The serviceman was late but called and informed me about traffic and the delay. He was very professional on arrival and apologized. He completed the service in a timely manner and cleaned after completion of the job.

They showed up to do the original duct cleaning but were going to do some additional work and failed to show up two times.

Very prompt response to inquiry. Nice service person who went the extra mile to check the attic for any rodent issues. Great job cleaning all the ducts and dryer vents. Only complaint (very minor) is that there was dirt and paint particles on a couple of areas under a couple of vents that was not cleaned up. Otherwise, great company with great service. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time; cleaned ducts and were careful about removing and reinstalling distribution grilles. Didn't arrive with promised electrostatic filter and when I showed them that it was supposed to be included, they agreed to have one sent to me which they did and which I installed.

A week before they came I had had the most horrific experience with a contractor (unrelated to this service). I made them aware that I was nervous about any service and the young man was very understanding and courteous and I was very pleased with the job. I was given an estimate on the phone and it was exactly was I was charged.

Air Duct Professionals did an excellent job. Their staff was very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend them.

We moved into our house less than a year ago and wanted to get all the air ducts cleaned and sanitized since we had done some renovating prior to moving in (and we had no idea when the prior occupants had done any type of air duct maintenance). I called Air Duct Professional and I spoke with Ed. He was able to meet my request for a weekend appointment (made for the same week that I placed my initial call to Ed). Charles and CJ (his son) arrived exactly at the scheduled time of my appointment. They were very courteous, thorough, and personable. They even brought their own booties to cover their shoes while inside my home. They did a walk thru to count all the air ducts and inspected the furnace. I took advantage of the 10 Air Duct cleaning deal, so I was aware of the pricing as well as the price for the 5 additional ducts that my home had. Charles did not try to upsell anything and gave good advice on proper filter changes, etc. Charles and CJ worked very efficiently and walked me through everything that they were doing. They even went beyond the scope of work to replace vent covers that had faulty screws/bolts. Most importantly, Charles noticed that my dryer was venting properly and upon investigating under the house found that the tube had been ripped in half. So all the lint and exhaust fumes from the dryer were ending up under my house and not properly venting outside. Charles and CJ went above and beyond to crawl under my house and repair the broken dryer vent. They saw it as a safety hazard and took it upon themselves to repair it before they left...for FREE! I definitely recommend Air Duct Professionals. Ask for Charles and CJ - very professional, personable, and knowledgeable!

They were prompt and punctual. They listened and explained the process. They were very nice. They were in and out quickly.

Had a call to confirm the time of service and all details in advance. The team arrived on time. Both guys wore shoe covers, and they proceeded to cover all the vents to prevent dust coming into the house. They worked around our babies sleeping schedule too. Overall, very professional.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. I give them 4 out of 5 stars. Because of where I live, they sent out somebody else, but not him. I felt a little bit short changed because he gave me some advice which was not bad, but not really on the money. So I didn’t feel great but he did the job. The price was fine.

The technician from Air Duct Professionals was a young guy. He was pleasant. They gave me an air filter, and I found out later that I didn't need two air filters, when my air conditioning went out. They had put an air filter in the intake and that was incorrect. So, the guy was very well-mannered and he did what he felt was his best. Knowledgewise, I think I would have to give them a C because they put an air filter where I shouldn't have had one. The price was good. He was prompt, he got here on time. When they cleared out the little vents, they couldn't get one back in again. At one point his appliance got stuck in one of the vents, the duster thing. That was kind of funny. I think he needs a little more training.

Very well. I really liked the honesty of the vendor that vent cleaning is only needed every 7 years or so unless the home undergoes major construction/damage.

