He did came on time and clean all air vents and change the air filter for the air con system and lastly clean the dryer vent.

We purchased a Big Deal to have our air ducts cleaned, and we scheduled an appointment for the service. During an unrelated inspection we learned we have asbestos ducts. This means they can't be cleaned (health hazard). Instead, the ducts will be removed and replaced. We contacted Angie's list and submitted a refund request. We contacted the provider and canceled the service.

It went well. Ed did everything as promised. He was timely and left things just as good or better than they were found.

The technician came exactly on time. His name is Casey and have to say that he did a terrific job. I have a smallish, house about 1500 sf and fewer than 10 registers to clean. He worked quickly but didn't rush. He was careful hauling around the machines, hoses, cords--I have alot of "stuff" sitting around on tables, etc ., as it is a rather "over-decorated house". He took the time to educate me about what he was doing and I was amazed at the dust that had collected in the vents...I have a professional vaccuum cleaner and do a pretty good job, so my only excuse is that my house is almost 50 years old and I have 4 big dogs. The biggest shock was when Casey cleaned out the furnace and changed out the filter there...he said there was a pad of dust and dog hair about an inch thick...definitely a hazard. I didn't know you had to vaccuum in there! He also did a complete clean out of my clothes dryer--and have to admit I had to call him to come back just a few minutes after he left my driveway. I had forgotten to ask him to do the dryer vents! He good naturedly came back, unloaded his tools and took care of it. This is the most important part of the job--the clothes dryer vents, because that is how many house fires start. I am reminding all my friends and family that this is a service that should probably be done every few years--and hopefully they will use Air Duct Professionals.

I have not yet had the service. We will schedule for next week. Air Duct Professionals contacted me about purchasing 2 services, before I realized it. I inadvertently purchased the same service two times. I will review again after the service. I appreciate that Air Duct Professionals contacted me about the duplicate purchase. I look forward to the refund of the duplicate.

The tech showed up on time, did his job, and was very efficient. He was very informative, explaining how the vent system works, why they get clogged, and the need to have them cleaned. Nothing to complain about at all. He showed up, did the job well, and let us get about our business. We would definitely recommend Air Duct Professionals to anyone

It went well, they came out and did what they said they'd do. No complaints. I question whether airducts actually need cleaning but that's a whole other conversation...

The team arrived on-time and were very pleasant and professional. They rapidly cleaned all our ducts and the dryer vent. They gave us good feedback on how to maintain the systems and commented that the HVAC system had been installed very well (good to hear, since we added that in a remodel a few years ago). They cleaned up any dust or other mess and put all the duct covers back in place. We were very impressed and give them a strong thumb's up for a job well done. We intend to have them back when its time for another cleaning.

The young man who showed up was on time very professional and courteous he explained what he was going to do and what the cost of everything and explained the equipment he would be using

He was friendly and hard working. I didn't realize how extensive the job was, so it took longer than I thought. Great service. Would recommend.

He arrive promptly and cleaned all the duct and furnace. He did not have right size of furnace filter so he folded bigger size of filter to fit the opening. I turned on the air condition couple of weeks ago for the first time since the cleaning and one of the register in a bedroom did not blow out any air. I still have not gone up in the attic to check the problem yet but I am guessing the duct may have separated from register.

The technician was on time, but the first thing he said at the door was "Are you aware that there will be a $25.00 charge for each vent over 10? Was it discussed with you?" I said no and explained what the other guy had told me. The technician counted the vents and said there are 21, which would nearly double to price. I called the office and "the boss" would not talk to me. The technician called him from outdoors and came back and said his boss said basically there was nothing he could do. I recognized the old "bait and switch" gimmick, so I said thanks anyway and he left. I do not think this company is honest. They wasted my time.

Two guys showed up, one was somewhat experienced, the other guy was more or less assisting. Basically, they were used to air ducts. This seemed to be a side thing they were expanding into. The gentlemen who came out seemed to lack the proper tools, and parts for the job. They broke off the connector that went into the wall for the duct work and did not have any replacement parts on hand. They ended up cutting the tubing too short so my dryer had to be placed closer to wall than I wanted. I called the company to file a complaint about the work that was done and the owner came out to redo the work. They installed the sensor as described in the deal, however I have to hold a mirror over the back of the dryer and read the interface backwards. It would have been nice to have an 18 inch extension cord so it could be placed where it would be more useful. So, considering the fact that no one had the parts that were needed for the work, I have to say I am still not happy with it.

Highly recommended company. Very responsive and professional. I had to change the appointment on a very short notice. They did it with a smile. Arrived on time, cleaned the ducts professionally. Very satisfied.

They were great and got the vents cleaned. I did have two systems so I did have to purchase additional work which was double the cost. They are a good company and I was happy with the work.

It was a surprise to see a young man show up but he was very polite and very professional. It took several hours for the cleaning. Some companies replace the old vent covers this company does not but the cleaning job was GREAT.

Wonderfully. I don't remember how much they charged for all of the extras, but they went way above and beyond the call of duty and did not charge me for many extras.

Before beginning the job, protected covering was laid down. Charles and Ryan donned protective covering for their shoes. The provider hooked up a large suction device with collapsible tubing leading out to his truck in my family room to a vent . All other vents were blocked off with plastic. Charles looked in my attic and took pictures and showed me that where each vent entered a room, these were not sealed with a duct sealer and would allow dust to eventually return via the vents. Charles went to every room with the aid of his helper and cleaned all the registers. A mesh air filter was installed in the hall intake. Charles and Ryan did a good job overall. I was charged for 10 vents but for the two extra vents, rather than $40, only charged $25 each for the additional vents.

THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THE PRICE SO IT FIT MY BUDGET THE WERE PROFESSIONAL ON TIME AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE QUALITY AND PRICE WAS SO GOOD I HAD THEM DO MY DAUGHTERS HOUSE TWO DAYS LATER. THANKS FOR JOB WELL DONE

Air duct cleaning was done. Other things were just fine. The technician took the original old filter and left a really cheap one because he didn't carry the right one. When I opened the filter chamber to check, I found the filter tilted because of the sucking force. So the air bypasses the filter. Should I redo the duct cleaning? Don't know. It would be better if the tech just left the old flter there and deduct the filter cost from the charge.
