Description of Work: I bought the $329 air duct and dryer vent cleaning deal. Other companies I talked to wanted about $580 for the same job. It took about a month between when I bought the deal and when they were able to send someone out, but I wasn't in a hurry, so that was ok. |Ed, the owner, was very courteous on the phone and easy to deal with. Rich, the tech who came out and did the job, was just great. Not only was he very polite, friendly and honest, he also did a super thorough job and gave me lots of useful information that'll save me money in the future. I'd definitely recommend Air Duct Professionals to my friends.

Description of Work: Air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Very friendly and professional. My only complaint was that they requested my phone number and said they would call within 2 days. A week later I still had not heard, so I called myself to set up an appt. Everything was great from there on.

Description of Work: Technician spent over two hours cleaning and sanitizing all the vents, and changed the filters in the heater/HVAC. Had to pay an additional $50 for an extra vent as the Angie special price of $269 only included the 10 vents. However, feel the total charge was reasonable considering the thoroughness of the service provided.

Description of Work: Very courteous and professional crew. Cleaned ducts on two floors as well as two furnaces. I observed about half of their operation and witnessed an outstanding performance. After they departed my home, everything was sparkling clean relative to their operation. I'll definitely invite them back when I need help with my air ducts, etc.

Description of Work: Air Duct Professionals showed up on time and completed the service in a timely manner. This service was purchased as an Angie's List Big Deal. I don't remember if there was fine print on the Big Deal, but it was for up to ten vents cleaned. It was another $25 to clean 11-20, I believe. Our little house had 11 vents, so I opted not to clean a vent.

Description of Work: Everything went smoothly. The service provider was prompt, professional and thorough. Cleaned all of our vents and ducts, replaced the filter, and did everything promised. Neat, clean and relatively quick. We would use them again.

Difficult to know whether anything improved since they did not provide photos of before and after like another provider i had used previously, but they seemed professional. High price due to home having 2 furnaces. The main annoyance on price was that they charged double for a couple of bathroom vents since there was a divider in-between.

Description of Work: I can't recall the exact date, but they came out to do a cleaning on my air ducts last year. Before doing anything, and as part of the service, they inspected the ducts. I was impressed that they told me it didn't make sense to clean them because they were concerned it might harm the ducts in light of the age. Granted, they were probably trying to sell me replacement services, but they weren't pushy, and they were very professional about it. They didn't charge for the inspection/analysis.