Let me just start with how happy and impressed I am with this company and their service! The owner Ed called not long after I bought the deal and was able to set up an appointment for the same week. There was one extra vent in our house above the ten covered in the deal and it was reasonably priced at only $25 to clean it, which Ed covered in the initial phone call with me and he was also great at answering the serveral questions I had over the phone too. Rich was our service tech and he called the morning of to confirm the directions and his arrival time. He came and explained what was going to be done and answered several questions that I had. He was very knowledgable and did not try to upsell me on anything. Aside from being an extremely nice guy, Rich was very thorough and meticulous about the work and even went above and beyond taking extra time to take care of some extra cleaning that was required due to poor installation of our vents. We live in a semi-rural area and this is the first time we have had the system cleaned in 3 years but it may never have been cleaned before as its somewhat of a newer house so I expected quite a bit of dust but was amazed at how much he was able to get out of everything especially the dryer vent. This was especially important to us because my husband is allergic to dust among many other things. I told this to Ed when booking the job and it was one of the first things Rich asked me about upon arrival as he wanted to make sure they really addressed the problem completely. They also used a plant based sanitizer which was important to me as I have kids and a baby and there was no harsh smell afterwards only a slight nice vanilla smell. When he left everything was much much cleaner than before he came and he took all the dust and dirt with him even though I offered for him to put it in the garbage if he wanted to. They even came all the way down here with no extra charge. Rich also went out of his way to vacuum off the top of a ceiling fan in our bedroom that was right beside the vent as it had a lot of dust built up on it and several cobwebs with dust bunnies around the vents that I hadn't got to cleaning yet due to being busy with our baby. I had waited a while to have this done as I not only was looking for a good deal but I wanted a good company to do the work more importantly. I only wish I had found this place sooner as I am so happy with them and their work. I am sure that our a/c and heating unit and dryer will work more efficiently and cleaner now and especially safer as I have read that clogged dryer vents are a leading cause of house fires. To sum up I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I plan on being a long term customer of theirs. Service like this can't be beat. I have been looking casually at vent cleaning for a couple of months and while there are other deals out there that are only slightly cheaper, I felt like this company offered more and most importantly had the best reviews and reputation I could find and my instincts were correct as I could not be happier!

The two techs arrived exactly on time and asked to take a "walk-thru" in order to see what the job would entail. I have to say that I have lived here for almost 26 yrs. I always left these sort of things to my husband and since his passing I hadn't even thought about having air ducts cleaned until I started having asthma. I really don't know when the last air duct cleaning occurred, if ever. As I went through the initial walk-thru with Casey (I hope that's his name and I apologize if it isn't) I hadn't opened the door to the "closet" that the furnace is in, in at least 2 yrs. I just never had a reason to look in there. I was so embarrassed at the amount of dust that was in there. They began working and the process really didn't take very long. The last task that was performed was the dryer vent cleaning. When Casey came in and showed me lint that had been removed from the dryer duct I was in shock! You could clearly see that it had burned! I was black in places. I was so thankful that nothing terrible had happened because it obviously had been a close call! For that reason alone the cost was worth it to me! I had a problem getting my thermostat working again and I called the office and a man came by and fixed it right up. He was very personable and helpful and happy to help. He was really great and I can't remember his name (another senior moment). I do recommend this company and I would definitely hire them again.

Work done well, thoroughly and neatly. I've had it done in other houses and the technicians actually left stuff dripping down the walls other times, but that didn't happen with Air Duct Pros. I definitely should have double checked that dryer duct before they left. But overall, I was very satisfied.

It took longer to sit up the hoses than anticipated due to the layout of the house. Having spent some time in the house before and after the vent cleaning, I can honestly say I can tell a difference in the amount of dust in the air just in my breathing. I know that removing the old carpets will also contribute to improved air quality.

The serviceman came - on time, ready to do the job. He looked at the ducts and said he thought they had asbestos and he couldn't do ducts with asbestos. He asked that I call his boss and we discussed my options. He came out and inspected, did a test for asbestos, and confirmed. He also said the asbestos was secure and no safety hazard and that the ducts were in good shape. They were so prompt, professional, and actually comforting that I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was in the process of closing on a house and hired Ed Mack of Air Duct Professionals to clean my ventilation system. I purchased a deal on Angie's List and called Ed. He was very flexible and in tuned with my concerns and we set up an appointment. Charles and his son, CJ showed up, did a walkthrough of the house, set up their equipment and went to work. The job was thorough and Charles provided a lot of suggestions on how to maintain my system. Charles also installed and set up two Nest thermostats for me. Outstanding service! Very professional and knowledgeable. I am planning on using their service to clean my carpet.

They did a great job, explaining what they were going to do and cleaning everything they promised to. Their original rate was based on house square footage and thus an estimate of how many ducts/registers/inlets there were. The actual number was a bit higher and they charged a reasonable amount extra for each extra duct/register.

Shawn showed up in the time frame that was given to me. He was very professional and quickly answered any questions that I had. He went immediately to work and was done the the specified time frame that was given to me. Not only did he do a great job, but he was very thorough in cleaning up any dirt/dust that was on the floor after cleaning the vents. He cleaned my dryer duct, which was so clogged that I thought maybe my dryer was "on the way out", all with a smile on his face! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Just the fact that this gentleman told me what great condition my ducting was in proves what a professional and honest man he is. I had a fear of someone telling me that my ducting might need replacing. That is what happens to alot of people. Lots of crooked contractors out there and i have had my share. It was great to have someone that was truly honest as well as a great worker.
