Air Duct Professionals

It was excellent. They were very good. The one who came here was very polite. He did his work and they were professional.

The technician was wonderfully pleasant and worked enthusiastically until the job was done. I have a big house with very high ceilings. The vents had been painted along with the walls and he took great care to break the seals with a razor blade so that you can't even tell they were removed. My ducts hadn't been cleaned by the previous owner since the house was built 20 years ago so he had quite a job to conquer. Now that it's been done, the air is much fresher and the dust in my house has been reduced by half!

As the technician started to do the air duct cleaning, he detected the presence of asbestos and advised us to have it removed first before he could proceed. I was then advised to contact a licensed asbestos remover and to request a refund. Everybody from this company behaved very professionally and gave sound advices. Will do business with again at the first coming opportunity.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Everything is working fine and I don't have any complaints with the tech. I did notice a fresher quality to the air after he left.

The vac doesn't go very far into each vent. I spent more time cleaning all the dust and debris left from the vacuuming.

The service provided was great! While I didn't book it on-line, I called and the owner processed our order for the same price. When the technicians came (who live in Riverside) to our home in the Escondido North Hills area, they were very prompt, friendly, professional and considerate of our time and home. Charles and Brian made sure that when they did work throughout the house the the floors and surrounding areas were protected from any damage. Having this done showed us just how much dust & debris had accumulated over the years and we were grateful to have the work done by a company that was so professional. We would have them back again and refer them to anyone we know.

A few years down the road, someday it is going to be needed again and I would bring them back! They came out within the first few weeks after the deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The price was pushy.

It took a few days before I heard from anyone about scheduling even after my phone number was provided. The service tech did an excellent job. He was on time, knowledgeable, detailed, very neat, cleaned up after himself at each register and did not leave any messes. My house is small less than 1,500 SQ FT, so I thought a bit pricey. I have seen groupons for a lot less, but not sure what you really get. These guys are a sure deal and hopefully you get what you pay for. They did a great job and I would recommend them because of the great job they did.

In November 2013 I was contacted by the Police that the tech that performed the Air Duct service had used by credit car number to purchase over $400 of items from Walmart. So I will never use this company again or recommend then to anyone else.

It worked out great with Air Duct Professionals. They're really good. They used a camera to check one of the vents just to check how bad it was inside. My vents were really clean. They also advised me on the different types of vents to use on my furnace. Their pricing was good.

The service was fine. The technician was very friendly and he did not try to up sell the service. I have big dogs and he did not complain about them. The service overall went very smoothly.

Professional, good communication and clean. Excellent work. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

It went great. He did a fabulous job cleaning and gave me a great price on additional ducts. He also taught me how to change my filters.

Did not replace the filter due to size issue but cleaned and re-install it so I have time to get a proper replacement filter.

It was very nice. We found out that one of the ducts weren't working, which was really nice and we were able to fix it. He is still working on it. My husband said they were very clean. He said there wasn't even a spot of dust anywhere. He was very happy because he knew I was upset about that. My husband was very pleased.

My only gripe is they didn't call ahead and got here EARLY, BUT THAT'S OK. I've been to several trainings in Sales, Customer Service & Leadership & paid for it. I spent 5 years in the cars biz & 3 years in outside sales, before becoming an LVN. I'm a live-in for an 82y/o female w/ many ailments, but the two that apply here are COPD & stage 3 HYPERTENSION. She has lived here and smoked for 50 years & is attempting to quit. Her husband was a pipe smoker as well. CHARLES & RYAN WERE GREAT!!! Got here at 0930 and were here for just under 4 hours. I had told them & Ed Mack, "I don't care if you're here 8 hours. (vs. the average 2hrs) Take your time and be thorough." I explained why, regarding the COPD & the HTN. Charles drew us a map of how he'd run the lines & where they would start from. Pleasantries were exchanged on the meet & greet with a soft, friendly & professional demeanor. ALL OF THEIR EQUIPMENT WAS BASICALLY SPOTLESS, INCLUDING HIS BLACK TRUCK!!! They got to work and I noticed no agitator on the hose(that spinning brush). Charles explained, "I have different methods, plus I run the risk of tearing the vent line." Whenever something came up:extra filthy registers w/ tar, traces of old insulation, traces of asbestos (we had some removed 6 months ago). Charles made sure to bring it to our attention and thoroughly explained it. Also made suggestions to replace the extra filthy registers as they did attempt to wipe them down. I noticed how nasty they're microfiber cloths were getting, so I brought a bucket of warm water w/ Simple Green. They were appreciative of everything i did to help. I brought waters, gloves for Ryan multiple paper towels. Ryan is Mr. Thank You. Since it's flu season, we've been burning alot of essentials oils that are anti-viral, anti-fungal, & anti-bacterial (eucalyptus, lemongrass & tea tree oil). So Charles made a great suggesstion!!! "Pour some of those oils onto the new filters, I do it at my house." not only did we bomb the house in a pleasant way, but it was one more way to dissenfect the lines. Since then: -The heater runs MUCH QUIETER and doesn't wake her at night (her room is very close to the unit). -Dust has been significantly reduced. She has black appliances . -I have chronic sinus issues & don't wake up as clogged up in the mornings. -And our 2 german shepherds don't appear to be scratching as much, even though they have dry skin dandruff. THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!!! OH, just ask Charles about bowling. I dare ya ;D

I did them after they left when I discovered that there was residue left.

Worker came on time and did a great job. It was a nearly perfect service call but the only unfortunate incident was that I was informed that he would not remove a vent that was over a glass wall for fear of breaking the vent / glass wall. It made sense due to liability / safety issues but I wished that somehow that was explicitly mentioned before. I could have had the vent removed prior to his arrival. I was fortunate to get a hold of my handyman and lucky that he was able to come right away to remove the vent so that the company can properly clean all vents. The worker was very good about waiting though and even helped my handyman since it was a little tricky. The job took over 3 hours and I could see lots of junk being removed from the vents. I signed up for a $329 deal but that only included 10 vents and it cost me $75 more for 3 more vents plus $9 for a dryer hose that was all ripped up. The dryer does work extremely well now and it feels at least like the air is cleaner at home. It seems like the company knows what they are doing and are very detailed in their work. It wasn't a type of service where they are in and out and seem like in a rush to get to the next job. The worker was able to clean all vents plus dryer in over 3 hours which is was a pleasant surprise since he was working hard for all of that time. It was a good service experience overall and I would use them again in the future.

The service was good. They were punctual, and they did the job. The problem I had was that the walls had holes on it, and they put tape over it.

Ed the owner came out and was punctual , He went about his work very professionally and also engaging me in some conversation while doing his work. He also answered all my questions I had about his cleaning. He showed me how much dirt had accumulated I the house I had just bought... the air ducts had not been cleaned for a very long time. When he completed his work , he reminded me that the air filter was still good but had to be changed in 6 months. I had requested him to help clean out the attic because the attic had a lot of lint/dust, this wasn't part of the work scope but he did it anyway. He also checked out the furnace in the attic and told me it was still in very good condition and would last a couple of years. I asked him about the air conditioner compressor outside which seems to be noisy and he inspected it and told me it just needed a bit of cleaning of the outside grills to allow the air to flow better so the compressor isn't working to had to circulate the air. Overall he was a very good provider and I would definitely recommend him to others.
