They were very professional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves. It was definitely needed. I do feel it was a little bit pricy.

These guys were awesome. On time, great communication about when they'd be here, and what the procedure would be. Even enjoyed talking with them while they were here working. Their level of thoroughness was unparalleled. The cleaning was quick?about an hour to clean 8 ducts and registers, then maybe another half hour to clean out the dryer duct (which was a huge added value because let's face it?who has time to pull out the washer and dryer and check that thing. Overall, great service, would recommend and use again 100%.

It went well. The owner's son did the job and it was obvious that the young man was trained well which inspired confidence in us that the job would be accomplished. He spent several hours doing the work with every minute occupied in the work.

The owner operator went out of his way to do the job right and went above and beyond to clean all lint from duct.

It was good. It was more expensive than I thought, but I was happy with the people that shown up to do the work. They were a little slow in scheduling, but other than that I was happy with the work. I'm comfortable because of the employees of the company and the job they did and how clean, neat and professional they were.

The technicians were very friendly, thorough, even good with my dog, and conscientious. One less thing to worry about with the condo we just purchased. There was a mix-up concerning the payment I made via Angie's List, not the fault of Air Duct Professionals - just some glitch, which was resolved very quickly by Ed. Ed and his technicians are great to work with, very knowledgeable, and thorough. With many problems we're dealing with after we took possession of the condo, it was one of the few positive experiences. I would use them again, and recommend their service to others.

The work was good. I purchased a deal, therefore, i got no more, no less than i paid for, which was satisfactory..

They were kind of slow getting an appointment schedule. I thought it would be more of an immediate service. Otherwise, they did a good job and the price was good.

It took nearly 10 days from purchase to actually schedule the service; this really irritated me. However, once the workmen came, they were professional, friendly, & informed. I knew from the description of the offer that I would pay more to have my whole house done, but the final cost was nearly 3 times the package price. I would use them again.

The owner called me within 2 days of ordering the special to set up a appointment for the following week. The worker called me promptly when arriving, and when leaving. The tenant stated that the worker was thorough, efficient, courteous, and took care to maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner. I would definitely utilize this company for my own property which is currently undergoing renovation and would recommend this company to others.

It went fine. Afterwards, he did leave a smudge on a wall from rubbing up against it -- they may want to check around afterwards for anything they need to clean up. Scheduling was very smooth.

Ed responded promptly to my initial request for scheduling, we exchanged telephone calls and agreed on a date and time that I had requested. He arrived promptly within the estimated time frame, did a very thorough cleaning and completed the work in an efficient manner--left everything in my laundry room cleaner than it was when he started. All in all, a professional and pleasant experience. I will definitely call him back to do the clean-out the next time.

Punctual and went above and beyond.

I had new AC installed by another company 2 weeks prior and hired Air Duct Professionals to clean air ducts. Sean listened to my concern about pieces of mesh duct liner from old AC unit still blowing out thru the vents. He investigated the problem and worked meticulously to remove all traces of debris from the air ducts. He even took photos inside return vent to help me understand the source of the problem. He also took measures to avoid dust from air duct blowing into living area. I appreciate that he was considerate of the fact that my 3 month old was at home and gave me a heads up before using the sanitizing chemicals. He explained what he was doing as he worked and was very accommodating. I was supposed to clear area in front of dryer for him but got preoccupied with baby so he took care of this for me. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
