A team of two men came, Chuck and another young man, to do the job. They were punctual, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely call them again when the service is needed. Thank you!

Very professional! All vents were cleaned very well and it was very easy to schedule appointment. Our only complaint is the air filter that they used.

Sean was such a nice, pleasant young man. He took the time to explain everything he would be doing and answered all my questions. My deal included free dryer vent cleaning, but since my vent goes straight out of the wall, I told Sean he didn't need to do anything with it. He cleaned it anyway! I would definitely hire him and Air Duct Professionals again in the future.

Used Angie's coupon $299 and paid technician $25 extra on site to have 3 exhaust fans cleaned. James and Kyle did a great job cleaning the vents. They covered the furniture and vacuumed after they finished. The only negative is the laundry exhaust fan now has a buzzing sound that I have to fix.

The technician was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. I believe he was from Arizona or San Diego for the job if I remembered clearly. He was very detailed, and worked hard to make sure our ducts are cleaned. He also was attentive in responding to our questions. Look forward to working with the same company again.

Service provided good but didn't realize duct below house not connected and done fairly quickly in dryer itself. Asked to redo in dryer and immediately did so.

Ed cleaned the vent for my dryer. Thanks to the cleaning, the drying time has been cut in half. He did a great job.

They were fine. A little bit expensive but, fine overall. It was at the price he mentioned, he didn't charge me any more.

Uneventful, but finding a couple of vents where the ducting needed to be secured, there was a $40 charge for each (15 minutes worth of work) and additional charges for bathroom fans. They were punctual, courteous and efficient- it's just a little awkward when you think you've prepaid and end up paying more to complete the service. Would be simple enough to explain that at the time of the appointment, so the client isn't put on the spot and feeling like the upsell it is..

It didn't go well, although the owner was very responsive initially, able to schedule an appointment to fit our needs well, the technician who showed up left a huge mess in every room that was involved in the process. The tech did sweep some of the mess up, but because I was busy with other things at the time, I didn't thoroughly inspect the areas and didn't notice huge pieces of debris in my kids rooms, all common areas, and on furniture. I called the owner and he apologized saying it wasn't there level of service. I took pictures and sent to the owner and again received an apology over text, but no offer to clean the mess up, no offer to discount the service (I paid $499 - so it was not cheap or discounted) or any other discussion about what to do. A few hours later, I vacuumed the whole house including tops of furniture, kids rooms and all the floors. A couple months later, I'm still finding big chunks of debris in corners and various rooms. The vents might be clean but the rest of the house wasn't.

Response time was excellent, two days! Sean arrived on time, he explained the process in a very professional way. The air quality in my house is greatly improved, & was immediately noticeable to me & my husband. I would high recommend Air Duct Pros.
