Wonderful! They were amazing and super clean. We just purchased this house and they noticed that the connection between the dryer and the wall was plastics. That is no longer allowed. One of the men ran to Home Depot and replaced it for me with no extra cost.I would highly recommend them!

It was ok. My husband wasn't as satisfied I think, but I wasn't there when they actually performed the service. They did come on time and announced when they were going to come. He just didn't think that they did a whole lot. I don't have anything bad to say about it. They charged us an additional $100 because they said we had more vents than the deal quoted.

The big deal I purchased turned out good. It seemed pretty standard. They came and basically opened up the air ducts. They had big tubes they used to suck whatever gunk that was in there out. This is the first time I have ever had that done so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seemed like they did a good job judging from what I could tell. Ideally, it would be nice if the price was a little bit lower than that, but I don't know what the normal going rate is for that kind of thing.

Rich and his wife make a great team and did an amazing job of cleaning all my vents, my furnace, changing my furnace filter (necessitating a trip to the local hardware store since they didn't have the appropriate one on their truck) and checking out my dryer vent---all in about an hour and a half! After purchasing my small house, I was discouraged by the amount of dust that settled almost immediately on furniture, floors, etc. every time I cleaned. Thus my purchase of the Angie's List deal for duct cleaning. Rich did a thorough job, narrating what he was doing throughout the process, and I am so pleased to report that my dust problem is no more! It was a pleasure to have Rich and his wife in my home as they did the cleaning and I enjoyed the ocnversation with them and appreciated their attention to detail (and attention paid to my people-loving dog). Since, as a senior, I don't crawl around in my attic, it was good to hear Rich's feedback on the state of my heating system. I am very pleased both with the service appointment experience and with the excellent results. You get what you pay for! I will definitely return for service when I need it! Thank you!

Air Duct Professionals was exceptional! From the moment I purchased my deal on Angie's List, they were responsive, helpful and professional. Ed contacted me immediately to schedule my service and was very pleasant and helpful during our call. I was not able to schedule my service right then as I needed to finish installing my wood flooring before I could commit to a date. As soon as I was ready I sent Ed an email to see if they had any openings for that Saturday. He had me scheduled and confirmed within a couple of hours and was able to accommodate a Saturday appointment. Charles and Mariah (a father daughter team) performed the service on a very rainy morning. They arrived on-time, were very personable and exceptionally helpful. They took multiple precautions (including wearing shoe covers) to make sure they didn't scratch my new floors and/or get them muddy or wet. What a team! Mariah cleaned the vents while Charles inspected and cleaned the furnace. Charles gave me tips on how to maintain my furnace and showed me how easy it is to replace a fuse. Since my furnace is in my attic he also advised on how I could seal my ducts/vents to prevent insulation getting blown out into my living area below. This was my first purchase through Angie's List, so I was a bit hesitant initially. However, it far surpassed my expectations in terms of customer service. I highly recommend Air Duct Professionals and will definitely be using them again in the future.

They could not do the service due to what the vents were made out of. They were very honest with us and we got a refund on the deal. He was a very nice and good man.

The person was on time and performed the tasks without getting in the way. It took him about 2 hours to do the service was done satisfactorily. Cleaned up and put everything back in its place. Very pleased with the service

Employee kept me updated on their arrival time. When they showed up for the work, they discovered my type of air ducts could not be cleaned. (I think they are called linear diffusers) They were honest and told me they could not do the work requested. Employee service was excellent.

Overall we are very happy with their job. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family. Ed returned my call promptly. It was difficult to schedule an appointment because my husband and I both have full time job. However, because the issue with my dryer may cause fire hazard, Ed managed to find the time to come within a couple of days. He came to our house on time and the job was efficient, clean and professional.

It took a bit of time for them to finish counting vents, etc. so they ran past the cutoff time in our community for work. I had to explain this to the neighbors. They also cleaned the ducting for the dryer vent to find it was venting under the house. The outside opening had been covered over.

Prompt and courteous. All the work was done in an professional and efficient manner. The Dryer was taking a long time to dry the clothes. After cleaning all the dryer lint traps the problems still persisted. I called the Air Duct Pros who soon returned my inquiry and setup a time/date for the service. He conducted a thorough cleaning of the dryer vents as well as the dryer area. He located a ball of lint impending the dryer vent and was able to clear the blockage.

Charles arrived at the schedule time and was very courteous and friendly. He explained what he was going to do very clearly. He offered suggestions as well as answered every question. Charles is very knowable and definitively knows his profession. I learned a lot and would use this company again. I highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They just stated that they were unable to clean the ducks that they actually need to be replaced. I would hire them to do the work if my insurance company would Allow it.

After some initial delay in setting up the appointment after I bought an Angie's List deal for duct cleaning, the technician showed up on time, was friendly and efficient, and seemed to do a thorough job.

I purchased a big deal for a dryer vent cleaning. The provider called immediately and was on-time for his appointment date, which was only a couple of days after I purchased the deal. I would definitely purchase this deal and use this provider again.

They called and let me know when they would be arriving. They also gave me a clear explanation of the work they were going to do and gave me updates as they completed each step. They worked very hard and finished the work in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job cleaning up before they left.
