Ed was very professional and helpful and did not try to charge me or get me to do work that was not necessary, it turned out that I did not need any work done at this time, he did not charge me for all his time on the phone with me and/or returning my emails with all my questions. I am keeping his name and number for my future needs. And I am giving his name to everyone I know, not too many like Ed around any more. I give him a AAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++ rating :O}

He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Overall, the cleaning went very well, though it did take longer than I was told. Original time estimate was 2 hours and it took more like 4 hours. The only inconsistency between the advertised service and what was delivered was the air filter. After the technician left, I reviewed the description of services and it was to include a new air filter. The tech told me what air filter I needed to go buy. Small thing, but I was supposed to have been given an air filter.

It worked out fine. They are very thorough and they did a good job. They are very diligent and very polite young guys. They clean up after themselves.

The father and son team of Charlie and CJ were very nice and professional. I was suprised by the additional price increase over the pre-paid special I had purchased but our house is 9200 sq. ft. so I know there was much more work and time involved than a standard house that would be applicable for the special.

It went well! He was prompt, friendly, and did an excellent job. He even indicated what replacement filters we should get going forward.

I bought an "Angie's List" weekly deal, and used "as is" with two additional vents. The employer (Ed) contacted me shortly, but not immediately; it took almost two weeks to set up an appointment, but the time was fine with me. The employee, Casey, showed up on time (actually a little early, as I had requested) and was finished in under 3 hours. He thoroughly cleaned each vent, the furnace, and the dryer vent. Our house smells much better now and the dryer works better, too! Casey showed explained to me what he had done, and showed dirt removed. My only complaint was that there was some scattered drywall remaining under the vents after the visit. Overall, I would recommend this service as "As promised".

I bought a $329 sale package for air duct cleaning, ended buying a second package plus extra work. Charles and his helper are polite and professional. They did a good job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job but they broke a light fixture so they credited me $20. It was kind of hard to find a replacement but it was a generic fixture. It was an accident. They were supposed to deodorize and they forgot to do that. Overall it was okay. I called them on Christmas Eve and the owner called me back. They were kind of busy. The gentleman was young but he was professional. They had a checklist and I think he just wanted to get out of there because he felt bad. I had more vents than were covered so they gave me those because of the light fixture. They showed up right on time. They should have remember to do the deodorizer.

See above. They were specifically called to clean the dryer vent. They cleaned all vents....unfortunately the dryer vent needs to be done from the roof., That never happened.

Work was completed thoroughly and rapidly, leaving no dust residue.

Charlie was here on time & he did an excellent job . He went into the attic & showed me pictures of the ducts where it needed repairs. I would definitely hire them again & when I do the repairs!

The job went well and quickly. Also, I had the team clean out a clothes dryer duct while they were there for an additional small fee. I was happy with the work.

I needed our air ducts cleaned and purchased one of Angie's List weekly deals. I did pay a little more than the deal price because I had more vents. This was clear and I understood my total cost upfront. The deal did state that I would also receive a lifetime filter. The person doing the work was a subcontractor for the actual company that provided the deal and wasn't sure that was part of the deal. I had to call main company the originated the deal. I was right and they mailed out a lifetime filter. This little hiccup is the only reason that I would give the experience a B rather than an A.

Sean showed up right at the schedule time and immediately got work. I was concerned that ductwork in the attic may have been damaged because tenants were indicating the upstairs areas were not being cooled. Sean inspected the attic and reported no damage to the duct work was visible - thankfully. He then started cleaning the duct work/vents in each of the rooms. Sean spent approximately 3 hours at the property diligently cleaning all of the vents, upstairs and downstairs. I could tell he was working hard at it because whenever I walked by he was sweating and there was plenty of dust bunnies on the floor where he had just been cleaning. When all the vents were done, and all the carpet/flooring cleaned up Sean went into the garage and cleaned the furnace filter as well as the dryer vent. He took the time to explain everything he had done and allowed me to ask plenty of questions. I enjoyed working with Sean and greatly appreciated his diligence and thoroughness. I will definitely use Air Duct Professionals again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The ducting was so old, I’m doing some other work in the house now and they told me that I should have just put in a new ducting instead of having it cleaned. But I didn’t fault the cleaners for that because it was cleaning that we asked to do and they did a good job. The service was done a week or 2 after we purchased it.

They were very much on time. They cleaned up everything. When the young man took the vents off, he vacuumed everything that fell on the floor. He even cleaned the dryer duct inside and outside the house.

He worked hard, was communicative about his arrival time. The cost was given up front. Great job!

I needed to have my air ducts cleaned, including my dryer vent, so I found this to be a great offer. However, while the two gentlemen were nice enough, they dinged up my walls paint in quite a few places, left multiple vents closed so the vents had to be removed to be opened and I do not believe they actually cleaned my dryer vent. Since there were two of them and one of me (as well as my toddler) I was not inspecting when the dryer was supposed to have been done. my dryer was never moved and less than 3 months later my dryer vent was completely clogged up (after 5 years, which is why i had it cleaned in the first place). I feel like I did not get a very through job and wasted quite a bit of money since now i am not sure how well my a/c vents were done.

The gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning the air ducts. They also informed about quality of my air ducts and what to do since the previous owner was a smoker to reduce the smell.
