Mr. Mack of Air Duct Professionals is absolutely the BEST! When you are buying a property you want to know the inspector is going to check every single part of the house and that's exactly what Ed is going to do. You can expect him to be there for awhile because he leaves no stone unturned and if there is something wrong, believe me he will find it. He also does mold inspections and it was included in his inspection at no extra cost! It was very helpful to understand old mold from mold that would possibly be an issue. He even crawled under under the house and found plumbing issues. I wouldn't have had the guts to crawl under there! He saved us from buying a money pit 3 months earlier, on another house we were going to buy. Would we use him again? We already did!!! If you want the best and without costing an arm and a leg, he's it.

The young man who provided the service was very professional and thorough. Explained what he was going to do prior to start and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself and left my home how he found it. Would definitely recommend Air Duct Professionals and will be using them again in the future.

EXTREMELY professional company, and very pleased with their level of service! They accomodated to our needs with scheduling and had to return to our house twice, since they did not have the ladder to reach one of the air ducts. They were very apologetic and handled everything professionally. Ed, the owner, is a pleasure to speak to and made sure that we are 100% satisfied with the work. And the crew that came out was very friendly and informative. They went above and beyond the call of duty!!! I will be using them again the next time we are due for air duct cleaning services!

Excellent! I would recommend this company to all. They did a great job, very friendly, and knowledgeable. The job was done so well and they were very clean- not a mark and i wouldnt have known they were there after it was finished. He took extra time to educate me on what i should be doing with my dryer vents and filters. Gave me several options on how to do it myself or what the charges should be if i wanted to hire someone. This was my first service from Angie's list- i got lucky and had a great first time experience.

They were on time, provided me with details of what they would be performing and also ensured that they did not leave any dirt or dust after the cleaning was done.

Was not pleased. They came and because, according to them, we non-standard size venting, it was going to be much more expensive than expected, so they did not end up doing the work. To be fair, they were courteous and punctual, but I felt misled--the house was a track house from the 70's so not exactly a bizarre setup, seems like it should fall under a pretty normal house parameters.

They did an excellent job. They took their time and they were honest.

Customer service was very professional and detailed when I called to inquire about the services. The crew that came to our house came on time, explained all details of the work, approximate times, and also offered options for filter replacements instead of pushing as other companies do. The team was clean during the work, fast, courteous and very professional.

Job when completed seemed to be acceptable. However the master bedroom still is extremely dusty compared to the rest of the house. Also the technicians that came to my house said they found additional problems in the attic which I could not verify. They wanted and asked for additional cash over and above the quote which i paid. I did not appreciate the pressure for what they said were items not in the $329 fee.

They were good. They stayed with the big deal purchase price. The price was a little high for what they did, but they were very responsiveness.

The service was prompt, early even, and extremely polite. The gentlemen who handled the job were top-notch! We are in the middle of a remodel, and the level of cleanliness they showed doing their job was greatly appreciated! We have had some real 'turkeys' in doing work for us (unfortunately) who thought that because there were some dust and mess about they could be less detailed about cleaning up after themselves; but not these guys. Additionally, the lead tech (I greatly apologize but his name slips my mind at the moment) gave me some tips on using and changing the filters for the house and for how to best maintain the dryer vent for our uniquely routed dryer vent. Also he discovered a vent off the kitchen which was damaged by the Repipe company which saved a headache down the road. And finally, he noticed an exposed pipe just off our a/c unit. He suggested that my husband and I should cover the pipe (provided us with the details of items needed) to prevent a potential freeze-up nightmare in the middle of the summer. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience. I wish I could say this for the other vendors I have used in this renovation process. We have rental properties and will definitely be using them in the near future to service our properties. (right now, one project at a time right now)

The technician showed up on time. Performed all duties he was hired to do. He cleaned up after himself. A job well done! :)

Amazing service, so friendly and warm. I felt very comfortable with them in the home with my family and I will use again and recommend to others.

I ordered the service on January 5 and provided some dates for service. Ed responded via Angies List messaging in less than 24 hours and we confirmed for the 14th. I received a confirming call the day before and the tech arrived right on time on the day. We walked through the upstairs and downstairs to scope the job and he advised the main "vacuum" would be a tad noisy, which I said wouldn't be a problem. He then got right to work. As I recall, the whole job took about 2.5 hours (our house is under 1500 sq ft) and we're more than satisfied with the results. The tech was prompt, polite, and professional, and for the first time in many years, we've been able to heat the house without worrying about dust and other air pollutants.

It seemed to go well until we tried to call them back. They seemed to be out of business soon after we had the work done

I'm not sure. They sent a young kid. I'm sure he did an alright job.

It turned out well. He did all the work and there was no problem. It was a good deal.

I found the deal on Angie's List. My original quotes before this company were $750-$900. The price was fantastic. The owner who booked my appointment was informative and pleasant. I was able to book for the day I needed. The gentleman that came out for the service could not have been nicer and was very professional and thorough. He explained everything that needed to be done and showed me why. He fixed my dryer vent free of charge and the service was done in a timely manner. Afterwards, he and his assistant cleaned up any mess they had made because of dust an dirt. I would suggest everyone clean their ducts once a year and only use this company. Don't even bother to call anyone else. Beyond my expectations.

Prompt and responsive scheduling of appt, on-time and notified prior to arrival. Sealed all the ducts gave an update as to one of the registers wash' stealing, so they needed to tape it so suction was achieved and cleaning effective.

They were very prompt in responding and in scheduling our appointment. The young man who came out to do the work was not the person I spoke with on the phone, which I wasn't aware would be the case. He was, however, very polite and thorough.
