Sean was very professional. He arrived on time and got right to work. I had asked Ed Mack if we could have our dryer vent cleaned because it goes over 20 feet before opening to the outdoors. It was so plugged up that. Our clothes weren't drying even though our dryer was brand new. Sean made sure that the vent was completely clear and that the dryer was working properly. It is such a pleasure to have warm, dry clothes come out of the dryer. I would definitely use them again!

The previous week I had a dryer fire in my home. I had been meaning to have the ducts and vents cleaned in my home for the last few years and the fire was a wakeup call! I found Air Duct Professionals online at Angie's List. $329.00 sounded like a good deal and there were many good reviews. When I called, the owner was very courteous and explained to me that anything over ten ducts would be $25.00 extra (I ended up with 11). On the day of service, Sean (the owner's son) showed up on time and ready to work! He was very courteous and professional, answering all my questions as I came up with them throughout the process. He was here for about two to three hours and did an exceptional job! I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if the need ever arises.

A very polite young man arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and then did it with maximum efficiency. He was careful to protect my furniture. He covered everything near each duct as he worked on them. He was also careful not to let my dogs out. We will definitely use this company in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He's a real nice kid, courteous, did a good job. The only problem was is that after he had left, our air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. We actually have to call him back and he attached one of the wires so that was the only problem. He had to find out what he had done and one of th wires were detached when he was cleaning. He was inexperienced with working around the wires when he was cleaning.

They arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the air duct, dryer duct and exhaust fan duct. My BigDeal only included air duct and dryer duct cleaning but they cleaned my exhaust fan ducts for free.

The provider was on time, very communicative with the service they were going to perform. He vaccumed out all 12 ducts, did the dryer vent, did the main vents, cleaned the filters, etc. He was very detailed and was at the house 2-3 hours. He did an excellent job. After the service there was a rattling sound in one of the vents. They had a service rep come out a few days later to fix it. I would highly recommend this company. There are other duct companies out there that will tell you its just all one main duct and only vaccum out one of the ducts. There are also companies that will try to sell you new filters, etc, but there was no hard sell with them at all. In fact the technician brought new vents for us in case that was the problem but when he realized it was not he did not try and get me to buy the new vents. Trust this company they are family owned, father owns the business and son works in it. I got a deal on angies list for 10 ducts but I wound up having 13 ducts so it was only $25 per duct extra.

I checked out my air ducts one day and I noticed that they were horribly dirty. Didn't want any of that dirt coming out of the vents so I decided to get them cleaned. This company did a great job and were afraid of getting there hands dirty. After the job was finished I checked out the work and everything looked clean. Decent price and good service, I'd recommend using this company.

Charles and Jasmine were great. They were a bit late, but they were courteous enough to give me a call, so I didn?t mind. They also cleaned the bathroom fans and did a great job of cleaning the dryer vent.

Air Duct Pros did a great job in cleaning our all our air ducts and vents. Both Ed, the owner who did the scheduling, and Rich, the technician who came out, were very nice and great to work with. Rich came on time and was very thorough. He found one vent where the cover had not been replaced properly by the last company I hired. He fixed this and now air flows into my second BR! Rich not only cleaned the ducts but did little extra things (without me asking) like vacuuming the thick layer of dust that had collected on the top of my ceiling fan and removing cobwebs I couldn't otherwise easily reach. I didn't have a replacement air filter, so Rich vacuumed the one I had until I could get a new one. Thank you, Rich!! I used a coupon from Angie's List and they charged me only $25 extra for an additional vent (over 10 vents). Very reasonable price for a job well done. They went over and above, and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Air Duct Pros.

Our house has two separate air conditioning units, so I knew the angie's list coupon would not cover all the air duct cleaning. But they were kind enough to give me the same percentage discount for the rest of the house. They were great. They were very responsive on the telephone, they arrived on time, and were extremely professional. They made sure that the floors in my house were well covered before they started the cleaning. I felt that they were extremely honest, honest enough to tell me that the house doesn't need another air duct cleaning for 7 years. I can't say enough about how friendly and professional they were. After the cleaning, I could see a noticeable difference in air quality, simply from the fact that my air filters didn't get dirty quite as fast as before.

Appointment was made easily and gentleman arrived on time. An assessment was made regarding number of air vents and that there would be an additional charge if there were more than 10 vents. I was aware of this from fine print and was prepared for this outcome. Work was professionally done and my home was left clean and smelling clean and sanitized. Very professional work was done and I recommend this company!

The two men arrived on time. We reviewed the amount of vents to be cleaned and they quickly started. They were very accommodating to my cat who hid in one room. They made sure doors were closed before proceeding to that last room. They were very careful when removing the painted vent covers. Glad I finally had this done. The process was very easy and thorough.

The team (father & son) showed up on time and were neatly dressed, polite and very easy to deal with. I bought the deal on one of Angie's Big Deals so don't remember what the full cost was, but I have a good-sized house and more vents than what was covered by the original deal so I had to pay $75 extra which was made clear before they started. My house was built in 1980 and the vents had never been cleaned. We had a big fire come raging through the area in 2007 and then because we're close to the foothills, the rodents came pouring in shortly afterward. I know there had to have been some pretty nasty things in the vents and it's great peace of mind to know all that stuff is gone and the guys didn't make a big deal out of the dead mouse or rodent poop that they found, which I appreciated. I already felt pretty inadequate in the cleaning department because I was pretty sure they'd find stuff like that. They were thorough and explained what they'd do and even did some extra work, which was appreciated. The "Big Deal" came with a new filter, but he was honest and said that it's a cheaper one (completely understandable) and when I showed him the ones that I use (which are pretty pricey), he said it'd be better if they used the one that I supplied. He even explained some things about my thermostat that I didn't know about. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone who needs to have this type of work done.

I purchased the $329 Big Deal which includes up to 10 ducts and 1 furnace filter, but ended up paying $500 because my house has 16 ducts and 2 furnaces. The lead technician Charlie and his assistant CJ arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. They were clean, courteous, and did excellent cleaning work. I was very impressed with their professional service, and would recommend them without any reservation.

They came early with all the supplies and worked hard and had it all done by the end of day. Great job and Rick was a great guy. it has been over 100 degrees these last couple of days and our house has never been this cool. same temp front and back.... Outstanding job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. The technician who came out explained everything and seemed very thorough. They cleaned up afterwards and the technician had suggestions for future possible work. We did not follow up on that but he was very professional in saying this was something we might want to consider. He had good suggestions and I would recommend him.
