Description of Work: All air ducts cleaned / vacuumed and 2 filters replaced. Process included large vacuum duct carefully laid throughout 2 story home. To insure all vents were shut properly....... worker walked around and properly sealed each vent. Each additional vent over advertised price was $25 each. I know that is the industry standard BUT I thought it would be better to have a flat rate based on square footage and not the extra vents. Could go either way ...... it just worked out to be about what most air duct cleaners charge in this area without Angies List....... just an observation. |

Description of Work: They cleaned all air ducts and the dryer vent. I think the dryer vent cleaning made the biggest difference. They were very friendly and arrived on time. I would have given them the highest rating, but since the service was performed, we've been finding air vent covers that are missing screws and have to purchase them and replace them ourselves.

Description of Work: Cleaned ducts and vents, changed air filters, cleaned furnace. Technicians (team of husband and wife) performed the job professionally, efficiently and thoroughly.

It took a few days for them to contact me and schedule service, since this was the first deal i had purchased directly from Angie's List I am not sure if that is standard or not, but once they called it was scheduled quickly and went very well.

Description of Work: I purchased the Duct Cleaning, Furnace Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning for $329. I've lived here 20 years and never had my ducts cleaned, so they were quite dirty. Also, the furnace was very dirty too. He also cleaned the the dryer vent that goes quite a ways through the wall and informed me that I should replace the inexpensive ($8-12) flexible metal duct that connects the dryer to the wall vent. This guy worked extremely h****** my air ducts, didn't get dirt or dust on anything, and never complained at all. I would definitely use this company again.
