If I could give Air Duct Professionals an A++ I would do so in a heartbeat. The entire experience was top notch. Scheduling the work was effortless and Ed was notably pleasant and professional. The actual service was unbelievable. Charles and Izzy showed up about 15 minutes early for their 2 hour window and got to work right away. They vacuumed our ducts and sanitized our 2 A/C units and our heater. Charles noticed some issues with air flow to my son's room, diagnosed and corrected the problem. They then proceeded to clean out my dryer vent and this is where they earned their +++! Charles was vacuuming out the vent and noticed a clog somewhere in the line. He removed the flexible hose from the side of the dryer and noticed a serious problem with the venting of my dryer unit. He proceeded to remove the back panel from the dryer and removed roughly a cubic foot of lint (and some missing socks) from the interior of my unit. Apparently the installers of the dryer did not connect the exhaust piping correctly inside the unit and it came undone resulting in the dryer venting partially to the vent and partially to the inside of my dryer. Charles then completely cleaned out the interior of my dryer and fixed the interior and exterior connections to my dryer vent. I truly believe that Charles prevented a fire in my laundry room. I recommend Air Duct Professionals to all. They truly go above and beyond their stated services.

The owner called me a few days after I provided him with the phone numbers. He set up the cleaning the following day which fit well within our schedule. Their representative showed up a few minutes early after calling first to ensure that it would be alright with us. Our worker, Sean, did a great job and worked non-stop for well over two hours ensuring the vents were cleaned and the job met our expectations. My first experience with Angie's List and it worked well. As a side note, I contacted my air conditioning contractor who also cleans air ducts to get an estimate prior to purchasing the coupon with Air Pro. Their bid was in the range of $700 so the savings through Angie's List was significant.

I bought the Angie's List deal for a duct cleaning special and called Ed to schedule. he called me back right away and the guys were scheduled to come out within 3 days to perform the services. It ended up being Labor Day, so they came out on a holiday to do the work, and the guys that came were super nice, professional and thorough. They performed the work that was part of the deal plus we had additional vents that we paid for, but the price was still really reasonable. The whole experience was quick, easy, and prompt, from scheduling to the services provided.

Charles and Izzy were very professional. Charles diagramed out home showing exactly what he was going to do and how the job would be performed. Gave us instructions on how to prevent buildup dirt on face of vents/ducts and cause. They were knowledgeable, on time, called 30 minutes before arriving, friendly, reasonably priced, and we were very pleased with their work We highly recommend this company.

Rich arrived on time with all of his equipment ready to work. He gave me all of the details of what he was going to be doing and how long it should take. The vents had not been cleaned in the last three years, and were quite dirty. Rich hooked up his machine and pulled the dirt out of the vents. He then cleaned each of the vent covers and vacuumed up any excess dirt. He was very explicit on what he was doing and each detail of the work was explained. I appreciated his honesty and dedication to do such a good job. I expected the job to take about three hours, but because they were so dirty, Rich stayed her for six hours, ensuring each vent was cleaned to perfection. I was quite pleased with his performance and would give him an A+.

Charles and his helper took about three and a half hours to clean out our air ducts, returns, blowers, and even trimmed a tree to clean out the 2 air conditioner units outside. and...carried the trash and branches up 3 stories to throw away. They were polite and explained what they were doing and why. I can certainly breathe easier now.

The cleaning went well and they did a good job. They weren't actually able to reach one of my vents so they cleaned another area in exchange. However, it's difficult to assess how well they cleaned compared to someone else. We had to reschedule but it worked out well in the end, despite the miscommunication.

The service went great. My husband was the one who actually dealt with the staff. They did exactly what the deal stated. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The crew (Charles and Mike) contacted me about 90 minutes before arrival to be sure I was ready. Upon arrival, they scoped out the job and reconfirmed everything they were going to do. They prepared the house with drop cloths in advance so that no dust or dirt would get on anything. They then prepared the industrial vacuum and exhaust tube in order to evacuate the entire system. Very clever process and non-invasive, too! It took about 30 minutes to prepare and about 2 hours to vacuum it out. While the vacuum was running, Charles spent his time on the dryer venting and Mike cleaned and deodorized each individual vent. Both of the crew were quite meticulous and careful not to disturb anything besides the dust. Charles took extra time to explain what he was doing and why. He also gave me some good advice on how and when to maintain the system over time. The big surprise was the dryer vent which was badly clogged with lint. Charles spent extra time on this, cleaning the whole area, replacing the old connector hose, and repositioning the appliances so I could get better access to the vent for future maintenance. Left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Fantastic job.

Made a few calls during business hours but only got voicemail each time. Received a call back 2 days later after 5 pm. Once I connected to live person all went smoothly. They showed up at my home as scheduled. Nice guys and efficient. Only complaint is that they used a strong smelling sanitizer and bent the vent on my hvac return.

They made arrangements with tenant to clean dryer vent. Sent me a report by text that all was finished.Cost seems pricey for the scope of work, but I needed to have it done promptly.

It really went very well. The first man to come out, Rich, was very talkative and told me all about what was going on at my place. Unfortunately, he fell ill and had to be hospitalized, and was unable to finish the job. It took some patience on my part and hard work on Ed's part (from Air Duct Professional's) but the job was done a week later when Ed came out and finished it up. He really did a great job of keeping in touch with me as to when they could get out, how Rich was doing, and then in getting the work completed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have their vents cleaned. They were very knowledgeable and worked very hard to make sure I was happy. Thank you very much!!!
