Awesome service. I would highly recommend this company (and will use them in the future). Sean came out on Christmas Eve to clean the vents... he didn't rush the job, in fact it took longer than he had anticipated because all of my vents were sealed. Very thorough, detailed and clean! Great job!!!

They were awesome in every way. I had a family emergency and forgot my appt. Ed was so nice and hospitable to reschedule. Very happy!!

When I came home from work he was done, my husband dealt with him. But I did feel guild because he was dirty from head to toe. Really got in there and did his work. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WERE VERY PLEASE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great! My husband was here and was very happy with the work that they did for us. We bought a deal package and were extremely satisfied with their work. It's refreshing to deal with a company that is professional and does a great job. We really needed to get out vents cleaned and have already found that the air seems to be much cleaner now that we're running our furnace.

I called Air Duct Professionals and described my situation. The owner was very understanding and patient. I had tried to do the cleaning myself and now I was getting no dryer power. After answering my questions, we booked the service. I paid via PayPal. Everything went according to plan. the technician arrived timely and was able to get a softball size compacted blob out of the vent. Works like a charm now. i would definitely use again.

They were very nice. They came out and inspected the ducts, but were not able to preform the service I paid for because fo the condition of my ducts. They offered for me to go look for quotes. The guy who could reduct the house was out on medical.

technician was courteous and professional. explained his findings and solution adequately and to my satisfaction. work was quick and solved my problem (fire/burning smell when dryer was started). would use again.

This company is incredibly professional and honest. After advising me against cleaning my ducts, he took the time to show me how to replace the filters in my furnace, which brand to buy and how often to replace the filters to alleviate my kids' allergy and asthma symptoms - and did not charge me for making the drive all the way out to the SGV area from Riverside. Other companies might have gone ahead with the duct cleaning to make the sale or charged me for the trip out but Air Duct Professionals did not. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Professional; however, they chipped the ceiling around one of the vents and were unable to fix it.

On October 28, 2015, I wrote a B review for Air Duct Professionals stating that a worker and his daughter came to the house to clean the air ducts. In doing so he cut a hole in the AC/Heater in order to attach the vacuum hose, etc.. I made a mistake, it was not Air Duct Professionals, but another company who provided the work at my home. Please accept my apologizes for the mistake. I have contacted Angie's List to remove my earlier review which was in error.

Now it sounds like an airplane in my house, I've called them about that, but no one has come back to fix the sound.

Excellent. Never had this service performed on my home before. I really notice the difference since the job was performed. The team members were great. They explained the process and answered all of my questions. When they left you could not even tell that they had been there!

We decided to use a local company to do the work.

They worked very hard and were fast and professional.

Provider did great, dryer works tons better!

They did arrive about 20min late but were very professional and did a great job cleaning.

Charles showed up this AM with his daughter and walked the house with me, explaining what he was going to do and then they got to work. Not only were these two working hard, but they were friendly, and informative and very, very thorough. They were here most of the day and when they left I couldn't believe how much lint and dust they had cleared out of my house. I can't refer these guys strongly enough, they were really great.

The service provider was very prompt and professional. He did a great job cleaned up after himself and was very informative about what he was doing. The entire job only took about 15 minutes... I think I over purchased on this deal- but I would recommend this company it wasn't their fault!!
