We had purchased one of their Angie's list deals. Very professional crew? showed up on time, did a great job! Would hire them again.

Arrived on time and cleaned all our ducts. They were extremely dirty but they did everything at the agreed price. Highly recommend.

Came out did an initial inspection and explained what was going to happen. Went to work and did a thorough job of cleaning. Finished up by cleaning and sanitizing the furnace, and provided new filter. Even offered some helpful advise along the way. I would recommend their service.

They did an awesome job! We just bought our house and the previous owner had never cleaned them. We couldn't even turn on our AC without ruining our new paint job. Now, we don't have to worry at all about dirtying our paint job.

The house has always had forced air heating but a few years back we added central air conditioning. When the air conditioning was add the contractor added new vents/air ducts into each of the rooms so we ended up with almost twice the number of air ducts we started with. Casey from Air Duct Professionals was late but he called to let me know the job he was working on was running a little long and he would be a bit late. I had no problem with this and thanked him for letting me know. As soon as he got to the house I showed him all the air ducts and the location of the furnace. He went over with me what he would be doing and then set to work. The Angie's Deal we purchased only covered 10 vents but we have 13 so I was charged extra for the 3 additional vents. I felt the extra amount was reasonable. Casey did a very through job of removing the vent covers, cleaning them, cleaning the air ducts and putting the vent covers back into place. He vaccuumed the furnace area, the intake and output areas and replaced the furnace filter. Lastly he checked to see if all the air ducts were functional (my father thought that some of them were not); they all functioned. He was at our house for quite a while but once he was done I felt we had gotten our money's worth. I honestly don't know when the ducts were last cleaned (my father has lived in the house for over 40 years) so it was a large job. I would definitely hire Air Duct Professionals again. They were very professional and came back immediately when I had an issue.

It went well. The worker were there on time and were very polite. They cleaned the air ducts which were very dirty. The cleaned up after themselves. It took a couple of hours to complete. I was very pleased. I got them thru a special on Angie's List. I would recommend.

Scheduling was great, they were able to accommodate my schedule and get an appointment within a few days. One technician came to do the work and he did a great job.

Casey was very accommodating and diligent. He worked nonstop for about 3 hours cleaning our 12 registers (I paid an additional $50 for 2 registers above the 10 maximum in the offer.) He also wiped clean our deflectors we had on some of our registers at my request which was an additional task. Instead of just blowing the dust off with his vacuum, he took time to wipe them off with a paper towel because he told us that that's what he would have done for himself. That's a great customer service attitude!

Our vents were extremely dusty, they cleaned the vents and changed the filter.

Rich came out and cleaned all the grilles and each duct on each of two A/C units in a two story house. Rich was professional in that he explained the process and the sequence of the work to be performed before starting. He cleaned up everything and the close of the job. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Contractor showed up on time and did a thorough job taking about 3 hours to complete the task. The workers were clean, safe and courteous.

They came and cleaned up the ducts. It was one of those things that you need done. There was a little slight delay in getting things going, but it all worked out. It was just a matter of getting our schedules to match up.

Rich from Air Duct Professionals cleaned the old and extremely dirty venting in my family's new home. The furnace, ducts and vents had never been cleaned. They were atrocious. Rich spent several hours cleaning them all up to perfection. Not only was he one of the hardest working people I have ever met, he was an honest, humble and complete professional from start to finish. He was very personable and explained the cleaning process and related questions throughout the day. I would hire him back with no reservation and would recommend him to anyone even thinking about having their ducting serviced. Star employee.

They showed up right on time. I remember it was one technician who came out to do this. He got right to work as soon as he got here. He checked all the air ducts and vacuumed them out too for cleaning. He was very courteous and nice the whole time. He was also punctual.

Two men came to the job. They were on time and very polite. When inspecting the air ducts they had to remove the vents some of the old popcorn ceiling debris was in there and made a mess. By the time I got back with a broom, they had everything swept and cleaned. I had them leave extra cards so I could refer them to friends. I highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Prompt professional service. Scheduling an estimate as very easy and they answered all questions and concerns I had. WHen time came to do the work, they arrived on time and worked relatively quickly. Had some problems due to our ducts being dirty and needing attention. Things have been operating fine since the job.

I bought the package for $329 and had extra vents added for $27 each. The young men who came in were very polite. They got right to work and were careful to keep everything clean. Can't really check inside the vents but we assume they cleaned it well since they took enough time to do so and worked the whole time. Very pleased.

Found this deal on Angies list for $250. Paid an extra $50 ($25 extra each vent over 10) for a total of $300. Tech showed (didnt get his name) up on time and went straight to work. He even used a drape to make sure no dust or particles got on the furniture or anything near by, and if it did he made sure to vacuum it up when he was done. The floor looks cleaner then before he came over, LOL. No cut corners, great service, no complaints. Will definitely use again when the time comes.
