It took a while to get to me because they had a truck breakdown, then there was an issue where he was on his way, but got a call from the school that his son had broken his arm, so he cancelled again. Eventually Jason (?) came and did an exceptional job. I am remodeling a condo I just bought and wanted everything checked out and working properly. He cleaned out all the ducts, sending the brush machine down 3 times. He cleaned out the aircon and removed all the years of grime and dirt and rust. He left a large filter which I could cut to fit, and it is washable. (I had already put in a new filter so he didn't have to replace it) The large intake pipe was not securely attached to the base, which we only noticed when he pushed it, so he did a great job of taping it all back down and making it air tight. He also fixed the insulation around the pipe that had fallen out over the years. He brought it to my attention that the walls inside the intake from the passageway were not closed up properly, allowing the air to be pulled in from the wall space, thus making the air conditioner less efficient. I have since got my contractor to seal the space. He also cleaned out the dryer vent. I found them highly professional, helpful, kept me informed of when they could come or not, was very apologetic about the delays. They will definitely be my goto people. I got the coupon for the job.

Arrived on time and they went right to work. The workers were professional and efficient. When I booked the appointment I explained that a family member was being treated for lung cancer and that it was very important to control the dust generated. I was advised that it would not be a problem. The vents were very dirty but there was a large amount of dust and other particles in the air from the cleaning. I had the house professionally cleaned a few days later and was surprised that the house was dusty again in 4 days. I thought that cleaning the vents would help prevent the house from becoming dusty so quickly since the windows are never opened and no pets live in the house.

Great! When I first called, Ed helped me troubleshoot to ensure that the problem was with the vents and not the dryer itself. On the scheduled day of service, I called to get update on arrival so I wouldn't have to wait around. Got back to me in a few minutes and came at the expected time. Worked very quickly, showed me how much lint was in the venting system and cleaned it all out.

Sean arrived earlier than scheduled which worked out great for us. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and did his job well. When my husband mentioned a problem with two of our vents that was found during house inspection, he went out of his way to check it out and when he found the problem, he offered to repair it at a minimum price. In the end, he gave us recommendations in order to keep our furnace and vents in good working condition. I would definitely hire him again and endorse him to friends and family. Job well done, Sean! Focus Inspections exceeded my expectations! Their inspection report was so comprehensive, with plenty of pictures and so thoroughly detailed, but in language even I could understand. They very patiently explained each section of the report and offered even more details about their findings and recommendations. They also included a free mold and asbestos survey, during the inspection. (luckily, they didn't find any.) This is a top-rate, very professional company that provided me with enough comprehensive details and sufficiently thorough information, that I was able to confidently make an informed decision. I remember the inspector, told me, that they will not allow anyone to buy a 'money pit'. I highly recommend this company.

The provider's agent, Sabaz (?) along with an assistant, showed up on time and quickly got to work. Vacuumed all the air ducts. Very thorough.Reassembled everything and check to make sure the HVAC was working properly.

Very professional company. Very polite person set up appointment for me initially and later was very gracious when I had to reschedule it. The serviceman was able to come to my home within the week I made contact with this company. The serviceman was on-time, very polite, and explained the process thoroughly. When the job was completed, he showed me everything he had been able to get out of the vent which was quite a lot. I am very pleased with this company and will do business with them again.

The team for AirDuct Pro arrived promptly and completed the service in about one hour. Full clean out of all venting and the dryer itself, and discussed better ways to vent the dryer given my old house and the current inadequate setup. Honest, up front and explained the work that was being performed and what problems I might have in the future with the current setup. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. I would definitely use Air Duct Professionals in the future if I have other similar needs.

The guys showed up on time, and wore booties on their shoes as we requested (to keep carpet clean, come on). They answered all my questions, cleaned out all the vents I requested, and even offered to scrape out old plaster that was stuck to inside of vent openings. All professionally done. However, we think we still have as much dust accumulation as we did before the vents were cleaned.

They came as a 2-persons crew. They completed the job in about 3 hrs. It includes Air Ducts Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning, and Dryer Vent Cleaning. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. They explained every step of the process to me. No question that I am in good hands. They have found a mummified mouse behind the air return vent. Someone that I will keep it to myself. My wife will freak out if she learns about having a dead mouse behind one the vent for years. As for the dryer vent, it was full of lint and dust. They basically cleaned every vent in my house. Also, the connection from my dryer to the wall was not connected properly. He installed a new flexible aluminium dryer duct for me at zero additional cost. I definitely will hire them again and refer them to my friends and family. Total price paid is $329 angie's list pkg + $25 for one additional vent. I have 11 vents total in my house.

The service was fine. The duct has been fine ever since. They did not find anything wrong with it. They came out a week after I purchased the Big Deal. They were prompt and professional.

The technician arrived promptly and told us what he was going to do ( in what order)and approx how long it would take. When it came to replacing the furnace filte, it was a very tricky set up. He showed us step by step what we need to do to change the filter. We never would have figured that out. He was so polite and patient. He told us what kind of filter to buy in the future and how to properly install it. I felt that he really went out of his way to make sure we knew what to do. I really appreciated his taking that time with us.

I coudn't use the service and got a refund.

for the most part very well. however, after checking, the front lower panel of my dryer (which had been off because i was checking to see if i needed service before i called) was left detached and not put in place. the "fireproof" vent ducting is just a duct that is a little stronger than the aluminum one that was there, but as i don't know its metal composition, i cannot say if it is any different that the one there before other than it is a little sturdier. the provider was responsive to my questions. i had thought i was given specific time and called when they did not arrive. they were professional and explained about the time frame but still made it there close to the time i thought i had scheduled. because of this, i would call them again. UPDATE: ALL OF A SUDDEN MY DRYER STOPPED WORKING. WHEN WE TOOK IT APART, BIG HARD CLUMPS OF LINT. NOT HAPPY. WAS JUST CLEANED END OF FEBRUARY. I ALWAYS CLEAN THE LINT FILTER FAITHFULLY SO IT IS NOT A RECENT BUILDUP. WON'T BE USING AGAIN.
