They were wonderful. They went above and beyond what I paid for, cleaning out the condenser and repairing vents that were barely attached to the ceiling. They were amazing to deal with and I would definitely recommend this company.

The boys that came were excellent. They worked diligently. They were polite, courteous and clean. The only minor problem I had was the new vent screen that was sent over did not fit right and I had to improvise a little and cut it to fit.

He called and said he would be here at noon, in which he arrived at 11:30. He was on his phone until 12pm and then began service. He then brought in equipment, which looked all beat up and not in good enough shape to do service properly. I told him I was not interested in the service anymore and asked him to leave and he just left without saying a word. He wasn't in any kind of uniform and not professionally dressed, there was also no writing on the truck. He was just not professional at all.

"Our equipment is state of the art and although some of it is not brand new, none of it is beat up. It all performs to the highest standards expected of our trade and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association and comes into your home clean and in proper working order. This particular service vehicle had our company door magnets stolen and are being replaced. The technician was on the phone with the office, but I wasn't for 30 minutes, that's a long time to be talking to someone. The customer said he was sick and didn't want the job done that day. We put everything back as it was and left the home as instructed, without performing any actual work. This was the second time he reset. I think this complaint is more of an identity failure issue more than work performance related, since we did not even perform any work in the home. He is receiving a refund, no questions asked."

I'm extremely pleased with the service from the beginning to the end.
The owner of this company, Ed, called me to setup an appointment after I purchased the Big Deal. He was very courteous and friendly. On the day of my appointment, his business partner, Richard, came to perform the service. He came within the given time window. It was raining that day and he made sure he wiped the wheels of his equipment before he brought them inside. From our conversation, I found out that he's been in the business for over 20 years and it shows because he answered all my questions and concerns with such knowledge. He did a great job cleaning my vents. I could actually hear debris(!!) passing through the big vacuum duct connected to the negative suction machine outside as he cleaned the inside of the vents with the motorized brush. The work was finished under 2 hours. And before he left, he made sure he cleaned up and vacuumed the floor at the areas that he has worked on - which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in the future.

I had originally just wanted the dryer duct cleaned and had called a few other vendors who quoted me about $150+ for just the dryer duct. Air Ducts Pro had a deal where I could get my dryer duct, furnace and all my vents cleaned for $269. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. They also put in new air filters that needed to be replaced. The work took about an hour at the most and the machinery they used was very non-invasive. They had a hose that extended into my house so that the machine would not damage my floors. They answered all my questions and even showed me all the debris that was extracted from my vents upon request. Overall it was pleasant and I would definitely use this company again.

Ed came promptly in the time frame he had given me and went to work cleaning and sanitizing the air ducts in my house which had had an invasion by mice. He and his team were professional and polite, doing a great job and not trying to sell other services.It was a great use of my money.

Jorge arrived with a coworker. The coworker came to the door and introduced himself, but I can't remember his name. He took a look around and saw all the vents in the house. Then he told me he was required to charge me for the extra vents to be removed at a cost of $45 per vent. I told him no and to just do what the deal stated and was told he could try and access everything through a central location or two. Turned out they could access the entire ducting system through a couple central locations. They had a negative pressure system in order to capture as many particles as possible during the cleaning and it worked well. The result of this was Jorge was unable to tell me just how dirty the ducts were at the time they began the cleaning. I have not gotten up to take a look at the results but the family doesn't appear to be sneezing as often. Jorge did replace the vent filters for me if I had them and attempted to clean the filters that I didn't have replacements for.

They did a supurb job. They didn't have to do all of the services, but they wanted to do a very professional job and went beyond the original job they were hired and paid for. There wasn't any dust left behind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They came out and did a great job. There was a special deal that they had given me. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. It was pretty good. I really needed it. They didn’t try to talk me into replacing things because people try to do that sometimes, and they use that as an excuse to sell me something else. They just did the job well. They did what they said they were going to do. They checked everything and I believed them, when they told me everything was good. Their price was excellent. They came all the way over here because it was quite a long journey for them. They were also very professional. I was very happy with them. I would rate them highly and will use them in the future if needed.

They were great. I had a cat in one of my houses that died and it was rancid smell, so they had to come and coat the ducts; they thought that would not help so they had to use a machine for three days and fumigate. They also had to clean the carpets which were brand new because there was someone with a dog in there; the place was rented. They were professional. The people said they put the air conditioner on and all of a sudden it started to smell again. I think it was still in the duct a little bit so they came out again and then people said it was okay after that. They were really good.

I was not asking for the motor to be removed. Just wanted the furnace cleaned and serviced per the agreement. He called you from my house and was told to just wipe down the outside. Do you know who was sent here? He was very young, not middle aged at all. Please contact me to repair the ceiling. This was not offered by him. The filter did finally come but it does not fit. It is too big. My deal did include the dryer vent. You had been made aware of the problem through this review yet there has been no effort on your part to contact me and offer damage repair.

"I don't know what really happened on this job. We received no complaints from the client. I do know that she had to reset twice, due to scheduling conflicts and family members being sick. I checked and the lifetime filter was delivered on 03/22/12. We did everything promised in our Deal as we do for everyone who purchases it. Our Deal doesn't say we will remove the 'motor' in the FAU (not advisable and completely unnecessary). We clean the INSIDE of the FAU (where it gets dirty from dust accumulation). This particular Deal had nothing to do with exhaust fans or the dryer vent (but I know some other AL vendors do). All of our techs are middle-aged like me and look it. Very rarely is there damage removing a vent register. If there is WE WILL REPAIR IT! I'm not aware of a 'missed' vent or ever going back to clean it. I was not aware that there were communication problems or quality issues on this job or had I known, they would have been resolved immediately."

Air Duct Professionals arrived on time, explained, in detail, exactly what they were going to do and why. They inspected the vents first. After the job was complete, one of the celling vents they reattached came off, but they came back the next morning to fix it.

Angies list should have a test run with anybody they use for the Deal of the day. They should also make sure the service company can handle the work and capable of completing the jobs they do tak on.

I have had this done before by other companies. Never have I had anyone offer to make custom made filters for my vents. The vents never fit property before, and now they do. The filters are included in the cost. I think it is very good customer service. They measure them, and then they send them to your home. The man that came out was Charles, but I did speak to Ed on the phone.

I've lived in my modular home for 10 years now and felt it needed to be done. The former owners had never done anything and I could see dirt, and some junk whenever I took off the covers and looked into the air ducts. I was so pleased with the service. They did a very professional job of cleaning and sanitizing all my ductwork. Just made me feel better knowing I wasn't breathing air that had come through dirty filthy ductwork.

Charles arrived on time. In fact he called me early to tell me his exact ETA. When he arrived he introduced himself and toured the house to locate the main unit the air ducts and the return. As he was setting up I noticed he took great care with all of the equipment so none of it damaged walls, floors, etc. He explained everything in detail so I'd known what he was doing. He also kept me informed during the visit as to what he was finding in the vents, etc. After the ducts etc. were cleained he asked me about my dryer vent> Thank goodness he did. I asked him to clean it and after 22 years it was packed full. What a fire hazzard. I would reccommend Air Duct Professionals (Charles) to anyone needing this service> He was punctual, courteous, and extremely competent. Thanks Charles.

Service provider called ahead, arrived on time, was very professional. He did a throrough job and made recommendations for future cleaning frequency, and showed how to do some services. The Deal including cleaning for 8 vents, furnace, air return, and dryer vents and allergy filter. The additonal 3 vents cost $25 each, which was a discount from the normal $40 charge per vent. There was an additional travel fee of $10 to San Diego County. The service men provided thorough and non-rushed service.
