The service was fine. It wasn't great, it wasn't terrible, it was just fine. There were no additional charges. The big deal was all inclusive of all the things we wanted to do.

My experience was a positive one. It feels better knowing the vents / ducts are in good shape, as is the furnace. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned and checked all of the vents, checked the filter, dryer duct (which is very short in my house). Replaced furnace filter with one of mine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I wasn't happy at all. He was a con and tried to sell me all kinds of stuff that I didn't need. He wanted a lot of money for things I didn't need. It was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this contractor at all. They need to become a lot more honest about what they are offering. I had a different expectation of what I thought I was going to get and what I actually got. It was a mismatch of what I thought I was going to get and what I was provided.

SIR THIS WAS NOT MY COMPANY THAT WAS IN YOUR HOME. I double checked all my records and can not find a record of you. We DID NOT do this job. You must be confusing me with another company. We are not cons and we do not go into any ones home to try to sell 'all kinds of stuff'. That's what the bait and switch company's do. NOT US! All our specials are complete cleanings, without ANY hidden costs OR extra fees. I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. But it was with ANOTHER air duct cleaning company, not mine.

They went above and beyond their assignment. They also cleaned the floor ducts. They cleaned out the furnace and advised on how to correct problems when they couldn't do it themselves with the furnace. Very professional and polite. They spent extra time because the air ducts were not cleaned since the house was built in the 70's. There was no extra charge for spending five hours on my house.

It went well....they seem to catch a lot of dust in the vents. Only thing: I wish they had been a little more careful about cleaning after themselves. One of the vents is in my toddler's room and I had vacuum all around the corners in his room.
Description of Work: Cleaned the vents...I had bought one of their specials for 10 vents. Additional vents were $25+/per vent. I liked how professional they were in handling the scheduling and coming out on time.

Great experience. Communication was good, and they took time to help me solve some problems with vents - several were not connected and some dampers were closed. I've been having trouble for the past couple of years, and AC service people never really tried to help solve this. Air Duct Professionals took their time, communicated well and were pleasant to have around - my dogs had no issues, which is great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Having just bought an older house and moving in with our two young kids, I wanted to make sure there wasn't anything funny in the HVAC. I found this company through an Angie's List special, and everything went perfectly (or as perfectly as I can tell, this being the kind of work that's hard to inspect). The technician they sent (wish I could remember his name) was prompt and very helpful, and fixed a couple of minor problems on his own initiative (wrongly installed registers, that kind of thing). If I ever need this kind of work done again, I wouldn't hesitate to call them, and if you've worked with as many home improvement vendors as I haven you know how uncommon that is.

I am sorry [member name removed], that we were not able to perform the work for you. Actually, it wasn't that there was insulation in the air ducts. It was that the air ducts were constructed of asbestos. We can not clean ductwork constructed of asbestos. The only 'good' thing about your asbestos, is that it all appeared integral and intact. When it starts falling apart and disintegrating, that's not a good thing. Sorry again we were not able to perform the work.

They were fine. They were punctual; on time. They seem to know what they were doing. I am satisfied with the work. They were knowledgeable. It was a big deal purchase. I have never gotten air duct cleaned before but I felt the price was normal.

I bought the deal for the $329 cleaning and was contacted right away. They were very flexible with the appointment times and came a few days later. The guy came on time and worked very hard. I was surprised with how long it took because he did a thorough cleaning job. I would gladly use them next time.

Scheduling was great, they called me back within a few days to set the appointment. One technician came out for the service and he finished in about two and a half hours. The service was excellent. He arrived on time and lived up to what he said. I recommended them to my sister in law who was also pleased with their service.

We lived on a dirt road prior to last year, they finally paved, PLUS we had show dogs so I imagine this caused a lot of fur. They cleaned the whole system plus the dryer vents. REALLY, husband prior contractor and designer here so we are a LOT pickier than most to start with. THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT OFFER AND SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TOTALLY GREAT IN ALL ASPECTS of what they did. My contact was with Ed at Air Duct Professionals. I bought this great deal knowing that I couldn't have the work done for at least 3 or more weeks. Ed left very professional messages weekly, NOT BUGGING ME, but reminding me he was there when we were ready. Our home had 5 more ducts than the deal offered, and they discounted these additional vents along with the deal offered, thus the additional $125.00. The technician [10 years with this company, and a SKILLED AND PROFESSIONAL 27 year old that looks much younger . . . he was totally skilled, fast, quiet, never stopped moving and very very polite as well] discussed the job in whole prior to starting and you could not even tell anyone spent 4 hours in the house working when he left. NOT ONE SPECK of dirt or dust, totally cleaned up.

Since it has been a while that I had this service, I have forgotten some of the details. I do remember, however, that the two technicians who did the work were friendly, courteous and business like. They explained what they were going to do and got right to work. Everything was finished in the time they said, with little disruption. Everything was left clean and in order! I have been satisfied with the condition of the ducts!
