Ed was in communication with us all the way through from the scheduling date to when they arrived at my home. Description of Work: I purchased their special - cleaning air ducts, dryer and furnance ($329 +$25 for extra vent). The professionalism started when I called the company and spoke to the owner. He was very courteous and accomodating. The service rep was punctual, cleaned up after and was very polite. I highly recommend this company and will use tnem again.

Description of Work: They came and inspected the air ducts at our Condo. They are so honest that they said " No cleaning is necessary at this time." We will definitely use them for the their honesty and recommend them to our friends.

Description of Work: got a coupon on Angies List for air duct inspection. Came over right away and eased my mind about turning on the air. Made sure duct work was connected and provided thoughts on what needed to be replaced. Very fair pricing.

Description of Work: Ed from Air Duct Cleaning reached out by email to remind me that the coupon has not been used. I spoke with him on the phone and he answered a few questions I asked about the process in a very professional and courteous manner. Soon afterwards, in the process of doing some other work for the house we discovered that the air duct system is still quite clean and doesn't need cleaning at this time (we've also needed to replaced the registers and filter and so on, so some other work included in the coupon has also become unnecessary at this time.) Although we decided to request a refund for the coupon because there is no longer the need for the work at this time, we have no doubt that the coupon is a terrific value for the work, and the brief interaction with Ed has been a quite positive experience.

Description of Work: The technician was early. He was very thorough in cleaning and explaining what steps I can take to maintain clean air duct (clothes dryer too). He checked all duct work for proper seals and where necessary reinforced the existing seals. He was very polite and worked his buns off. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Here is the text of the email, cut and pasted: "Thank you for purchasing our air duct cleaning special on Angies List. Someone will be contacting you to schedule your appointment. Thank you again for choosing our company. Air Duct Professionals" That was the only communication I received, and now the deal is expiring, or has, expired.
