Air Duct Professionals

They were fabulous. Charles and his daughter Mariah came and were the nicest people you will ever meet. There was nothing that was too much trouble and they went the extra mile. They also had to service the furnace because it was covered in drywall dust.

The service provider arrived on time, was polite and professional, performed all expected services and also vacuumed up dust and debris as he serviced each room. The price was reasonable and the job well done. I have no complaints and I would use this company again.

Instead of cleaning the airducts from each room, they went into the attic and cleaned from up there.

Air Duct Professionals did a pretty good job. Two guys showed up on time. The price was okay. They were very professional. They moved in, they did quick, took everything apart, cleaned everything and put it all back together. They were very responsive. They were both professional. They were dressed nice and clean for cleaning air ducts.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I paid the amount that was promised in the Big Deal, I didn't pay any extra. He told me about some available filters that I might want to consider. I don't know if he had mentioned he had a certain kind of deluxe filter but I declined. The guy came and he had an assistant with him, he appeared to do a pretty thorough job, he explained everything of what he was doing, and he explained how the air ducts capture the dirt and they trap each one of the vents and then it comes out through a certain area in the large tube vent that goes out to his truck, that made me feel good to understand that. I don't remember them being on the negative side per se. He was friendly, kind of talkative, I guess I was anticipating something more or finding an add-on but it didn't happen, that was a good thing. His personality didn't knock my socks off but he was decent. For the price, it was a really good deal to do that. The quality of service was good but I don't know that much about vents, I noticed probably 5 or 6 months later, my dust started building up again a little bit and I don't know quite what that meant. Their responsiveness was pretty quick. He arrived when he said he was going to arrive.

I kicked them out of my house. He told me the service was gonna cost me $500 more. That's a rip-off.

The communication was poor at best. I had called to make sure that I would not have to worry about a large machine being brought into the home to clean the air ducts because of my hardwood floors. They assured me that they weren’t going to bring anything into the home, and when they came, they said that was untrue and that the machine would have to be in the home. I was given the impression the piece of the equipment would be operating from the truck. So I immediately got a refund for the deal and would not use them again.

The service was great. The main reason I called them was because my dryer vent was clogged and my dryer just kept shutting off. I thought I was going to have to replace the ducting through the wall to get rid of that but then I thought about trying having it cleaned and it worked. I definitely was worth it. They cleaned the vents out too.

It went fine. They setup dust collection then proceeded to clean out the ducts. I found their work perfectly acceptable.

Went very well. In looking at the upholstery, which was quite stained, he told us what he could get out and what might not come out. His predictions were right on target. They were two young who knew what they were doing and worked very hard and efficiently to get the job done.

Did a great job. No mess. Very professional. Would recommend.

I spoke to the owner of the company to set up the appointment. He was very easy to deal with, professional. He contacted, as promised, to confirm the day and time. Two young guys showed up on time. Extremely professional, fast, courteous and polite. I figured they must be well informed about air-conditioners, so I asked them questions about my system and how best to take care of it. They answered all my questions like experts. One guy even took a peek in my attic to see how the air ducts were set up. (we were hoping that part of the house could be shut off in summer to save on the electric bill, but it was not possible) My system is running better now and I can now feel air flowing in the room that is most far from the air-conditioner. We had to move a few pieces of furniture and they helped me do that. They cleaned up after themselves very well with vacume. Here is one slightly negative thing. They had only one ladder. Because I had a ladder, one guy was able to go through the house removing the register covers while the other guy followed behind with the suction machine. And by the time the guy doing the suction finished, the other guy and gone back and replaced all the registers! If I did not have the ladder, it would have taken much longer. So if you don't have a ladder, ask them to bring two ! I would, and will, hire them again. I give them an A+ Here is a note to the owner of the company. I walked the boys out to there van to give them some bottled water as it was 100 degrees that day. I was surprised that the van had no airconditioning and the passenger windows did not roll down! I know that's ok in LA, but If you are going to send your guys out to the desert (Palm Springs etc.) they at least need windows that roll down.

The provider came to clean air ducts. Cut out around painted air vents were sloppy and looked bad. At some point, employee identified a problem with my ac return and offered to bypass the blocked return passage. We agreed to a 5 foot duct bypass on garage wall. Employee left to go purchase the parts and brought back a receipt that was much higher then amount he quoted me. I looked closely at the receipt which he had asked for full reimbursement on and found numerous items that were not for my job. I was not happy that he "forgot" to inform me that the receipt included all of these other items but I paid him for materials for my job and employee began putting up the ducting and I left the garage. When I returned, the 5 ft bypass had turned into a series of duct tunnels running all around my garage. WHAT??? Did not discuss with me. Told me he needed to go out and buy MORE ducting to finish. I asked him to leave and hired another company that thought his work was totally subpar. The replaced the ac unit and properly cleaned out the blocked return duct so it was functional. Ripped out all of his ducts that were all over the walls. Would never recommend. Didn't give all F's above because I didn't really give them a chance to remedy the situation - didn't want to see them again.

Exceptional. That's all I can say really. Worked hard for several hours cleaning ducts, the vent covers, showing me various parts of the system, and cleaning the air return box. Well worth the money.

They were lovely. They came on time, they were very fast, and did a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. They actually sent somebody out that was a former employee of the company. They trust him obviously because he does the same business. They may have been overloaded with the special but he did an excellent job. It was very, very good and very thorough. I would definitely refer them. I've had ducts done before and it wasn't near as thorough as this guy was. He explained everything that he was doing and took care of our concerns in certain areas of our house. He showed up when he said. He was very professional and it was very obvious that he knew what he was doing.

The vent is long and not the best material for it. Air Duct Profs handled it with no problem and were extremely quick and courteous. I imagine their work on heating ducts would be excellent, too.

Overall good. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. The work was good and they clean not just the air duct but the cover as well.

Came on time and performed his job very well. The technician had a leaky van and parked on the street instead of my driveway. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I don't see any more lint coming out of the dryer vent as I used to see. I could not make much sense of the technician's explanation of his air processing machine. But I suppose the ducts got sanitized and the air coming out is much cleaner.

did good job fine print was that they only clean a certain number of ducts in the prepaid package and extras are not included in the price i chose not to pay the extra cost and so had only part of my total ducts cleaned

The company representative arrived on time and cleaned all of my air ducts thoroughly and without making a mess in my house. He was professional and efficient. I had lived in the house for 18 years at that point and thought it would be a good idea to make sure that the air ducts were cleaned.

Air Duct Professionals offered me the big deal they were offering for a comprehensive duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning and filter replacement that they were running, but scaled down for the smaller number of vents in my apartment. Two of their duct cleaning professionals arrived promptly and were very thorough and professional in their work. They were equipped with notes of specific concerns that I highlighted in my estimate phone call and addressed them all. Very professional and efficient.
