Very professional, hard working, and went the extra mile to make sure the vents and home was clean. We noticed a difference the first night in the quality of the air. Highly recommend if you are looking to have this service in the future.

We were able to schedule the cleaning the day after our initial call. Rich not only cleaned the ducts, but also fixed the damper in one duct and sealed off a drain pipe that needed sealing. Polite and professional. Great service!

Excellent communication. Every effort was made to schedule the cleaning to fit my schedule. Charles and his helper arrived on time and spent almost two hours cleaning out my ducts as well as cleaning all vents and especially the vent to my dryer. They also checked the heater and replaced the filter. They were pleasant and polite, and answered any and all questions. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use the company again.

I had to work, but a relative was at the house during the cleaning. The person from Air Duct Professionals was on time and pleasant. They removed the vent covers and placed plastic underneath so the floor wouldn't get dirty. The vent covers were replaced when the work was completed. In addition to doing a good job with the basic air duct and vent cleaning, the Air Duct Professionals person offered a lot of good information and helpful tips. He pointed out how the central heating could be easily modified to either include a fan or air conditioning. He also suggested moving a table that was covering the heating air return. Most importantly, he pointed out that one of the furnace pipes was too close to a wall, could be a fire hazard, and needed to be fixed by a plumber.

They arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned my airducts and vents, and left the house clean.

The work was done by one of the owners of the company. He was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough job on our ducts which had not been cleaned for over 13 years. The house smells much better now and it is much less dusty inside the house. I will definitely use this company again.

Phone calls answered promptly. Scheduled according to my timing. Arrived on time. Was extremely tidy while performing tasks.

The worker showed up on time and did a thorough job. Did not wear a mask. I told the owner and was told the workers are instructed to wear masks but this one chose not to.

The two workers arrived at the scheduled date and time and immediately began working. They completed the work in the alloted time frame they had informed us it would take. They were very courteous and professional.

The technician was pretty much on time. He did the tasks as prescribed. He didn't volunteer any information as to what he was doing but just took to the task. Once I started checking in on him and asking how things were coming, he was more informative. In the end, the ducts were clean and nice smelling. The previous tenants were smokers and had been...urm...a bit "light-handed" on maintenance and cleaning, so the fact that there was no evidence of the previous odiferous offenses was key. Thumbs up.

The technician did his job but left a mess for me to clean up after he left.

Two gentlemen came, pretty much on time. They seemed to have difficulty setting up their equipment and didn't seem that sure of themselves. Although they did the job, I just didn't have a feeling of confidence in their work. There hasn't been any problems since the work was done so I guess it's ok.

Tech arrived prompt and never did I have to worry about him going through the entire house without supervision. Also, reattached the vent hose on the dryer vent.

They came on time and were extremely professional and courteous. Our ducts had not been cleaned for over 10 years and it was very clear that it was needed. Air Duct Professionals gave us tips on how to keep the ducts clean for longer, they recommended the type of filters that should be used, and even noted that we may have a rat problem as evidenced by some of the matter that was collected. (Luckily, we had already fixed the rat issues but it was good to know that they were cleaning up the last of the evidence.) Best of all, Air Duct Professionals told us that if we followed the tips they gave us, like vacuuming the A/C vents periodically, air ducts don't need to be cleaned professionally again for another 7 years. This is consistent with the information my relatives in the A/C business tell me. I thought they were great and would highly recommend them to others.
