Air Duct Professionals

I got the Angie's List coupon. Called to let them know I bought it. They called back once the coupon came through their system, about 2 days later. We booked a date for about 4 days later, on a Saturday. Sean showed up on time. I don't know much about this type of business, but Sean got right to work. He gently moved anything in the way (some photos). Sean seemed to do a very thorough job, informed me of what he found, etc. He then packed up and left. He was extremely professional, hard working, and pleasant. Working with this company, from the first phone call onward, was as easy as it can be.

My humble opinion - I think Air Duct Professionals were in over their heads at that particular time. Too many customers calling about the deal (promo) and not enough manpower to carry out the work. My name and number kind of got lost in the shuffle ( they were suppose to call me ) and, I was getting a bit upset but Richard did apologize. When we FINALLY set a date, Richard's truck broke down. Ok, I understand things happen. I can't recall when he finally got out to our house but I can tell you when he left after finally doing the job, I was pretty upset. My brand new carpet (we had just moved in October 15, 2010) had a black spot on it where he had parked the big equipment. Lucky for me I had just bought a Hoover Steam Cleaner and the spot was cleaned up. I did call the office and talk to Richard's co-worker and for the life of me I cannot recall his name. He was an older gentleman. Will I use them again? I don't think so. I will hire someone within our immediate area. I would like to think they have things ironed out now. I'm sure they have -. The work got done but I do feel Richard should have at the very least given me the filter he suggested I purchase at no cost just for all that I went through with them. I know the filter came from Las Vegas if I am not mistaken. Even still, it should have been given to me at no cost for my many headaches. I was expecting out of town guests and I needed things done before they got there and I told that to Richard. The whole experience was just a huge headache and stressed me out I'm a very fair and honest person but I cannot give them high marks due to" my experience" with them. I was in business for myself at one time, and I made sure I could do the job and deliver on time. I always got back to the clients right away.

It wasn't that great. They tried to bill me more than the Big Deal price, saying that I had more ducts. They were supposed to clean out the ducts, they put the machine up to one duct and used a brush on the other ducts to clean. It didn't really improve the air quality that much.

They were pretty good. They were very professional.

They came in, finished the job, cleaned up after themselves and were out in a fairly short amount of time. I was impressed and will use them again.

It went very well overall. They got done in the time they said it would take.

The service provider was thorough and efficient. They arrived on time and completed the job in about two hours. They cleaned up after.

We're outside the Big Deal service area. The vents also have to all come off & the coupon only covered 10 vents. He was very nice & pleasant on the phone but encouraged me to get a refund. He was willing to come out but we couldn't get our schedules together because we're so far out of his area.

I have a 2 story, 2500 sq foot house with 18 vents and 3 whole house fan vents. He arrived promptly at 10am. Took about an hour to set up his equipment (single man crew) and lay tarps on my carpeting. He changed my furnace filter (in the attic), cleaned the vent covers as well as cleaning the deep inside the system. It's been 10 years since I had this done. The blower/vacuum is kinda loud so I wore headphones. It took a total of 6 hours. He cleaned out a plastic bag FULL of lint from my dryer line as well as vacuuming behind/underneath the washer and dryer. He did a great job of cleaning up after himself. He was friendly and pleasant.

The two man crew were on time and very professional. Assessed the house and went to work. They let me know which registers were dirtier than the others and explained their technique thoroughly as they systematically went through the house. They took about an hour and a half to complete the job and immediately I could tell the difference. I even mentioned that I should have them come yearly and the crew chief told me that was not necessary. every two/three years is recommended. Wow, these are the kind of kind of honest people I which I could deal with always. Thanks and see you in a couple of years!

They arrived on time. They explained the process that they would be using to clean the ducts. When he got to the attic, he explained the asbestos that was in there and explained thoroughly the risks of cleaning them. He suggested to replace the ducts altogether. I have since received a refund on coupon.

The facing of a register had fallen off. They had tried to screw back in, but were unable to, so they just left it there. That was frustrating.

They did a good job. I got my money’s worth.

After some confusion with scheduling the appointment all went well.

Even though I had to wait 2 months from the time I purchased the Great Deal until they were able to do the work, it was worth it. The technician did a great job, was very courteous, explained everything, cleaned up very well. It made a huge difference in the air quality in the house. The company is very professional, and communicated well with us.

Charles, the technician, arrived on time at my home. He began setting up the equipment he needed in order to complete the task. Before completing the job, he discovered a problem with the return on my furnace and suggested I have it fixed before he could proceed. I had the problem fixed. He completed cleaning my air ducts. He was friendly, thorough and professional.

The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly and worked neatly and efficiently. He was also very honest and told me we don't need to have our vents cleaned for another 5 to 7 years. I was extremely pleased with the outstanding service!

My time was almost up on this deal, but I called in January (after purchasing in July) and Ed at Air Duct Professionals set me up for the following week at 10-11 in the morning. Casey arrived promptly at 10:15, took a look around, and told me that I had two ducts more than the deal was for, and quoted a very reasonable rate ($199 for the original deal (8 ducts+furnace cleaning) and $25 per duct for the two extras). He said that it would take about 2 hours, and in 2 hours almost to the minute, he was done. After finishing, he explained what I needed to do going forward to keep dust out of the ducts, took the extra $50, and we were done. Very professional and I got exactly what I paid for. Would use them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

He pointed out that the coil that goes to the vent was not put in properly. He put in a new coil. It seems to be much better. I appreciated that.

Rich was awesome! Really took his time, did a seriously thorough job of cleaning my air ducts, furnace, even repaired my dryer vent which was apparently real messed up and kicking lint back into the dryer. And also helped tape off an old furnace that doesn't function anymore. I notice a difference in the air quality and dust that gathers on my tables, so that's good. But Rich is the reason this company kills it. A guy who cares about the job he does and about the customer's satisfaction. I highly reccomend this company.

Person arrived on time and proceeded to set up his machinery. Then he turned the machinery on ( very noisy) & about an hour later he was finished with the airducts. Then he cleaned out the furnace and installed a new filter (which my husband had purchased) earlier. After that he was done and proceeded to disassemble his machinery & left.

It was a very good experience and we noticed a difference in the "old house smell" after the ducts were cleaned.
