Arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Prepped well and cleaned up everything perfectly. Explained exactly what needed to be done, how long it would take, and benefits of the service.

Excellent!!!!. They were on time. Very friendly, professional. Explained everything they were going to do and why. Educated me why it' so important to have all the ducts clean, especially when we have 2 asthmatics in the house. They really did a great job on cleaning the vents, did not imagine how much build up their is over time. Answered all my questions. They ran the air conditioner to check the system while its on. I had 4 extra vents more than on the coupon of 10 vents, but believe me, it's worth it. I can notice the difference now. They also found an issue with my dryer vent exhaust. They cleaned it out and WOW, the lint they took out and what they blew out from the exhaust was unbelievable. They told me how to clean this from now on , on a 6 month basis. Again WOW could not believe all they did . It is worth every penny to spend and have them come out. Charles and CJ were the best. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Robert Pereda

The work was done fairly quickly and efficiently, with no mess. The vacuum was very noisy. I wondered whether it was as powerful as the truck-mounted machines, but maybe the much shorter hoses make up for any difference in power (?). We anticipate less difficulty with allergies since the ducts and vents have been cleaned, but our biggest motivation was to reduce the fire hazard of lint build up in the drier hose. We've heard a lot about house fires being started that way. I'm not really sure how much of a bargain the price was, but trusted that Angie's List listing it as a special offering for members would not have promoted it if it wasn't at least a competitive price. I have had calls from unknown companies citing much lower costs, but have never had good experiences with people who solicit by telephone or at the door.

It was very good. They were professional. I was very satisfied. It was a fair price.

I made an appointment as soon as I purchased the deal and they were out within a few weeks. I purchased a few air filters from them in addition to the cleaning. They did a great job. They were thorough, on time and explained what they were doing. They pointed out some useful information to me about my house.

Extreamly knowledgable and great service

Technician arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time and was very polite. He wore shoe protectors when entering the house and also had wrapped the bottom legs of his ladder to prevent damage/markings on floors. He clearly explained what he was going to do before starting and moved efficiently through the house once he began. We had several vent coverings that had been painted to the wall by professional painters. The technician cleanly separated them from the walls without causing any significant paint damage. He also advised us on better ways to keep our ventilation system clean in the future, including installing a different air return intake grill with built in filter panels. We were very pleased with his work and the clean fresh air that came out of our vents after he was finished. We will definitely use this service again in the future.

My wife was there when the technician was at our home and had nothing but good things to say about the experience.

Initially, I was happy that Air Duct Professionals was able to get me an appointment within 2 or 3 days of my call. Happiness ended there. -70 minutes late for an 8 am appointment. A call at 8:30 to let me know they were stuck in traffic and they'd be there in 15 minutes. It does not take 70 minutes to get anywhere in LA by 8 am. -they had trouble fitting some of the registers back in, so they stomped them down until they laid flat. I pulled them up after they left, and had to use pliers and a hammer to bend my ducts back into shape, at which point I was able to fit the registers back in properly. -they cleaned the air intake, which is in my hall ceiling. they neglected to vacuum up all the crap they scraped out of the intake. -they had to rush out before really finishing the job and providing me with a receipt because street cleaning began at 10 and there was no parking. Which is why I scheduled the appointment for 8am, not 9:10. They actually tried to blame me for the street cleaning, utterly ignoring the fact that if they had arrived even 45 minutes late they would have had plenty of time to finish. -A new washable air filter was part of the package. They told me my filter was an irregular size, so they didn't have a stock one to fit it and they would mail me one. They assured me they left the old one in place for the time being. After they left (and I fixed my foot-stomped ducts), I went to swap out the old filter for a new disposable one the previous owner had left behind, and I find that they did not leave the old filter in place. I did receive my new filter (which, by the way, is a standard size) a few days later. My HVAC unit is on the roof, lucky for me I'm not an 80 year-old lady and I own my own 2-story ladder so I was able to put it in myself. -they did give me a helpful fridge magnet with their phone number on it for my future business. That's when I found out the company that performed the work was not Air Duct Professionals but Blue Sky Duct Cleaning. Don't know how the two are related.

It worked fine. I don't know if it made any difference in anything but they cleaned it. They did their job. They were adequate. They were clean and tidy. They did the job but it was a very noisy thing when they were blowing that out, but they can't help that. I don't think I would do it again. I don't see that it made a whole lot of difference.

It was good. They got back to me quickly, seemed to do a good job and they were on time. He was just one guy, he was courteous and seemed to me like he had done a good job and I was happy with him. They pushed my piano out to access the air duct and it left scratches on my floor and that was unfortunate. He was polite. He could have explained to me a little bit better exactly what he was going to do, and I felt like I didn't get like a really clear understanding exactly of what he was going to do.

In and out in a timely manner. I have much less allergy problems since the cleaning.

My experience was fine. They were very professional and they got the job done very fast. There were two people here doing the work and it took a couple of hours to complete. We had no issues with them and we were happy with their service.

Charles and CJ were terrific. Very knowledgable; very professional and thorough and clean; very polite and informative. They went the extra mile. I purchased a deal through Angie's List and feel like I definitely got my money's worth. (The only reason the amount I spent was more than some was because I have so many ducts.) Charles and Rion were excellent. They arrived right on time and completed the job in an efficient manner. Charles was very knowledgeable and was able to provide some very useful advice and a lesson on air ducts in the home. They took care to wear shoe covers (important with freshly cleaned white carpet) and cleaned everything up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

It went very well. It was something we needed and they performed it in a professional manner.

They did a great job. I contacted them through e-mail because I had more ducts than there were actually in the offer and I wanted to find out what the pricing was, and they were very responsive. I decided to book the Big Deal and we had a great deal. They came out a week after but it was the schedule on my part that drove the date. It cost me more than what the Big Deal was worth because they charged me $25 per extra duct.They were very helpful and neat. They arrived when they said they were going to and finished within the same period of time that they estimated. I was very relieved especially when they did the dryer duct which has never been cleaned and was quite dirty. They got it cleaned up for me and I'm happy. I didn't do a lot comparison shopping but I think their pricing was fine.

We never noticed any difference in our house, but I think everything was okay. The price of the big deal covered everything, we didn't pay anything additional. They came, did the job, and left.

Everything went well. They had to reschedule but apologized and came the next day. They were accommodating to my very busy schedule as well. They called me upon completion of the project with the results and recommendations. They charged me a little more as I had more vents to clean than purchased in the coupon but discussed this with me prior to coming over and I agreed to it.

The technician came on time and did the cleaning. He seemed to know what he was doing and the service worked out well.

It was good. I remember having to reschedule, because they told me they would come on a Saturday, but they ended up not showing up. They billed me and extra $35 for a traveling distance. They typically work out of a different county, so they said they would either refund the price or it would be an extra $35 to make the trip. Outside of all the silliness that we had with rescheduling, once they showed up, they were great. It was probably a 100 degrees and he spent time in my roof. He was super. I would definitely have him come out again. The guy showed up when he told me he was going to show up the second time. If they had that same deal I would take it again.

They really did a fantastic job! Our furnace is a bit wonky, so he actually came back out to fix a wire without charging. He was very respectful and professional. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.
