Bought an Angie's List Deal and decided to give it a go, after reading the glowing reviews. Setting up an appointment was easy and I could tell from even the manner in which they made the appointment and information they asked that these guys were going to be prompt and professional. I am impressed because my husband was impressed, and he is rarely ever impressed. The young gentlemen who arrived was thorough, professional, respectful, informative and took his job very seriously. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours. Great service. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again

They came when they said they would, did a good job, and answered my questions. No complaints.

They worked for MANY hours to make sure all my air ducts were clean of all cat dander and dog hair. I appreciated their thoroughness and integrity.

I should have written this sooner; as far as I remember, it went great. The worker was really prompt, friendly and professional. He worked cleanly and left my condo clean.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I think they did a great job. They gentleman who came out to help me also climbed up and inspected my HVAC system in my attic. He gave me some advice and told me he did not need to do anything to it and that if I did my normal maintenance I should be fine. I really liked that they were able to give that input.

Jobs was done quickly and professionally, duct were pretty dirty and he did a great job cleaning them.

Rich called and let me know he was running a little behind. I really appreciated the professionalism of the call. When he arrived he worked efficiently and professionally. He was very polite and pleasant. He did extra-cleaning that I was not expecting like the bathroom vent and vacuuming. I was extremely happy with the service he provided and would highly recommend them.

It was good. They came over and it was the second time I used them. They were professional and they did exactly what they advertised. They charged additional $25 for the extra vent. They were courteous and got the job done in a short amount of time.

They sent a subcontractor. The staff was courteous and did a good job, however, I was concerned they sent out a subcontractor that brought his son with him. I was satisfied with the outcome of the service.

He showed up as scheduled and let us know he was on the way. He did all the work as described and told us it was good we did the cleaning since the townhome had just been remodeled by the previous owner and they were plenty dirty. We knew something was wrong with the drier vent as excess moisture was in the room when the drier ran. He not only cleaned it but discovered a vent "flap" --not sure of the correct technical term--had been installed incorrectly and wasn't opening causing all the moisture to stay inside. He replaced the one filter and didn't have the correct size for the other-- a very unusual size. The vent in place had been cut apart and taped together to fit...... He gave us the measurements so we could order it. I was happy with the work and would recommend.

Excellent. They had cleaned the air ducts at the unit next door and that's why I hired them to clean mine. Very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, tidy, responsible and professional.

They guy was very nice and informative. I felt really comfortable with him. He recommended I have some asbestos removed before he could do any of the work. So I did have the deal refunded.

It was fine. I had never used this provider before. They used like a vacuum cleaner with suction to remove all of the stuff. They used some kind of rag, too so that they could actually do a little scrubbing of the ducts in there. They were prompt and on time. They did what they were supposed to and got out quickly, so I guess they were efficient.

I was informed that someone would arrive between 10-12 and Rich arrive at 11:50am. He called at around 10:30am to let us know he would arrive closer to 12, due to a late appointment. - Very professional! Upon his arrival, he explained the process and set up his equipment in the garage, which was closer to our HVAC unit. Upon examination of our furnace, he informed us that it was in excellent condition, but that we needed a new filter, which was also provided with the deal. He did inform us of a better filter to purchase for more durability. Throughout the process, he was extremely friendly and informative, letting us know that the air ducts were in good condition, but needed a serious cleaning. At no point did any dust come back into the house, and he would go outside to brush off the vent covers. The entire process from arrival to departure was about 2 hours. (We have a tri-level townhouse) We would DEFINITELY refer this company. In addition, this deal originally expired in Jan 2013. They reached out to me a few different time prior to expiration to set up a date and time. Given my busy work schedule, I was unable to schedule anything sooner, but they still honored the deal. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

To start off, the owner of the business was very quick to reply and schedule the appointment. On appointment day, the service man arrived on schedule and set to work immediately. The work seemed to have been completed in a thorough manner. He was professional and friendly start to finish. I would definitely use this company again and recommend their services to others.

It is such a great feeling to know our duct system in our home is so clean now. Our home was built in the early sixty's. We have had it for seventeen years and had some minor dusty renovations done. I was concerned with our air quality from the years of accumulated flotsam and jetsam. The AIR DUCT PROFESSIONALS were meticulous. They found air vents I did not know I had! After the ducts and vents were all cleaned, they dusted the picture frames under the vents they worked on and vacuumed the floor. They gave great advice on how to properly set the vents for the best air flow in the home to maximize the efficiency of the air conditioner. These guys really worked hard. I would definitely recommend James and Kacey at the AIR DUCT PROFESSIONALS.

I wasn't home when the work was done, but they did the job as promised and cleaned up after themselves. They also left paperwork behind to confirm that everything had been completed. Ultimately, it was a good experience.

They cleaned the air ducts and filters and did a great job. There was an additional cost for each additional vent but that was to be expected. We had gotten other bids that were much more expensive. They did not try and oversell us for future visits.

The cleaning was done by Shawn. He was punctual, did a good job of cleaning and cleaned up the areas that needed it. We were very satisfied with the job. We will definitely call them again.

Superior service with a smile! Air Duct Professionals were very professional, thorough, and punctual. Charles and his team explained all costs prior to work commencing. They cleaned the entire heating system which included 14 vents and 2 returns. They also cleaned the dryer exhaust and checked all filters (they were new so no replacements were needed). They were very respectful of my elderly mother living in the house. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
