remained on the louvers. When checked by rubbing the louvers significant dust still remained. The technician brushed the louvers with his brush that was only marginally successful. While troubleshooting the failed vacuum, the top was removed and it was full of dust and debris. It contained much more than would have been expected from just my cleaning. When the device was brought in to sanitize the system, it was passed in front of the grill for several minutes. There was no evidence of a mist as in the video on the web site. The validity of the sanitization was questionable considering the condition of the other equipment that was used. All work was completed in an hour to an hour and a half. I cannot quantify the quality of the work, but compared to other duct cleanings I have experienced it was marginal. On other instances with other providers in a different location, the completed system had a clean fresh appearance and odor. There was no dust left on any of the louvers or ducts. No assistance or oversight was provided to that technician and I received what I considered an exceptional job. FOLLOW-UP WITH AIR DUCT PROFESSIONALS: Contacted Ed the owner with the issues related above. We exchanged calls, but Ed did get back to me within a couple of days. He listened to my concerns and was apologetic for my less than exceptional experience with Air Duct Professionals. He provided a thorough explanation from his perspective. Ed offered, and I accepted, a lifetime filter in compensation for my experience. I believe Ed was sincere in seeking to provide a positive customer experience.

I was a bit suspicious of this deal from the start, however I was moving into a new house and the vents were very dirty. They missed the first appointment as their truck broke down, and I was not home for the second appointment. Instead my wife oversaw the work. I was aware that we were going to get hit for an additional charge because we had more than the 10 vents that were allotted. However, she called me indicating that they recommended doing additional work that would cost $1200 claiming that our vent hoses were plastic instead of foil and were coming apart. Red flags immediately went off for me and I requested that they put whatever work they were recommending in writing so that I could go over it. Thereafter I never heard from them again.

Charles and his son CJ are some of the nicest people to meet. They did a very good job and was very personable with conversation and helped with other matters pertaining to our heater. Thank you and recommend them to others.

I purchased the air duct cleaning special in October and received an email from the owner of ADP promptly which stated that someone would be contacting me to schedule the service. By the later part of December, no one had contacted me so I called and left a message to that effect. The owner called me the next day and apologized for the delay. He also informed me that the offer was for only 10 registers and that each additional register would be $25. I didn't notice that in the service package description, but I might have missed it. We sheduled the time for service. Two young guys arrived on time. They were courteous and kept us informed of what they were doing and gave us advice about our air filters. The only thing was that they informed me that the air returns counted as registers (which I didn't know) and so we ended up paying $100 more than the original special price of $250 (3 returns and an extra register). That was a bit of a surprise. Nevertheless, they were nice young men, tolerant of our dogs, and seemed to do a very good job. They left no mess and our air seems noticably cleaner. We will use them next time we need the ducts cleaned.

Ed called me several times in order to set up the cleaning appointment. He followed up the night before and morning of the appointment to remind me. Sean came by during the time window that I was quoted. He explained what he was doing and then did it as expected. He was professional and careful in his work. He was efficient without being rushed and did a good job. A good job at the agreed upon price, what more could you want?,

Excellent service. Very professional, curtious, helpful. Very much NOT a wham Bam service. Took his time and did the job right and made sure our home was protected from any possible dirt/dust/damage. Thoughtful, curtious, professional company. I plan to use this service annualy, needed or not.

Scheduling was problematic but once scheduled service was excellent. Provider cleaned up after their work well a concern we'd had for this type of service.

Ed called me to schedule the appointment very soon after I bought the coupon. Scheduling was easy and Richard arrived right on time to do the work. Everything went really well. The air is definitely better. Richard even came out no charge a few days later when I had trouble with a thermostat (completely my fault). Great company which did great work. I would definitely hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was told the procedure would take about 2 hours. The service provider was prompt and covered his shoes each time he entered my home. He was courtious to my pets and explained each step he was going to take. He explained what I could do to make my pets confortable during the vacuming. He covered each vent and then attached them to equipment on his truck. He showed me where the air intake was located. He changed the filter on my heater with one I provided and used a camera to show me how everything had been cleaned. The vacum was not too noisy but I could see it pull on the covers. Once he was finished I could see the covers fall off when the vacum was released. He completely cleaned up everything he moved or used. He told me that I will need to have service again in 4-5 years. My house smells fresh and I feel it is cleaner with all that pet hair vacumed away. I will use them again. Thanks for the Big Deal Angie!

It went fine. Efficient, quick and effective.

Everything went well. The service man made sure to clean up all areas and was very careful when positioning his ladder. Just one thing - he asked to use my vacuum cleaner because his "was not working." I did allow him to use mine. I did think for the price, that they should have working machinery.

I had never had this cleaning done before and my home was built in 1984, so had visions of dust swirling everywhere. Did not happen. Worker was quick and efficient. Because I had more air ducts than the $199.00 BIg Deal Covered, I paid additional charge and believe it was about $25.00. Part of the service included cleaning of the furnace and replacing of the filter. Although I explained the furnace had very recently been inspected and cleaned, with installation of new filter, worker insisted on rechecking furnace and placing another new filter. My mistake in scheduling two services that each involved cleaning of the furnace. Worker was pleasant and polite.

The person who came did a very clean and thorough job. I just wish the person on the phone who made the appointment had been clear on the price per extra air duct. It is always best to know up front! The price was fair however considering the time spent in my home.

They came my house on time. After showed the registers, they began to clean the air ducts and registers. After that, they cleaned the furnace and changed the filter.The dryer vent was also cleaned.The total process took about two hours.

Overall the job went well. I requested that the discharge registers not be reinstalled as they needed to be be cleaned to remove cigarette smoke staining (not part of Air Duct Professional work). New register attachment screws were provided for my use.

I bought two coupons and had two AC systems cleaned (one for my senior citizen parent and one for my house). AC Pros did a complete job, including removing some rodent droppings that we had no idea were in our vent (ick). They also did duct repairs. AC Pros spent approx. three hours at each house and I was able to tell right away that the system was clean. The dust and dirt blowing out of the system is significantly reduced. I will use their services again.

They came out on the date quoted, cleaned the ducts and filters. They were very friendly and showed us everything they were doing. All the service was done promptly. After the service was performed they called back a week later to make sure we were happy with the service. We will definitely use them again.

The Air Duct Professional technicians showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and clean-cut. Their equipment was some really powerful thing, some kind of vacuum on steroids that certainly did the job! The technicians also removed all the grates and cleaned them. The technicians were ver courteous and careful with the house and furnishings, leaving no marks on the walls and so on. I marked the price only "fair", because we have a small house with not much duct work at all, but were charged the same as a McMansion. Also, the filter they used to replace the old one was the very cheapest kind. They could have sprung for a good HEPA filter for the price, don'tcha think? At any rate, I would recommend Air Duct Professionals and likely use them again. We're breathing much easier now!
