It was great. He answer all the questions we had and was very helpful. As he went through the condo and the work he kept us informed about what he saw. The biggest challenge we had was that our dryer was not drying as expected. He noticed that the flap on the vent that went outside was being held down by the exterior building materials. He jumped out onto our ledge and got it open and a lot of lint came out. Now our Dryer is working PERFECTLY!! Thank you!!!!

I received a call within 24 hrs to set up an appointment. They were very professional, shawn showed up at the exact time scheduled. he did a fabulous job!! I was so impressed with their service, I used them again for carpet cleaning.

Following a year of rodent invasion that infiltrated my furnace vents, I first took care of the offending pests. But even after sanitizing the basement and attic, the scent still lingered. I called in the Air Duct Professionals who vacuumed the vents, under pressure, cleaned the furnace, and deodorized the whole system. That took care of the odor and I finally got the house rented. The guys were prompt and courteous.

The guy arrived on time, described the work he was going to do and then did it. I negotiated a trade of the dryer vent for an additional duct and added on some additional vents since our house exceeded the limit of the deal. I was generous with the trade, but I've seen some people try to stick it to you or just deny all changes. This guy was smart enough and flexible enough to be able to negotiate. I see this as a real plus.

Two men came and made sure I understood the pricing and scope of their work as they understood it. Very professional. Then they got to work and only stopped if they saw something they felt I should know about and, in one case, they made a small fix to something other workers would have just passed over. I also like the owner with whom I made initial contact with. He was interested and highly responsive. Will use this company again.

We were very impressed with their work. They arrived on time, seemed trustworthy, friendly, and got the job done quickly. They were clean and careful not to damage our furniture, walls, stairwells, or anything else their equipment touched by placing cloth & towels around their cords / vents. The owner's son even went under the house to clean up the dead rats that caused a smell to permeate through the vents. They were also mindful of our baby that was sleeping by suggesting to start in another place of the house.

Before buying the special listed on Angie's List, I exchanged e-mail with the owner to confirm my expectations. It was very important that the person servicing my home be bonded and fluent in English. He was, and ultimately, all my expectations were met. After buying the service package, I was not contacted by the provider to schedule an appointment, but I managed to remember and schedule the work shortly before my prepaid coupon expired. The provider arrived within the two-hour time window as planned and got to work right away. He was personable. The work took much longer than expected and was thorough with two exceptions. He needed to be prompted to clean one vent, and one vent grate was not reinstalled. The latter item was not a problem because it was within my reach and I had the necessary tool to do the job. Having developed a rapport with the service provider, I would use the firm again. My advice to anyone seeking this service is to plan on much longer than 90 minutes for the work to be completed. Allow the worker(s) time to be thorough, and then check their work. By all means, don't bother with any of the specials advertised for $50 or less. With those, you're just paying for a high pressure in-home sales pitch. I paid a fair price, received fair value for that price, and never got any up-sell or bait-and-switch that is common from firms in this business.

I saw how he was cleaning the first few vents and left him to do the rest on his own. When He asked where the main system was I noticed that he started pulling parts out. He cleaned and replaced filter and sanitized all around. IMPRESSED!!!

Scheduling was very easy and Ed was very accommodating. His team arrived on time and performed the job well. We were told upon their arrival that if we had more than 10 ducts it would be an additional $25 each, which was a surprise to us. Would have been nice to know that upfront. They also almost forgot, then barely performed, the dryer vent cleaning. HOwever-- after the fact, I emailed Ed and explained our experience and he responded and followed up with his team immediately. I really appreciated that, and we would most likely use his company again.

This was a fabulous deal! The worker was on time and very professsional. They did an outstanding job. I will use them again in the future if I need to. Scheduling was easy as well.

Called Air Duct Professionals left a message on the answering machine. Received a call back within 30 minutes. Scheduled an appt. with them to come out and clean the air ducts on that following Wednesday. Had to call them back to reschedule because of a forgotten appt. They were to come out on that Friday between 10 and 12. At 9:30 we received a call saying they had a problem with one of the vans and were unable to show up. He was very apologetic and rescheduled for Saturday between 9 and 10 a.m. The technician showed as promised and did a thorough job. He was very polite, respectful and clean. Originally, when I called he told me he would give me the coupon price even though it expired that day. He also didn't charge me for the main vent. And because they were unable to show up on Friday, because the van broke down. He threw in a re-usable filter. Customer Service: A+

I spoke with Ed on the phone prior to purchasing the deal. I had previously spoken to two other companies when comparison shopping. The other companies were courteous and helpful with explaining the processes. I was the most comfortable with Ed. Not only was he knowledgeable, courteous and helpful but he was also truthful and didn?t try and upsell me. He was straight up and stated everything I was getting and let me know that when his employee came out he?d do the job and there wouldn?t be any heavy sales pitches or scare tactics. I appreciated that. Charles was the employee that came out to clean our vents. He was awesome! He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how the system worked, the cleaning procedure, and how to maintain the system for optimal performance. We did a walk thru and then he started the work. Keeping us informed of things he found and what was causing our dryer problem. He did a final walk thru and made sure everything was cleaned up after. I can?t say enough good things about him! I couldn?t believe how BIG of a difference the cleaning made! My husband noticed the difference in air quality the same night because he has allergies all the time. I noticed it the morning after when I woke up. The air felt crisp (yes, actually crisp!), light and clean. We just bought the house last year and who knows if the vents were ever cleaned in the last 30 years. I didn?t even know getting the vents cleaned would feel like that. I figured it would be better but not THAT much better. This will be the only company I have clean our vents EVER. Thank you very much Ed and Charles!

Did an excellent job in cleaning the 27 vents, 2 returns, and 1 dryer vent. They were very prompt and professional. They took extreme care to ensure that the inside of the house was the same as before they performed the service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vents cleaned.

Arrived on time, and were done in about 90 minutes. Relatively painless process. Machine they use makes some noise, but nothing unbearable. Father & son team that I recommended them to a friend of mine, he also had a good experience. I would use these guys again.

Wonderful. First I called another service - I got an answering machine and left my info and while I was waiting for them to call me back I noticed that Air Duct Professionals was very highly ranked on Angie's List and their prices were lower than the first place. So I called them, Ed answered the phone, couldn't have been nicer or more professional, and we made an appointment for the following week. Rich came to the house and is amazing. Not only did he do a thorough job and clean up perfectly after himself, but he was friendly and professional and radiated honesty. We have dogs, and they loved him and vice versa - and he was very careful not to leave any gates or doors open so that they would not get out. A thoroughly pleasant experience from beginning to end, and we will definitely be using them and recommending them in the future.
