They did a very nice job, They arrived on time and finished the job within a day.

Crawl space was too small.. He managed to get it from outside and reconnect, then clean the vent. Awesome good job! He did go under the house, just couldn't get to the place he needed to be. For everything he did, only $79.00... Couldn't believe it!

Very professional and although my set-up is pretty easy to access and sounds like they were not that bad, I feel better knowing this has finally been done. He also left me an extra filter for my furnace.

They were available to come out within a couple days when I called them but on the day of the appointment they were a few hours late (they did call and kept me updated). Once they were here they were professional and did a good job. A large quantity of black nastiness came out of my ducts and they were good about cleaning up after themselves. Overall they did a good job and I'd hire them again.

Sean was great about repairing my disconnected dryer air duct having to go into the crawl space and figure out what was going on. I'm glad he was able to get it done very quickly as well. He also had a very good attitude about doing the work.

My original call was handled politely by Ed and he clearly explained the process and verbally estimated the total cost based on the size of my house, we then scheduled the cleaning appointment. The on-site tech James and his assistant were on-time, courteous and professional. The cleaning was completed within the expected 2-3 hour window and no mess was left at completion. No issues were encountered during or after this service.

Came out for estimate. We agreed on a day and time. On that day, was on time and ready to get to work with all required tools/machinery. Even crawled under the house to check on the vent hose for the clothes dryer. Advised of a problem with this hose, which I very much appreciated as we were unaware of this! Professional, courteous, and cleaned up all areas after work was completed. Well worth the money!

The job went well. James and Kyle arrived on time and went to work. As described on the Angie's List deal, they cleaned the dryer duct and replaced the old hose with a fireproof dryer vent hose; cleaned the floor behind the dryer and the termination point; and checked for any disconnection in the duct. They politely answered my questions and were finished within 30 minutes.

Sean did an awesome job with our new home. It smelled like a new home when he was finished. Exceeded my expectations! Customer service was great from the first phone call until the job was done.

I was able to make an appointment within the same week that I called. James and Kyle arrived in the scheduled time slot. After walking the house and confirming the number and location of the vents (14 total, including the cold air intake), they worked quickly. They were friendly, neatly dressed and walked me through each of the cleaning steps. For each vent, they spread plastic dust sheets to cover the nearest furniture; removed and manually cleaned both sides of each vent cover and the directional slats; inserted the vacuum line with a revolving soft brush to clean each duct (also using a cleaning spray in each duct); replaced the vent cover and wiped away any stray marks on the walls; removed the plastic dust sheets and carefully vacuumed the area. The heater and fan in the attic were inspected and cleaned (no problems were found). The air filter was inspected, and, because it had been recently replaced, a new replacement was not necessary. The dryer vent was inspected and cleaned. And, they were done in less than 2 hours! The price was fair: a coupon for 10 vents for $299 + $25 for each additional vent.

I bought an older home and remodeled it. Big mess so the ducts were bad. The technician did an excellent job and my son and daughter-in-law were able to move into a clean fresh house with their new baby.

Staff showed up on time. Took 2-1/2 hours to finish. I'm surprised that return vent count as a vent, so there was an upcharge from the Angie's list special of 8 vents for my house. What would've been nicer is that they bring a few drop cloth to cover around the vent they are working on. I understand it's dust. They do fly everywhere. I was disappointed they did not cover my furniture when they work on a vent that is nearby. I didn't like the fact they worked on a vent above my nook. And they just vacuumed my nook table afterward. I would still consider the vacuum bristles dirty.
