James was professional, personable and service was great

Went great. Arrived on-time, rep was friendly. Examined space and explained what would happen before starting any work to be sure I understood. Took about an hour to clean entire air duct system. Even cleaned dryer exhaust vent. Highly recommend, would use again,

Our cleaner, James, was thorough and professional in servicing our ducts. Because our bathroom exhaust fans looked like they hadn't been cleaned by the previous owner, he also removed the accumulated dust at a pretty cheap price. He also noticed that the air duct installed before was dangerously long and replaced it accordingly with a shorter, fireproof duct. As a helpful hint, though, for those who may be buying a new dryer in the future, not all dryer installers are willing to install a new dryer with a duct that's already installed (liability concerns). Overall, he did a good job and my dad even used him soon after to clean his house!

Sean was on time as scheduled. He was polite and friendly. Before he started, he explained everything he was going to do and the machines he would be using. He covered the furniture under the vents that he worked on so no dirt or dust would get on them. He worked non-stop and also cleaned up around the floors and walls of the vents that he worked on. When he was finished, he explained everything he did. He also made recommendations. He showed me and explained the type of filter he used for my furnace and how to take care of it. Sean did an excellent job, was very polite and professional. Air Duct Professionals has wonderful customer service.

Great. My daughter contracted Air Duct Professionals to do her home. James, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and did a quality job. I contacted Air Duct to do my home and requested James. James arrived on time and did an excellent job. He also helped me with a leak with my HVAC Condenser and diagnosed and fixed the issue.

We were very happy with the service and professionalism they showed while in our home. They took great care of our property and were careful to not let our animals get out while they went in and out of the house. I feel better knowing that the ducts are clean and safe. My mother in law has asthma and we wanted to make sure that the air was clean for her. Thanks for a job well done.

Ed was great about explaining the difference between the specials and provided great customer service! James did a fantastic job. He was diligent about covering the furniture and cleaning up afterwards (and wearing booties over his shoes in the house)! I wanted my dryer vents also cleaned, but my units are stacked and he couldn't get to them. He did try from the outside vent, but no luck. Ed worked with me to swap out the specials.

Our experience was fantastic. I spoke with Ed, described the problem, and answered his questions. He quoted me $159 to come out and clean the vent and replace the duct attached to the dryer with a fireproof replacement. I called on Thursday, and Rich and Beth stopped by on Saturday morning, as promised. Rich and Beth were fantastic. Not only did they fix the problem within 15-20 minutes, they gave us recommendations on how to improve the area around the exhaust vent. (The vent is located close to the ground and there's not enough airflow space.) As a courtesy, they also provided us with an estimate for to clean the air ducts. Given that our house was fully remodeled last year and all the ducting is new, it would be good to get all the construction dust cleared out. I'll be calling Air Duct Professionals next week to schedule this service.

Great! The technician arrived on time, prepared and was done in under 2 hours. He even uncovered a leak in my water pipes under the house that I didn't know about!

Great customer Service and attention to detail.

Great! It was very easy to schedule via telephone with Ed. The crew (Charles and Joshua) showed up during the expected time period, and they did a great job. They were both very professional, friendly, and conscientious. Josh even cleaned the ashes out of our fireplace! Charles joked that he as "OCD" and it showed in the very thorough job he did. They said we won't need them again for 5-7 years, but we would hire them again without hesitation. We have two furnaces and 12 vents so we paid a little extra above the standard cost, but it was definitely worth it. The house smells great and I no longer dread using our A/C, which we'll definitely need soon in Escondido!

Ed and his team were professional and very knowledgeable. They were very accommodating and helpful when I had to re-schedule due to construction delays and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule before moving into our new home. I will use them again and will recommend them highly to friends and family!

This review is about Air Duct Professionals and I want you to know that I finally found a company that was honest and professional. Because when I was at the end of my wits trying to figure out who was telling me the truth, I called Ed Mack the owner and he was reassuring that my home was not that old to be having all these problems. He referred me to a website for the Air Duct Cleaners Association and read about what air duct cleaning really does. So I had Air Duct Professionals come out to the inspection and they have an actual HVAC guy on their staff. Immediately looking at how new and well maintained our air system was in the attic, he told us those other companies were trying to scam us. Air Duct Professionals did a great job cleaning out all of our air ducts and dryer vent and cleaning up after themselves. I whole-heartedly recommend this company for their professional work and honesty.

I was very pleased with their service. I called on a Friday and had the service completed the following Monday. Service techs were prompt and efficient. After completing the cleaning, they vacuumed to ensure there was no mess left behind. I would definitely use them again.

Purchased a Big Deal for duct cleaning. Communication with them was immediate, even when having to reschedule service for another date. They arrived on time and started work immediately. They made a mess while cleaning (just part of their process) but cleaned up everything after so there was no trace of it. The tech even showed me how much dust and lint was removed when he was finished. That was gross/amazing. One thing I will point out is that the tech told me when he arrived that the deal was only for 8 ducts and returns. I had 9 so had to pay an additional $25. I don't mind the extra cost, but I know I read the Deal specifics and there was no mention of a limit or additional cost.

Ed answered his phone (no voice mail) and came over within two hours. Ed is the owner of the company. He was courteous, efficient and professional. He also checked my AC ductwork under the house to insure they were in good condition.

Contractor was very communicative. Tech showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning out the ducts. Happy!

Services were thorough and efficient. In and out quickly (about 1 hr). Used power vacuum which was very loud, but after cleaning my allergies have disappeared (prior owner had cats). Service included up to 10 vent/ducts vacuum and sanitizing, dryer vent and furnace cleaning. There are cheaper providers available, but overall pleased with service.
