Description of Work: We were very pleased with their services, which included all air ducts as well as our dryer vent.

Description of Work: It took Ed several tries to respond so I had to keep re-scheduling. He looked around for a crawl space and when I showed him where it was he said "That can't be it because it's nailed down." Well, that is it because I got it open. I think he didn't want to bother because it was hot that day and he looked totally exhausted. He left not doing anything about the broken ducts downstairs. The cold air is going under the house because of the ducts and they still need to be fixed. It looks like he works by himself and he is the company. I paid $59 for nothing and now I'm looking for a new company to fix the problem. It doesn't seem complicated but Ed didn't really want to do anything so he took the money and ran. That was very disappointing and I took the entire day off of work to meet him at my home and it's still hot downstairs. This has put a bad image in my mind about Angie's List. Description of Work: Charlie and CJ Were Excellent. They cleaned the 14 Air ducts in my house, my dryer Vent and inspected them. They were clean efficient and very customer service oriented. They were even aware of my dogs to let me know that front door would be open so they did not go out the front door. I will continue to use them. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Air Duct Professionals vacuumed and sanitized the ducts, and cleaned the dryer vent. Took the trouble to locate the difficult-to-find outgoing vent of the dryer. Advised how to improve outgoing vent to avoid potential problems. |Very little debris (almost none) was left behind, although the vacuum was quite noisy it was a relief to breathe fresh air from the duct system once the job was completed.
