We strive to be careful in our customers homes, to not make or leave behind a mess. So, I am sorry that you felt some of the workmanship was 'sloppy'. If you had called me to discuss exactly what was done that was 'sloppy', we would have corrected it. All our equipment is modern state of the art, designed to do a thorough job cleaning inside your air ducts. We won't ever send subpar equipment into your home. As far as the technician being aggressive when it came time to pay, I don't understand that at all? You PRE PAID for our $329 special, which you purchased over the Angies list website All you paid us was $75 for the extra air vents you had, which I explained to you on the phone, at the time I made the appointment with you. I think it only fair to mention, that this technician went into your attic and opened all the dampers that were installed in your attic ducts, that had been closed shut. This was restricting your air flow into your home. He didn't have to crawl all around up inside your attic to open all those dampers up. But he did and didn't charge you. Could this be where he was 'sloppy'? That maybe he brought down some attic debris from his clothing and didn't realize it? I am sorry that you had a negative experience, sir. But I know that my technicians are NEVER aggressive, nor do they knowingly do sloppy workmanship.
