Description of Work: Rich (co-owner) came to our house to clean out our ducting. He was here by himself, which is unusual - he said - but I assisted him as much as I could. He was full of stories; an interesting guy! He was very professional, and knew his job. I wanted to wait awhile on this review, to see if the dust creation in our house decreased, like he said it would? Well, it seems like it has. I don't know what's going on with these stupid typo errors (%& numbers??), but I'm not going to go back and erase them. Very happy with the service they provided!

Description of Work: I took the day off for the duct cleaning. He called me the day of to tell me his equipment broke the night before. I asked if another team could help since we cant use the heater right now and we have an infant at home. He found another team then they called 6 hours later to say they had run out of has and had to cancel. Now the next open "appointment" isn't until over a week later. I feel that neither situation were my fault.

Description of Work: Air ducts cleaned with vaccum, brushes, etc. Overall service took just under an hour. Left behind some minor debris on a couple floors, but not bad compared to some contractors. The lead tech offered to clean the dryer vent for an additional $75. This has been on my list for a long time, so I accepted. I'm glad I did. The tech took his time, and did a thorough job, They tightened a loose gas connection as well. Overall, I'm satisfied. However, I originally ordered the service months ago. Although they kept in touch with me from time to time, it took until October to actually get the job done.
