I had quite a bit of construction done on my house with walls torn down and lots of drywall being put up. I was warned that I needed to make sure my air ducts were cleaned correctly. The management at Air Duct Professionals were very accommodating when I scheduled the appointment 3 months after purchasing the special. I had the service done today and was very pleased with the professionalism and the dedication of Casey who came out to assist me. After seeing the great job, I know that I can comfortably run my air condition knowing that all of the drywall done will not destroy my air condition system. Casey even alerted me to a problem that was done the contractor who put in my crown molding and covered my vents. I was able to remove the vents and have them taken care of. I will definetely use them again.

One of the co-owners, Dick, arrived a bit late due to traffic problems. However, he called as soon as he realized he was going to be late and apologized again as soon as he arrived. He explained each and every step that he took doing the job. He showed us some ?before and after? views, and cleaned up completely when he was done. In short?it was a wonderful and painless experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I recently had a new AC & Furnace installed which stirred up a lot of the insulation dust in the attic. Some of it also seeped into the ducts and into my house itself. So Charles and his son CJ came over before the scheduled appointment which I really liked and did a great job of cleaning the ducts and furnace filters. I can already feel the difference. The whole job took about three hours. I also liked the fact that Charles has extensive experience in the AC & Heating business too.

When they removed the ducts, they used a blade to cut the paint. They cut the drywall when they did this. They also left debris on the carpet without cleaning it up.

Rich called before coming and arrived on time. We bought the $329 angie's list deal to have all of our ductwork cleaned and furnace checked in the house. We just bought the place, so I wasn't turning on the air until it had been thoroughly cleaned. Rich was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to deal with - he did everything expected of the service. Glad we had it cleaned as the junk coming out of our air ducts was gross. I'd use them again.

I was disappointed with their service, the guy left behind the mess under each vent and I think he did a good job but the clean up was not that good at all. I have to call and complain to the owner to let him know that I was dissatisfied with the fact the he left a bunch of mess.

I met Charlie and his son a week prior to this current project when we contacted them to complete an air duct cleaning on our dual climate control system. We had recently completed a loft remodel in our house and this required re-routing of some of the ducts and there was an incredible amount of dust in the house after the re-model. When I spoke with Charlie on the phone regarding the duct cleaning he was extremely professional and courteous. The work they did was done carefully and the clean-up was thorough. At that time Charlie pointed out some issues we had with old duct system. He did not offer his services to replace it or push an agenda, but stated that in time we may need to replace the ducts (a few years down the road) and may need to have them raised so they could hang from the rafters of the loft instead of laying on the floor of the attic where workers had previously stepped on them and damaged them. I went to the attic to see this first had and saw the problems. I decided at that time, that we should probably have the work done and I asked Charlie for a quote. He was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I felt like I had known him for years and trusted him. I did not call around for any other quotes for the job. He informed me that it may take up to 4 weeks to start the job and it would take 2 days to complete. This was a busy season and he was booked up. However, he was able to squeeze the job in in one day and within a week of giving me a quote. He had two other people with him (one was his son) to complete the job. Throughout the day he gave me updates on their progress and would have me come to the attic to explain what they were doing, see the work and how much of the work they had completed. The work looked great, but I'm a lay person. The clean up again was thorough as if they had not been there. After the work had been completed that same day I thought there was an issue with one of the A/C units, but he talked me through it and it was a non-issue. He was actually willing to turn around and come back from being a half hour on the road. Great service, great attitude and great results so far. I would highly recommend this company. Please ask for Charlie.

great time. Sean arrived on time at 10:15 am, did a complete inspection and explained every detail. He began work at 10: 35 am and he worked until 3:00 pm. I am so happy with this company, they are professional, timely, respectful, through and performs such a great job. I will not use anyone other than this company and will refer them to others

The work went okay and I didn’t have any problems. They charged a bit extra for one or two extra vents as this particular deal was for one or two vents less and that was already stipulated when I had purchased it. I had nothing to compare them to as it was the first time I was trying a service like this. It seemed to go relatively well and didn’t seem to drag out. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They did a good job and it was a fairly good price.

