Since I wasn't able to use this service I can't say, but I do know that if I had, they seemed to be very professional

Rich and Beth were punctual, professional and thorough. They did some extra minor fixes (see above comments) at no charge and thoroughly cleaned up after the service. I was very happy with their work.

I purchased the advertised $329 package that included cleaning of the air ducts, the dryer vent and the furnace. Scheduling was easy, the technician was prompt and worked very quickly and efficiently. It was a very good experience and I could not have been happier with the results.

That was fine. I didn't meet the people but it was fine. They were here shortly after the purchase date by a week or two. There were no additional charges. They were responsive. The guy showed up in a truck and a t-shirt and I just don't think that's very good.

I have a newe 2700 square foot home. Purchased the special for 289 and because I had more ducts than the special allowed the total came out to 414 dollars. They did want the were supposed to.

Went very well. They cam right at their allotted time, did a walkthrough of the house, told me what to expect, and proceeded to do exactly that. I could tell a positive difference in the air after they were finished!

He came right on time and spent a lot of time cleaning out our very dirty vents. He knew our son had allergies and we just moved into the house and the previous owner had pets which was causing asthma for our son, so he did a thorough job as best he could of cleaning out the ventilation pipes. Thanks!

They were professional and on time. They did a really good job provided that the house we just moved in, we just found out that the vents have never been cleaned since 1963. Now we're breathing clean air and I'm glad I trusted these guys to do the job.

They were very professional. We just bought a house that was previously owned by a smoker so wanted to clean out the ducts. It's now 6 months later and the smoke smell has been gone for a while now. Recommended.

Excellent work done by James. He was very professional and made sure to clean up any residual dust after the service. He also went above and beyond with removal of a critter from my dryer vent hose. I am so very thankful. I would definitely use these guys again.

EXCELLENT! My air ducts never worked so good! I can actually feel the air flow for once.... and as yucky as it sounds, he found a dead mouse in my furnace return (yuck) - nice to know i needed that cleaned too. I feel cleaner and safer! Will absolutely recommend this service and company again! the staff was friendly and informative.

They carefully removed registers, cleaned everything and put them back so nicely, that it looks now even better than before. I can notice, that my air conditioner works very quietly now, and the air is much cleaner- my kids stopped coughing. Thank you so much for a great job!

James was very professional and called prior to arrival to let me know what time he would be there. He clearned the vent, changed out the hose, and made sure the vent to the outside was working properly. He informed that me that my outside vent was dented which he fixed, and fixed the hose so that it fit securely on the dryer and outside vent to prevent lint from getting onto the floor. Dryer time is much faster now that I had it cleaned. Will be calling them for an annual service!

these guys were amazing. so personable and knowledgable. very patient in explaining to me their process and methods. they took all precautions to not dirty my carpet or damage my walls. when they found out about my dryer vent leaking out lint and that that was the main cause for my filters getting dirty really fast, they went the extra mile and removed the tubing and cut it down and applied lots and lots of heat activated foil-backed tape to create a tight seal. this probably took 20-25 minutes in and of itself. probably the best part about having these stranger in my house was that they were so cool, funny and fun-loving, down to earth while being very professional and highly competent. I suspect a litle OCD trait that made them pay attention to every little detail can't wait to have them back in 3-5 years!!

I felt good about the company from the first phone call to set up the appointment. I was asked smart, detailed questions about the kind of dryer it was and the space it was in. The service man was prompt, explained what he was going to do, and did it efficiently and without disconnecting either appliance. He vacuumed out the lint from both ends of the dryer vent and installed a fire proof vent connection. He showed me the old part to compare with the new one. He tested the dryer before he left. Overall, very professional.

They were punctual and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to service your air ducts. Who knew how dirty those things get. They even gave me a new air filter replacement.

The workers who completed the work were on time and did an excellent job. I had a bad smell coming from my air ducts and after they cleaned the air ducts and furnace the smell is gone.

I was able to schedule the service fairly quickly (within 3 days). Two technicians arrived within the agreed-upon 2-hour window. They were both very professional and did the work in 2 hours (12 registers). It turned out that the pilot light for my furnace was off, so it was blowing cold air. They looked into it and helped me turn it on, which was above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They did not try to upsell at all, which I very much appreciate.
