Air Duct Professionals

Air Duct Professionals were responsive, punctual, clearly communicated their services and did a great job. I purchased a deal for air duct cleaning of 1,500 sq ft of duct cleaning (with $10 vents) that also included a free dryer vent cleaning. All incremental costs for additional vents or duct area was communicated up front before the service and there were no hidden costs or fees that showed up in the bill. The service itself was very thorough and the technician was very nice and pleasant to work with. He took great care with removing, cleaning and replacing each vent, and even took apart the central unit in our attic for a deep cleaning. Overall, it was a great service that I would definitely recommend to others and that I will be using for future duct cleaning.

The owner and his wife showed up on time and were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They kept us informed about everything they did and what we needed to for future operations (i.e. filter changeout). They did an excellent job. We will use this company again and have already referred them to friends.

He did an okay job. I asked him before he left to let me see his vacuum cleaner to see how much he took out, but he said he already disposed of it. I'm not very happy.

This was probably the best service call I've had in 22 years of home ownership. We purchased a duct cleaning package throught Angie's llist that was very reasonably priced. Our home has more air vents than were included in the package, but the charge per extra duct charge was also very reasonable (the lowest we had seen after checking with multiple companies). After purchasing the package, we booked the job over the phone with Ed, owner of the company. Booking was very easy, with multiple dates available, and with very little wait time (same week). On the day of the job, our cleaning professional Charles gave us a courtesy call to inform us that he was heading to our house. He arrived right on time as scheduled. After a quick tour of the house to show him all of our ducts and our two furnaces, Charles and his assistant got right to work. They were incredibly neat, wearing shoe covers and placing runners throughout the house to protect our light colored carpets. They were very efficient, finishing the job in less time than I expected. Charles also did a few "extra" things - he caulked around our vent covers (the paint had been damaged by the previous duct cleaner - different company)., and he gave me several maintenance tips for our air conditioning units and dryer vent. After they finished the job, cleanup was very quick and efficient. We didn't need to do any extra cleaning after they left. Overall, I would highly recommend Air Duct Professionals to any homeowner in need of duct cleaning.

I was satisfied with their service. It was the cost of the big deal and no additional charges. It was a package deal that included the air filter, but the air filter was really substandard in quality. It was very poor and did not hold back much dust. I think that the filter was not worth it, they included that in the package. That's why I went with it otherwise I would have gone with a different package from someone else.They took off the grills under the air duct, when they put them back they put them backwards. It's not a big deal I can do it with a screw driver and a ladder but they should have put it the right way.

He was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. I would recommend his services in the future.

Very polite and professional. I had to cancel the first appointment due to a last minute Doctor appointment. They were very nice about it even the the crew was already on its way. When they did come to clean the vents they were extremely neat and did a thorough job. I am going to use them again in the future.

It went very well... the deal included replacing the connection between the dryer and the wall, but they couldn't replace it because of the unique type of connector we had.

Exceptional service from first call to completion. Charles and Shanel came on time, were professional & friendly and knew their jobs thoroughly. Charles found a couple of problems & fixed them. We are extremely pleased.

They were punctual and friendly. They would vacuum whatever dust or dirt that have fallen. I would hire them again.

they were here on time and performed the job very well.we have an extra job that needs to be done and the manager took care of it without extra charge.they have recommended maintenance that needs to be done without extra gimmicks.overall,we are satisfied with their job.

Absolutely fantastic! We just finished remodeling our kitchen and I've been to urgent care twice for respiratory problems and a deep cough that wouldn't go away. When they carefully removed the register covers - I couldn't believe how dirty everything was even though we had cleaned it 3 years ago and taped off all the vents when we started construction. The quality of work they did was excellent. Rich took all proper precautions not to get our furniture or belongings dirty when opening the vents and he was extremely thorough down to spraying and hand cleaning each register cover. The dryer vent was also very dirty and I can see the difference even from inside the dryer where you remove the filter. Super professional and Ed, the owner went out of his way knowing I have recently suffered severe asthma and respiratory problems. We were very pleased with the price for the value we received and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing - terrific people - terrific service!

Went well. They called before coming. Thoroughly explained the work before doing it. Helped me resolve an issue where plumbing from a tankless heater was pressing on dryer termination vent that went outside. Even brought me a dryer vent/duct cover so that when my plumber relocates the pipe, he can fix the dryer vent cover as well.

This is my first experience with Angie's List and I hear so many great things and was excited to experience the contractor's work that you refer. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Great experience with Ed and him scheduling me and explaining to me what is covered in the package. I couldn't verify what was being done because I could not climb up to the attic. I thought the guys were really nice and they explained to me the vents and told me what kind of filter to buy, The package said I would get my dryer vents cleaned. I had to confirm and ask if it was done and they thought it was done but it was not. So of course that made me worry about the rest of the vents. Also there was a lot of dust around the dryer area ( it was empty space since the house is vacant and it would have been nice if they as a courtesy vacuumed around that space. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes. Also I was suppose to get a filter for the main air duct vent but they did not have one for me. So that made me feel they were a bit disorganized. My work involves a lot of detail and I am a detailed person.

Very courteous and professional. Service was prompt. Some items moved were not put back into place but that was a very very minor issue.

This was my first time g4tting my air vents cleaned. I've owned my home for over 30 years. When the tech came, he was very professional and efficient. I explained that I had NEVER had my vents cleaned. He did an EXCEPTIONAL job. He even found problems (such as vents not being sealed, cable wires that were pulled through the vents instead of around them) and pointed them out to me. Because of some of the problems (vent not being sealed) it was causing an exceptionally high electric bill (and I have electric solar). The tech informed me that with proper sealing of the vent, my air conditioner won't be pulling heat from the walls in an attempt to cool my home, saving me money. Usually, the type of cleaning provided would take about 2-4 hours. He spent almost 7 hours at my house doing a thorough job since this was my first experience having vents cleaned. The experience was WONDERFUL and I can't say enough about this company!!!!.

good service, just more expensive than I thought

Mr. Mack of Air Duct Professionals is absolutely the BEST! When you are buying a property you want to know the inspector is going to check every single part of the house and that's exactly what Ed is going to do. You can expect him to be there for awhile because he leaves no stone unturned and if there is something wrong, believe me he will find it. He also does mold inspections and it was included in his inspection at no extra cost! It was very helpful to understand old mold from mold that would possibly be an issue. He even crawled under under the house and found plumbing issues. I wouldn't have had the guts to crawl under there! He saved us from buying a money pit 3 months earlier, on another house we were going to buy. Would we use him again? We already did!!! If you want the best and without costing an arm and a leg, he's it.
