I purchased a deal with them. They were very responsive and friendly on the phone, however, we were unable to get the appointment scheduled within the timeframe I had needed the work done.

They came out and said they needed to come back with a bigger ladder the next day. They called later and said it was too dangerous to perform the service, as my air duct was too high.

Sean was WONDERFUL! He was on time, easy to communicate with, very professional, and polite. He worked hard, was extremely thorough, and since we had just moved in he even gave us a few pointers. He showed us how and when to remove clean and reinstall the new reusable filter and he noticed and pointed out to us that we might want a dryer exhaust cover and explained why we needed it, and how it worked... but he wasn't overly chatty or annoying, again it was just because we had just moved in and were clueless =). It was a quick and hassle-free mess-free experience and when it was over he left everything just the way it was including reinstalling a doggy gate he'd had to remove! We were very impressed and even recommended him to our parents, who now have their duct cleaning scheduled for Friday =)

I never heard anything from the contractor, so I hired someone else.

Had a heavy dust problem running the a/c so bought an air duct cleaning package. They came out and cleaned the ducts and the dust on furniture was considerably less after the cleaning. The package was for 8 ducts and we had 10, so had to pay extra but overall very happy with the service and cleanliness of the air post-cleaning.

Dryer vent has never been cleaned in 10 year old house and dryer was very slow to dry cloths. Now dryer drys at least 3 times faster than before. I am sure we will save the $159 price for cleaning the duct in the next six months just from energy bills. Also, they did not try to up sale their services like many other vendors do. I would use them again and recommend to a friend.

This service was well worth it. He worked very hard and we were pleased with the results. We'll probably have it done every year.

We decided to replace the furnish so a cleaning probably wasn't necessary, that's what prompted this refund request. We were contacted promptly and communication was good.

Charles and Izzy turned up right on time. They were courteous and professional and nice and friendly (even to my PLEASE PAT ME dog)! The boys went over everything with me, within the house and then what they would do, explaining everything wonderfully, including drawn diagrams from Charles. They did find various little problems and one big problem. The problems were shown to me and explained. I feel they went above and beyond what I expected today. Very pleased. Would hire again and recommend in an instant! Thanks again Charles and Izzy.

Had set up appointment for 10am Friday 11/7. At 9:55am we get a call saying that he can't make it because his truck broke down. Took the morning off from work for this unprofessional company. I should send them a bill for my time! DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!

Very Professional. Took time and did a good job. I have tried $100 vendors before but those are rip-offs. These folks charged a little higher but performed a quality job. Friendly and hard-working. Provided me recommendations on what additionally I can do to ensure air is cleaner for a longer time.

It was a very easy experience and very reasonable. Dryer was completely cleaned out and gave me a free dryer hose that was fireproof and much better than the old one. Very friendly and fast. Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work performed. The technicians were super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My only concern was that they would not remove their shoes in my home. This is a bit disturbing to a germophobe like me. They said that it was due to safety reasons. We do not wear shoes at home and always ask visitors to remove shoes. Keep this in mind if your home is also a shoe free environment. I would suggest to the owner to maybe have the techs carry clean shoes that they can change into that are only worn inside customers' homes.

Eddie was very anxious to please. I thought he deserved an "A"! He stated that the new hose he installed would last so long it could be used on the next dryer. He was completely nice when answering all of my questions. He checked everything and cleaned up very well. I would definitely use him again.
