The first visit was prompt and professional but the technician failed to clean the dryer and the solution for the duct was inadequate and fell out of the wall immediately after he left. The owner was helpful and came back out to make it right and was friendly throughout. Unfortunately when working on the dryer on the second visit (the owner came 2nd time), he inadvertently broke the on/off button on our relatively new dryer. Despite my concerns, owner was responsive when we got the repair done and sent him him the receipt. Within a few days he cut a check to cover the repairs. I was impressed with his work ethic, his honesty and his kindness throughout. I would recommend him and his company unreservedly.

These guys are great! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and high quality job. Ed made scheduling easy and his technicians were good at communication on the way to the job as they were stuck in traffic. I am pleased to report this is the second time we have used them and the second time we have been pleased with the results.

Charlie was excellent and very knowledgable. He changed out all of our dryer connections to the proper types. He gave us a lot of information on how to use our systems and how to keep lint out of the house. Their equipment is state of the art. He happened to find a gas leak near the kitchen furnace as he was cleaning the duct. He just happened to smell it. He is very forthcoming with his expertise. I have already recommended him to someone else.

The provider arrived on time, performed all the work efficiently, answered our questions, and we were pleased with the service.

A very nice couple came and cleaned the air ducts and dryer exhaust. They were prompt and efficient.

It worked out very well. We purchased a new home and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned prior to turning on the furnace; they were at the home for maybe a couple of hours. The home is 1,040 square feet.

The cost included the entire vent from the dryer to the outside vent - other providers I looked at would only cover the first 10 feet and then charge additional for anything over 10 feet. They also cleaned the vent in the dryer lint trap, the floor behind the dryer and installed a new fire-proof dryer vent hose. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning, they should up on time (even gave me a 30 minute courtesy call). Everything took about 90 minutes. I recommend them for Dryer Duct Cleaning and will call them for Air Vent cleaning services. Excellent work!

Very responsive, easy to deal with!

Sean showed up on time and polite. I told him that there was a old dryer sheet that got into the duct and was hoping he could get it out. He spent half an hour vacuuming and was able to get the old dryer sheet out. He installed a fire-proof dryer vent hose and cleaned up after himself. Sean did a great job and I would use the company again.

I purchased the deal that included the service noted. My appointment was scheduled for between 11 & 12. Shawn called me at 10:35 to let me know that he was 30 minutes away. He did indeed arrive in 30 minutes. He introduced himself and shook my hand when I answered the door. He explained the process of cleaning the ducts thoroughly and even took the time to show me where the filter for the furnace was located and how to change it safely. He covered my furniture that was located under the vents just in case particles came down when removing the vent. Shawn delivered a level of service that I expect when I hire someone to do a job at my home, no matter how big or small the job is. He truly is a "professional" in every sense of the word. I would definitely would recommend Air Duct Professionals. I will for sure be using this company again.

These guys are amazing! Charles showed up at my house at around 9:20am for a 10am appointment. So right off the bat, I had a positive feeling about them. Charles was very kind and explained the entire process to me. He took his time explaining everything to me and my wife, and did not seem annoyed when we asked a bunch of questions. He gave me really good tips about the safety issues surrounding my specific dryer and the dryer vent. All in all, the entire work took around 90 minutes to set up the equipment, clean all 11 vents, clean the furnace hose, clean the dryer vent system, clean our one return, change our filter and sanitize the vents. I highly recommend this company; I had nothing but a great experience starting from the beginning by calling Ed to the end with conversing with Charles. It was good. There was no additional charges on top of the big deal. I like them becauise they were on time, professional and they did the job. There wasn't anything I didn't like about them. I don't think the price was fantastic but it was good.

My experience was fine. There were two people here doing the work. Scheduling the appointment was fine.

This was a very good experience. A husband and wife team showed up on time. The were very professional and talked me through the entire procedure prior to starting. It involved connecting a large vacuum to one of my vents, sealing all other vents and then vacuuming them clean one by one. They changed the filters where possible. Unfortunately, two of my intake filters are built into a very high ceiling, which they were unable to reach due to safety issues. They had explained that to me prior to the visit. I am OK with that as this really is an unfortunate construction error by the builder of our house. Instead, they gave me advice on how to install the filters within the furnace itself, and I will call a company to hopefully do that for me. This will resolve any future issues with these high filters. Throughout the process, they were eager to answer any questions I had and even gave me a quick lesson on how the entire heating/cooling system works. They were very clean and left the place spotless. The price was appropriate, in my mind. The deal was $329. I paid an extra $50 for the second furnace, and $125 for additional vents/filters (the deal covers 10, I have 15. $25 per extra vent). I am very satisfied and will use them again in the future.

I scheduled service for a Sat based on the great reviews. I, like many, have a tight schedule and changed around my weekend for this service. I was asked by Ed if there was parking. I said they could use my garage IF it was a normal sized vehicle. He assured me it was. So, the day of the service, the tech called me and said he drove by but the garage looked too small and he had a huge truck. I explained that I was told it would not be a big vehicle and he said yes, some techs it's not but his is. OK, so I asked if Ed would find a solution and let him know I set aside this time and could have scheduled another company. He said yes. Ed never called. I left messages and emails. Today 4 days later, I get this email: I did call you that day but the line did not connect or go through. We did our best to do this job, but there was no way to get down into your complex garage, due to the low hanging pipes. The clearance is extremely low. The truck is a normal sized truck. He could not find anything close to your home on the street except a half block away. This is too far for our equipment to perform the service. The street parking was very restricted, as it is on many LA city streets. I am sorry for any inconvenience but there was nothing we could do to perform the work. Completely untrue. My phone didn't work? AND, there are NO restrictions on my street and I had a window and screen person come later that day, parked right in front of my building with a huge truck....... I was excited to use this company based on the reviews but they have exemplified unprofessionalism and have not been truthful.

They did the right stuff as far as using the right equipment and going about the job in an orderly manner. They knew what had to be done and did it throughly. They were congenial and answered any questions I had, and left the house in a cleaned up condition. I would certainly commend this company to do any air duct work. They are the Air Duct Professionals.