We needed an evaluation of our air vents for the second floor of my home, and evaluation of the A/C unit and output, especially on the western side which were always much warmer during the Summer months, and cold in the winter. We had previously believed that the air ducts in that area may be disconnected, or damaged. Charles and his daughter did an evaluation to find out our A/C unit did not have the horsepower to push cool air to those rooms, plus the attic area was so hot, that the cool air traveling to those rooms from the attic was being warmed again, putting out hot air. This was due because the distance the air had to travel to the rooms. The recommendation was to get a larger A/C unit, more insulation in the attic, and a venting system that will allow the hot air out of the attic to help with heating and cooling. Charles and his daughter arrived about mid morning, already knew the task from the evaluation the day before (Friday), set-up their equipment, and went to work. They allowed my to see the how much dust and lent had accumulated in the vents, believing with the amount of dust and lent sucked out of the vents may be a contributing factor for the second floor rooms on the western side of the house being too warm. Advise was given on instillation of an heating and cooling unit and cost rang, and a timed schedule to for air duct cleaning. The father/daughter team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean. I would contract with them again, and call for advice.

I found this service on Angie's List, plus they were offering a coupon. I read the reviews, all positive, so I decided to go with this company. I called Mr. Mack, who was extremely nice, to get some information and we set up an appointment with that phone call. Two gentlemen came out on the scheduled day, did a very good job, and because I had prepaid via Angie's List, nothing more was owed. This was a convenient way to go, and I was very satisfied with this company.

A team of two Air Duct Professionals arrived precisely on time and began preparing for their work. While they set up their equipment they were careful to protect the floors and furnishings of my home. They then cleaned all the air ducts and vents, and inspected the condition of the ducts in the attic. They spent 3 hours doing their work including a careful cleanup once they finished. They also gave me lots of suggestions on how to best maintain my home's ventilation system. Job well done!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They did a great job.

They service did the trick, and the allergy sufferers in the house have since had relief. The advertised cost was much less then the end cost, but I have additional heater/ AC units and more airducts than the discount covered.

What an excellent job! First of all, Ed Mack, the company owner, emailed me to remind me that I had an Angie's Deal that I hadn't used. Thank goodness, because it had slipped my mind, but I really needed my air vents cleaned. I had never had this done before, & was concerned about how long it would take, if I needed to clear the floors under each vent & if it would be messy. I was able to set up the appointment the same week at a time that was convenient for me. The technician was very professional & very personable as well. He explained exactly what he was going to do & in what order he would do each room. I didn't have to move a thing, and there was NO mess! It took a couple of hours to complete the whole house (which is 3 bedrooms), but I was able to go about my usual routine at home, with very little interruption. My air conditioner now works better than it has in years, and my clothes dryer is drying loads much faster. I could not be happier with the service I received and I highly recommend Air Duct Professionals!

Excellent deal! These folks were very quick to respond and to schedule our appointment. The service tech had all the hallmarks of a professional organization: courteous, clean (wore shoe covers, cleaned up around workspaces), pleasant. He replaced all our filters and verified everything was working before leaving. We're really happy to be breathing cleaner air!

They showed up on time and started working right away. Every step of the way I was informed what they are doing and what is next. They did not try to upsell me when the technician noticed something wrong he advised me what was wrong and told me how to fix it. They used ?negative vacuum? to clean my vents because they are old.

This review is replaces is a of my original review. He was exactly on time and the work was done to the agreed price. He was very professional and seemed to be knowledgable in his trade. I told him that the dryer hadn't been drying very efficiently. After he cleaning out the dryer duct he hooked up my dryer for me as I had requested prior to the visit. However, there wasn't much air coming out of the vent. So he volunteered to crawled under the house to inspect my dryer duct. He told me that the vent wasn't put installed well or with the right materials. He then gave me recommendations on what I should do to make my dryer more efficient. I was very pleased with their service until I used the dryer the next day, It wasn't drying anything and seemed worse than before. I thought for sure that my dryer had to be broken so I called an appliance repairman. He tested the dryer and said immediately that the dryer duct was clogged up. I told him that wasn't possible because it was just cleaned the day before. I told him that it was probably because my dryer duct wasn't installed well. He said that wasn't the problem and brought in a blower that seemed louder and more powerful than what was used the day before. And then a huge dust ball flew out of my dryer duct and now my dryer works great again. So, based on this experience, in the future I plan to use this appliance repair company to clean my dryer duct.

The man who came to clean my airducts arrived on time, was very professional and cleaned up after himself. When I told him the last time I tried to have my airducts cleaned it was a disaster, he was very interested in knowing what had gone wrong. This is a very good thing so he could learn what I considered bad and would know what not to do. He was friendly, professional and got the job completed in a timely manner. I will use him again and recommend him.

The company called to confirm the date and time of the service. The two young men were on time, courteous, informative and went directly to work. The work being done was explained in detail and all questions were answered in an understandable manner. The men finished their work and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the job done and the company.
